Whenever we are buying on olx we have to contact with person but when we send a message to seller olx bans account my 10 accounts have been banned on 10 different phones please do something

I am was using my olx but it suddenly banned even I not breach any olx guidance. I request you to reactivate my account as soon as possible.
And I also send my complaint too through there gmail, in few second I got auto generated mail saying that contact us using 'contact us' option on their website. But how can use their website or contact option because I am unable to login. There are many fraudster in olx doing fraud with people but olx not ban there account, but they definitely ban genuine customer. If can't differentiate fraud and genuine customer then why you doing heavy advertising.
Please reactivate my account as soon as.
I have not done any type of fraud. Even you banned my account.

I dont know why OLX even exists if they are unable to verify potential fraudsters.
Few months back there were fraudsters who tricked me and allegedly withdraw my money from my bank account. And instead of seizing there account OLX banned my account and I dont know why.
And now I am trying to sell again by trusting OLX and what I saw was blunder. They suspended my account for no reason.
OLX should determine such kind of frauds and take necessary action againt these fraudsters and in place of that they are suspending accounts of those who are victim of such frauds.

I have assisted your fraud team to identify fraud cases and have had some accounts blocked.

Recently I was being threatened and harassed by a local seller / competitor - Icon Computers - Nilesh Nikumbh through his own & various other associates accounts, so I changed names of my accounts to prevent unnecessary threats but my accounts got suspended.

As a result, im unable to sell anything which was a bit of relief owing to market conditions due to COVID-19.

It's very frustrating as your customer care number is constantly busy and your fraud risk team's number is out of service.

Sir,
I had put add in Olx selling bed. One person called saying that he has a shop and he a second hand reseller. He will buy the bed but he would transfer the amount through paytm. He send QR code to scan and I will receive the amount. In this process about 22500 amount has been withdrawn from my account. I also Londged complaint in vashi sector 2 police station on 25/6/2021. They had send complaint to cyber cell on what's app in my presence but till date I did not get any response. The person who has done this fraud is still active on what's app. Kindly please help.

I'm about to move from my recent place to Ludhiana within gew days hence I wanted to sell my home furniture asap. About 2 weeks ago I uploaded an advt in furniture section, soon I started receiving responses. But suddenly within few minutes olx suspended my account and it is still suspended.
Olx now itself is Fraud . first it make the user visit and use the olx services and when it realizes that user is getting responses it suspend the account because it wants to force the user to take premium services.
Such online platforms must be removed from the e-bus.

I am Nishant Kalra. I wanted to sell some Old, Household items on Olx, considering the application it has been designed for. I had shifted from Bangalore to Gurgaon and had many Old, duplicate Household items which i was planning to sell. I used the Olx Portal to list my adds & was getting Customer response also, however, i had been negotiating for the Best price for my items. Without any justification, Reasoning, Olx has suspended by Account. I tried then creating my account from my different Family member number, but the same was also suspended ! Absolutely, Pathetic customer services and consumer treatment. With NO justification, no clarification, how does Olx have the right to judge and suspend Customer account ? Had these been in other countries, they would have been sued legally & made to pay & bleed from the nose for such atrocious behavior towards Consumer. Would request Immediate actions against Olx & intervention for such pathetic treatment of Consumer.

Olx has become very annoying since past few months they keep on banning ads without any reason, they also don't give you warning they directly ban it. I have paid 150 rps to post the ad my Ad followed each and every rules of posting a ad, I am a genuine user. If this keeps on happening people might switch to some other platform. I had couple of replies from geniune buyers how will i reconnect with them? Please answer.

