I saw an ad on olx for macbook laptop at the price of 18000 Manoj Kumar Singh with number +[protected]
He Toh me that he will ship the parcel from bluedart courier he will receive the payment after submitting me the receipt i paid me 18000 on multiple occassion like [protected]

Now he is receiving the call and saying i wont give you if you keep on calling and calling

He told scooty and documents will deliver by army transfer services, he send movers and packers receipts
Deliver guy called me and told transfer 25000 thousand then will deliver scooty
I transfer 25000 thousands but now his is not responding, mobile number switch off

I was looking to buy an DSLR on olx and I saw ad and i contact the person he said i am in army and currently in Rajasthan cart and can't go outside, so he convinced me to pay him Rs.5000 in advance then he will courier DSLR from Army Courier Cervice. I paid him 4200, 500 from Gpay and 3700 from paytm and waited for the product at arrived at 24hrs. The delivery boy cll me and said that i have to pay the full price first then he will get the confirmation from head office then he will handover the product.
I don't believe the person after that i have say i don't want the product refund my money and hi didn't did it he block me

I have sold my car Indigo cs gls 3 model on 4th of March 2020 to dombivali branch of olx cash my car and at the time of selling i was informed that the documents will be delivered within 15 to 30 days. however after 30 days when I asked about my document and plate the concerned person said due to covid its not yet recieved to the branch and would require more time. And this went on till six months untill the time came when I had to leave for UK in September 2020 and they said it has reached head office I explained that I wont be able to collect now and asked to please deliver to my home address in Kalyan. the concerned person said he has now been transferred and will check with dombivali branch and head office. I have also sent emails to olx cash my car support and the reply is same we are looking closely into this issue. I dont understand how much more time do you guys require to give the documents back I even have not recieved any reply since my last email to them seeking a tentative date for receiving my docs and plate. Its very frustrating that how olx deals with the customers data and docs. which brings to conclusion that there is definitely some misuse of our documents.
I would request you to please contact and help me get the documents.

Updated by Shahidur Rahman Ansari As I have mentioned earlier I have the number and I was in direct contact with the guys who helped me in selling the car but even they stopped replying I don't understand what is the matter in just sending the documents and my chasis plate I dont want any apologies I just want my documents and chasis plate cause I am worried if it was trashed or not they said it would be trashed now I don't believe anyone.

Have been a subscriber with olx for many years, having sell service through their website numerous times., without any notification, my account was suspended today. As a result, i'm at risk of losing almost rs 57000 as i had offers from three buyers .
It's very frustrating as their customer care number is constantly busy and their fraud risk team's number is out of service.
This is really pathetic service.

All I did was post an advertisement for selling my laptop, the listing was online for 1 month then all of a sudden my account was banned.I am 100% sure I didnt breach anything infact there were few people who in turn tried to scam me on OLX for that listing and I was the one who got banned.

We saw an ad in OLX with a list of household items which includes TV fridge and wardrobe and many other items.so we ordered TV fridge and wardrobe they asked thousand rupees and once we give 1000 rupees then they again asked 4000 rupees as advance but we refused to pay 4000 and pay 1000 so totally we have paid 2000 rupees. After that they again as 4100 rupees so we refuse to pay that keep on asking 4100 rupees again and again.so we said that we don't want any items from him and ask him to return two thousand rupees. he started using bad words and he cut the contact. I have attached all the WhatsApp chat he made. So we have totally lost rupees 2000. Please do the needful at your earliest. Thanks in advance.

I'm extremely annoyed by OLX as I have been banned after being spoken to inappropriately by a buyer. I'm only interested in selling my old products, but instead of banning them, OLX has banned me, which is extremely unfair and wrong on their part.
