Hi.I posted ad for selling my flat on Tuesday. It was active n many people gave positive responded on my ad. After two days on Thursday afternoon olx deactivate my ad. Army man, named Vikas Patil promised honda activa 4g, for 25000. And he has taken courier charge for army department. Transferred rs 2150 and sent receipts. He has also taken I'd proof and promised delivery within 6 hours.

After 6 hours, he called again and asked to transfer 10000 for gst purpose. When I refused to pay, he forced to pay.

My OLX account was suspended when I encountered a scammer who was selling me macbook and asking for advanced. He was a big time scammer and cheated a lot of people he confessed. I sent OLX all the chat screenshots and also the scammers ID. But seems like they prioritise scammers over genuine people just to have a big user base on their platform.

And he was not ready to give cash amount and was saying that he will give me online and he video called me and an army personel was giving speech and he overlapped his voice about this deal but i recognised something wrong. I have been using OLX since 4-5 years and have bought a lot item through them. But today when I want to sell my phone and post an add they have suspended my account for and I'm sure I have not breached any of their usage policy.

Also there is no way to contact OLX customer care even through email.

I request to give me access to my account. I'm also ready to do my KYC verification.br...

On 28th Feb 2021 at 2030 PM i have sold My car NO MH01AH5823 INNOVA to OLX andheri for Rs, 300000/-(rupees Three Lakh only) the deal was handle by Mr.Karan Dhatwalia on behalf of OLX.
when the deal was accepted by me he is realised that there was a amount of Rs.3800/- is pending as a traffic challan which amount was been deducted from the deal amount which he said the OLX will pay this amount to RTO and they will give me the receipt...

I found a fake user profile id[protected] in olx who shares lot of home based job ads for different location. Her ad ids in olx is [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and soo on. Her phone no : [protected]. I have reported some of the ids in the olx website itself. She asked me to pay a deposit amount of rupees 1200. I paid and received a book and a registration form without company address through trackon courier without from address....

Olx people have suspended my account for no reason. I’m using OLX for 1st time and has faced very bad experience.
if they do want people to sell on their site them why do they advertise so much. i just posted ad to sell my bike and it was such a bad experience....
