I've posted an advertisement to sell/exchange my mobile phone yesterday. Today when I started replying to the messages and queries to my chats and I've done nothing wrong. All of a sudden I got logged out then when I tried back to log in I got a message that my account has been suspended. What is this unprofessional behaviour. Why do you run a website on customer based when you don't even want to them to discuss the terms of selling and purchase. Such bad experience it was.

After sale of car, there is no Support from the OLX team for submission of the car original RC, form 31 (for RC Transfer) and other documentation. In fact, the duplicate keys of the car also needs to be submitted.

The OLX team's support vanished after the amount was credited to my account and the car was handed over to the OLX team.

I have been a very old subscriber of the OLX app since many years with this email [protected]@gmail.com & from my phone number [protected]. I run a farm near Chandigarh & I have used this app many times to source & sell products from OLX. I have always been very polite & respectful in my conversations & I have never been rude or impolite to anyone on OLX ever.
Still, for reasons unknown to me, OLX has banned me from using the application on both my phone numbers ([protected]). I have been very polite & respectful in my conversations. I think my banning is due to some mistake or misunderstanding.
I am a valid user, who has used the app only to source & sell products & has never violated any of the terms of OLX.

I have posted a product on olx . After 30 mins i received a message on olx he was requesting my mobile number i gave to him after that he make a call to me and he was stating that he is from army and cannot send money on phonepe and paytm and was telling that they have a separate system made for army called swipe machine after that he was requesting my location on whatsapp and he send a qr code to me which was very unfamiliar and he requested to send 5 rs as it was an army swipe card system and after that he make a call to me and forcing to send 5 rs i did not send any amount to him and after searching on google about the same i read that it was a fraud

I don't know why but my account was banned for no reason. This caused me a lot of trouble. How can such a fault happen from a site that millions of people use. Very disappointing.

I posted an add in olx, the person called me and he said he wants to buy my product and he will send someone else tomorrow to collect that product from my address but he will make advance payment through phone pay via army ultra cash machine. He said first he will send 1 rupee, after my confirmation he will send the rest amount, I got little doubt on him, and I said him to send money to my direct account and not in phonepay. He rejected and said he is a army personnel and he can make payments only through army ultra cash machine... As my profession is software engineer, I got so many doubts and I cross checked him with my questions then I got confirmed that he is a fraudster. And my cousin also said these kind of cybercrime is a new trend.
Luckily I have saved my money please take care of your hard earned money.

In feb 4 2021, I saw the OLX ad of Macbook Pro in 17500, via chat He told me that he is working in custom at Kochi, Kerala area. he could ship the product to Pune in 2-3 days, only I have to pay 2000/- in advance after shipping the product he will ask for remaining money.
I trust him and send the. 2000 /- after that he send me the fake blue dart receipt. I checked online but didn’t found any live tracking he told that will get update in system within 2hrs and start crocodile weeping 😂 that I will lost the if you didn't sent money. So I send him 16800 which includes half the shipping charge as per him. But he again called me that he didn't receive money and it reverted to your account as he spoke to phonepe customer care. Again asking for money in two slots. As he assuring that He belongs to the Brahman family and elite one. So as a being human I sent 16800/- in 😒2 slots.

But next day I went to know that I got a fraudulent deal with OLX, this man didn't returns my money and neither shipped the product.

After I googled and found that he is doing fraudulent on OLX by name as a customs officer many time from. 2016 with different account and name mostly Brahman name with Delhi number and Delhi based account details.
After too many requests he returns 5k from Bengalore based YES bank account
NEVER TRUST ANYONE ON OLX/quker TAKE PRODUCT FIRST THEN SEND THE MONEY BEWARE AND SAFE WHILE ONLINE SHOPPING

Olx has banned my account for no reason...I just want to sell my books...please unban my account its urgent...my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

In the name of indian army cheaters in olx and other online marketings i lost 65000 they contact numbers cheaters [protected] [protected] they use bank airtel payment bank with name army post office

Someone contacted me on olx and said i want to buy your tv i said okay he said i will come today at 1 so he called and said i will pay and come i am doing it by swipe machine so i sent him 1 rupees and got 2 rupees then i sent him 4500 he said transaction failed and then he took more 500 and said i could not transfer its my boss card so he said i will come by 2 and give you cash and but now phone is switched off

OLX Suspended My Account for No Reason at all. I have been using the application for years now but OLX recently suspended my account without even telling me what went wrong on the account.

I had used OLX for 2 months, 4 months ago. I had sold 2 items and hadn't used the app until now when I'm told that it's been suspended. Kindly look into it and reverse the suspension.

Laptop was stolen from my room in Delhi on 3rd February 2021 and the same laptop is now being sold on OLX .I am unable to contact the seller.OLX says as per policy they cannot share the contact details of the seller .
I tried reaching out to the seller from other user but he did not respond
Police is delaying sending out an email to OLX in order to obtain details of the seller.
Meanwhile OLX has marked the ad as inactive and firstly said that the laptop has been sold and is now saying based on my complaint the ad has been marked as inactive .

Why olx is banning my account when i am posting a ad i have first posted a ad of my mobile phone then my brother deleted that then i again posted a ad from another number olx deleted by ad and banned my account why is it so?? I haven’t bracked any rules and after some days i again wanted to logging it was showing banned then i logged in from my brothers no in his mobile again olx deleted that post i was selling iphones 8 plus and its description was fresh condition iphone 8 plus 64 gb rom with bill box and charger why is so please olx give a solution i want to sell my device coz i am having a criseas of money

As far of my best knowledge i have not done anything wrong. Still its showing that my account is suspended. Please restore my account.

This fraud every one stop buying in olx becuse they arey frauding in olx they arey saying indian army job holders and asking advance to army courier and they take money and shouting to me i will put u in case and iwill spoil ur studies i'm a student they said indian army and belive lika blind gave him 16 thousand rupees of money so don't buy thinks in olx who indian army job holder please only im asking to complaint police and caught speedly they will do many members and u also sad like me[protected]this number our whatsapp number [protected] this number our mobile pay number pls refund my amount rs 3000
