I made my olx account using my phone number and I used it to only explore Olx. I did not even chat with anyone or post any Ad but my OLX account has been suspended.
Now I want to browse Olx autos and for that, I would like to request you to please Reinstate/Unban my account.
I shall be highly obliged

I posted an ad to sell my television, i was chatting with on person who considered my offer, he told me give your mobile number so that i can call, i gave him my number, then he called me, but when i again visited my account it shows message of suspension, why is it, please tell me the reason or open my account, I'm a new user, so i want my account please, and if you can't, then give me the reason

My account is suspended, i found the reason to be very silly. I Was clueless about the issue. Created another account. That too is suspended. Now i tried to do it with my backup mail id, but to my surprise, it was suspended long ago. Dear olx, provide your rules and regulations by a book ( hard copy) so that i will read it daily and try not to fail your toughest exams which i was faced multiple times. Come out of dictatorship. When two mobile numbers, three email ids' all together show the same single word 'suspended', that will surely be annoying to any living homo sapiens sapiens i guess. Expecting a recovery of my 3 suspended accounts, or atleast a big book of the rules and regulations of the royal highness. No offence, just an inconvenience.

My olx account is banned for no reasons.

I saw an ad on olx for macbook laptop at the price of 18000 Manoj Kumar Singh with number +[protected]
He Toh me that he will ship the parcel from bluedart courier he will receive the payment after submitting me the receipt i paid me 18000 on multiple occassion like [protected]

Now he is receiving the call and saying i wont give you if you keep on calling and calling

Olx tell us they are professional but they banned my account for literally no reason on the email id [protected]@gmail.com

Had on advertisement for rent of apartment which was expired in first week of March. Paid Rs 999.00 and got invoice also but the advertisement is not activated. It is not showing up in the site. NEED IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. If any issue contact me on the mobile.

I saw scooty on OLX, I called him he send scooty photos his id cards on what's app,
He told scooty and documents will deliver by army transfer services, he send movers and packers receipts
Deliver guy called me and told transfer 25000 thousand then will deliver scooty
I transfer 25000 thousands but now his is not responding, mobile number switch off

I purchased this Package for 900Rs : Electronics - Power Listing - 5 Ads - 30 Days - 8 Days Boost. it does not show on my profile and no option is available to see and promote the add. where did my 900 go and for what? They have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i j was just browsing some items

I was looking to buy an DSLR on olx and I saw ad and i contact the person he said i am in army and currently in Rajasthan cart and can't go outside, so he convinced me to pay him Rs.5000 in advance then he will courier DSLR from Army Courier Cervice. I paid him 4200, 500 from Gpay and 3700 from paytm and waited for the product at arrived at 24hrs. The delivery boy cll me and said that i have to pay the full price first then he will get the confirmation from head office then he will handover the product.
I don't believe the person after that i have say i don't want the product refund my money and hi didn't did it he block me

I have sold my car Indigo cs gls 3 model on 4th of March 2020 to dombivali branch of olx cash my car and at the time of selling i was informed that the documents will be delivered within 15 to 30 days. however after 30 days when I asked about my document and plate the concerned person said due to covid its not yet recieved to the branch and would require more time. And this went on till six months untill the time came when I had to leave for UK in September 2020 and they said it has reached head office I explained that I wont be able to collect now and asked to please deliver to my home address in Kalyan. the concerned person said he has now been transferred and will check with dombivali branch and head office. I have also sent emails to olx cash my car support and the reply is same we are looking closely into this issue. I dont understand how much more time do you guys require to give the documents back I even have not recieved any reply since my last email to them seeking a tentative date for receiving my docs and plate. Its very frustrating that how olx deals with the customers data and docs. which brings to conclusion that there is definitely some misuse of our documents.
I would request you to please contact and help me get the documents.

Have been a subscriber with olx for many years, having sell service through their website numerous times., without any notification, my account was suspended today. As a result, i'm at risk of losing almost rs 57000 as i had offers from three buyers .
It's very frustrating as their customer care number is constantly busy and their fraud risk team's number is out of service.
This is really pathetic service.

All I did was post an advertisement for selling my laptop, the listing was online for 1 month then all of a sudden my account was banned.I am 100% sure I didnt breach anything infact there were few people who in turn tried to scam me on OLX for that listing and I was the one who got banned.

My account has been suspended about a month agao i tried your mail but did get the revert.

I don’t know why but without any of a valid reason my account is banned without informing anythin’. I wish my account will soon get unbanned.

I am wondering why my account with email id [protected]@gmail.com has been banned. I was about to post an add only to find my account has been banned without any reason, neither i've breached sny of the olx policy then why is my account suspended?
this account suspension can be seen with many of such person as like me so please i suggest to look over the matter and take immediate steps...