I saw a advertisement on olx on which they were selling some household things like AC TV Fridge dining table etc. And saying he has been transferred to Hyderabad and need to sell on urgent basis and also when I asked the location they told me the location name near to my place which is Army Area .I asked them I want to see things then I will make the payments so they said in Army area you will be not allowed to enter in premises so he said you don't make any payment now I will send things on your place please share your address if you don't like things you can return back with no charges .So I confirmed ok.Later I got a call from that person saying that transportation charges of 2000 is required as for Army truck movement and I will give you receipt of it and that money will be adjusted in amount of stuff which you purchase so no transportation will be charged to me but I will have to pay it initially so I said no which is not a part of discussion then he said ok you pay 1000 rest I will pay for now.So I transferred 1000rs then he shared the receipt of Army with item name, My name on slip, My address on slip and total amount of 20000 which we discussed for AC TV Fridge .Also just to make me feel comfortable he also shared Aadhar card pan card as well which later on I realized it was fake. Later another person called saying as kernel to himself and said that while movement of truck if anything happens to Items we will not be responsible if you pay 6000+100=6100 .Your items will get insured if anything happens you will get your money back and this amount will also be adjusted in my total deal of 20000.So I made one payment of 6100rs then he called back and said make 2 different payments of 6000rs and then 100rs as mentioned in slip and make it fast as truck is waiting on main exit gate of Army area with luggage loaded in it and truck has to go on different place to deliver other things to other people. So Again I made two separate payments of 6000rs and 100rs so now total is 13200 which I already paid .Later I got another call saying that truck is waiting since a long time and now they are asking to pay full remaining balance amount to initiate a final receipt of full payment then they will release the truck from Army Area called Maharjpura .Then I shouted on them what is this happening you are asking for more money but nothing is delivered to me yet.So the person calling himself as kernel said don't worry sir the person who is selling items is new and he is not aware about the process .Just make the payment and we assure you that truck will be released from Army Area .At that point of time I was completely stuck as i was already struggling for 13200 so i thought may be he is right person and there may be as such policy in Army areas .so I made another payment of 6800 .now total becomes 20000rs .Then another person called me saying himself as truck delivery boy and saying truck is not released yet asking for more 12000rs as a penalty as truck is waiting for long time then I shouted on them and then I denied to make payment. Then they said if you will not pay we will not deliver your items AC TV Fridge .Then I denied so they said we will send you jail as you are wasting Army people's time. I Said you guys are fraud cheating with people so they said kya ho gaya bache kuch kha pee Lenge. I asked them to return money so they said jao jo karna hai karlo nhi karenge wapas .

SO GUYS OLX IS A USELESS WEBSITE OR APP MOST OF THE FRAUD HAPPENS ON OLX WEBSITE AND I WON'T SUGGEST ANYONE TO MAKE ANY DEALS ONLINE ON OLX

I m Resseller from delhi
Actually before 2 years i have same problem
Than i consult with police and mailed to unbann my account.
Due to genuinely and regards of customers in the prices and after sale service
I have many of compitators.
They always try to block my account because i give customers service best and customer is not going to their shop.

I just want to ask olx.in
Please tell me if i m fraud so how can it possible that i m member since 2015.
And also i with due respect want to tell you olx.in banned my account without any verification of my shop my customers and any of my shop reviews. My Shop name is CORTEK ENTERPRISES and its respected seller from since 2013.

I have already faced this issue
Before 2 years ago.
I m genuine seller and take huge ads plans for my account.
Because as i learn from my father (ADS PAR KHARCHA KAROGE BUSINESS GROW KAREGA)

Dear Team This is the main issue for the person who dont buy ads and when they open olx.in they see my ads on top.

After that they jealous and complaining invalid.

I am requesting please check and verify my account last 6 years.
I am gauranteed you cant see any policy violations in my account.

Also i am requesting please unbann my account. Because of loss of business.
Hope you understand the situation.
Because if my account is bann for giving customer service outstanding and to make them very happy customers so what would i say.

Fraud with me by this no [protected] rupees 10000 today at 11 am

All members of my home were banned one by one. No reason was mentioned to me. I am willing to stop whatever you found wrong in my activities. But at least let know what wrong have I done?

My olx account was banned without any reason.
