Extremely unhappy with the service of olx. I have created 2 live ads to sell my vehicle and suddenly this morning am unable to login to my account. The reason shown in the Login page is account suspended.

There is no process to reach out to their customer care and for a company is driven by their customer data base they exhibit such poor and shabby customer service.

I hope this matter will be looked into by the concerned personnel at olx and resolved at the soonest.

Pathetic attitude from the people who run this company. My account has been suspended for no reason and the same has happened to member in my family. Very high handed attitude and what is more annoying is that there is no proper channel in their website to raise the concern.

The irony is that the spend a fortune on marketing and promotion and on the sidelines treat genuine customer like garbage!

Extremely disappointed with their service and I hope some will look into this have it resolved.

I saw a scooty in olx of(30000) .We discussed on vehicle and finalize scooety prize. He tell me he is from army from pallavram army camp. then he ask me for some money to dispatch scooety by indian army transfer facility. So I will give him 3100rs. then he send me receipt of dispatch. At evening I am getting call of post man and he ask to complete payment for that scooety. I will vai googlepay. After that he is asking for deposit money. I will pay that also. from that transfer of money His mobile no is working. I got fraud in that parching. Unto now I pay 64000re to him.

My Original Olx account that i am using since long time accidently when i was chatting to a guy who is selling one plus 8t. that was a good offer so i made a second account to buy that one plus 8t and chatted with that guy and soon my second account got suspended. that is realise the guy whom i chatting with is reporting my profile as fraud with no reason. then i made a third account to talk with that guy why he is reporting my account as fraud but immediately the third one is got blocked. i dont have any other email id or phone number to make another account please remove suspension to my all three accounts.

Why olx advertise so heavily when they do not wish people to sell on their platform. Yesterday on 07 April 2021 at around 9pm I posted my dslr camera for sale and today morning I found my account to be suspended for no reason. I registered my olx account with my mob no [protected].

I Was Trying To Sell My Scooters I Needed Money.
Then Olx is so Unprofessional They Banned My Account.
I have tried to post on my friends account after you banned my account but to no avail after a few minutes you suspended his account too.

You give so many ads on TV so that we could sell but if this case continues a lot of bad reviews will be seen on Gplay store.
Prepare For Bad Rating Since These Are The Repercussions If You Suspended A Genuine Account

I have seen one online advertisement on instagram for selling of activa 5g scooter under best condition. The seller that is Mayur Shriram Sawant has told me to pay Rs.5000 in advance for home delivery process but later on I paid Rs.3000 to him. And now he is not receiving my call but I have so many details about him but I don't know whether that information is correct and helpful or not...

The person named Nitin kumar did a fraud of rs 6000.he called to buy the book I am selling. N did fraud of 6k. There is a complaint against this person but named as Vikas Patel in that with same I'd n no. The no n I'd I have posted. Kindly help me get my money back. They say they are from Indian army. By saying this they just letting the trust n pride of Indian army down. So please take action against them

Sir fir inhone or inke delivary vale ne miklr mujse pause mangne start kr diye bolre apka parcel late ho gya hai apne paise late diye to apko ye fees bharni hogi, or sir maine bhar di to sir last mai ptani seller ne apne phone ka insurance nahi karaya tha to sir vo fees bhi mujse mangre sir ease krte krte inhone mujhse paise le liye or ab ye log mujhe kuch javab nahi de rahe hai mujhe sir 30000 ka fraud kr diya.

My OLX account is banned after posting a add. I don`t know the accurate reasons. So I request to take immediate remedial steps and get restored my OLX account and the ads which I have had posted using my precious time.

Olx people banned my account for no reason I didn’t violate any rules at all still they banned my account why are they so unprofessional of you can’t handle such issues kindly don’t run a company like olx as it is it seems fraud half the people who are already doing fraud at olx instead of banning their accounts you ban accounts which aren’t even violating your rules

My accounts has beenbanned without any reason. May be someone hacked my profile or did something fishy but where am I at fault? Please retain my accounts. I opened one more account but all got blocked one by one. I am facing difficulties as my account was new and with my permanent number and details. Please help. After deeling with the price, he said send couier charges 500, i sent to him, within 15 min he sent me one receipt below added that one . after that, i got the call from couier boy (fake) he asked me to pay 1500 to delivery the item, other wise we dont delivery your item. plese dont send the money without seeing the item by hand

I was sale washing machine on olx.com on dated 2/04/2021 At 6.30 pm some person interested for purchasing my washing machine and he messaged me on olx chat box and ask my phone number and he call me and as well as he chat with me on WATS app and he said to me that I am sending whole price money for purchasing washing machine to on your paytm no. And he continues talk to me on phone and said to me check your paytm I send to you money and he said I sending scan code and scan this code for show the money and I scan the code but no money came in my account I told him that money was debited instead of created and he said to me again I send money to you back in your account to again sending refund scan code you again scan this code by your paytm no. and all payment will credit in your account and he take money from my bank account by using this fraud tactics and he fraudentely taken 80, 000rs/ from my money from my SBI bank account through UPI/paytm from this numbers name kamlesh [protected] and govind [protected] And he chat with me on WATS app and call from this number [protected], [protected], [protected] And this persons fraud with me online and I requesting
to you through this complaint for provide to me compensation from this companies I. e, Olx. Com And Paytm company

Hi.I posted ad for selling my flat on Tuesday. It was active n many people gave positive responded on my ad. After two days on Thursday afternoon olx deactivate my ad. I called customer care regarding this after half an hour discussion they activate my ad. In the evening again they deactivate my ad. This time they said sorry mam we can not activate your ad now. I ask fo reason they said that because of the company policy we deactivate ur ad. I ask fo the policy details not a single reason they have for that. They just say v are sorry fo ur inconvenience. I say i[censored] wanted to deactivate why you didn't did this on first day when I posted the ad on olx. After three day when I m chatting with the people.my deal is almost going to be complete...now u r saying sorry ?

Army man, named Vikas Patil promised honda activa 4g, for 25000. And he has taken courier charge for army department. Transferred rs 2150 and sent receipts. He has also taken I'd proof and promised delivery within 6 hours.

After 6 hours, he called again and asked to transfer 10000 for gst purpose. When I refused to pay, he forced to pay.

On searching online, found it is scam.

The person is providing lot of documents to prove that he is from army, including adhar card, Rc book and real photos of same scooter.

Transferred rs 2150 and got cheated.

My name is Ahamath.I have seen a advertisement in OLX with car no TN10AR5122, he told me his name is dinesh kumar and he is in army man from salem and want to sell his car due to sudden transfer.So i said that i want to see the car.. for that he replied like that he is suffered with corona and they wont allow outside .. so he said that he will send car outside like that .. so after 2 hrs he called me back and he said he has some rules to...

My OLX account was suspended when I encountered a scammer who was selling me macbook and asking for advanced. He was a big time scammer and cheated a lot of people he confessed. I sent OLX all the chat screenshots and also the scammers ID. But seems like they prioritise scammers over genuine people just to have a big user base on their platform.

It's been more than 2 years and still my account is suspended and they didn't even care to tell the reason it's a shame such a big organization and they don't even have a proper functionality to block scammers.
