I m Asif Iqbal from Delhi. Sir yestrerday i saw an ad on olx app. Where a Maruti Wagon R vehicle which selling price 116000. Sir im contact with this man who said me i m a indian army person from Jaipur Airport. Then he sent me his whatsapp no [protected] and within chating he sent me a rc and a crpf id. i was asked for 3120 rs for postal charge. Bcz the name of indian army i sent money from PAYTM on same number given by him.. After some hours one peroson called me and told he is an indian army postman and demanded again 14000 money for gps activation. He said he gps of the indian army postal is fail so please recharge. When i said that u r a fraud he abusing me. Sir my money. Please action on this type of cyber crime using the indian army. Here are the his mo no. And other screenshot from start to end.

Please catch this thief this is making fraud to many people using fake identity

Dear Sir/ Madam,
On 13 Sept’20 I visited OLX at Saket New Delhi for assessment and sale of my Renault Duster. They offered me 5.45L. It was not acceptable to me. I asked for the assessment report on payment. They tried 3 times with the link and it did not work on any of my credit cards as there was some technical error as the the OLX executive!
On 17 Sept’20 Mr Prasuk Jain (mobile no. [protected]) called me offering me OLX Assist services for my Renault Duster.
On 18 Sept'20 I was sent an email by Mr Prasuk Jain for OLX Assist for sale of my Renault Duster He had called me on 17 Sept’20 prior to sending the email and we spoke on 18 Sept’20.
On 22 Sept’20 I spoke to Mr Prasuk Jain on 22 Sept’20 regarding no response.
On 29 Sept’20 (Mr Prasuk Jain called me on my mobile and had a prospective customer from outstation in conference. The outcome of the call was that the prospective customer (outstation Barielly) stated around 5.20L which was not acceptable to me.
Till this call Mr Prasuk Jain was courteous and spoke well.
Thereafter Mr Prasuk Jain did not call me regarding the 29 Sept'20 call or further developments.
Today, 3rd Oct'20, Mr Prasuk Jain called me around noon. To my utter surprise he stated that the prospective customer he spoke to, in conference with me on 29 Sept'20, has arrived in Delhi, from Bareilly, with the money and wants to buy the Duster.
I stated Mr Prasuk Jain that he has not called me, post the call of 29 Sept'20, to take my permission and confirmation to sell the car to the prospective buyer of 29 Sept'20 call (Barielly customer). How can he suddenly call and state the prospective buyer has reached Delhi to meet me ???
Mr Prasuk Jain insisted I accept the deal and meet the customer.
I refused stating that he cannot force me without my permission and confirmation. I informed him that you cannot foirce a customer onto me without my permission and confirmation and went further to state I stated that I will complaint to OLX.
Mr Prasuk Jain stated "Mein bar bar aapko call kar ke koi confirmation thori loonga (I will not call you again and again to take your permission). You can complain to whoever you want and I am removing your advertisement".
Thereafter someone called me ([protected]) and tried to convince me to meet the customer even If I had a higher price to quote. I informed this gentleman that because of the poor response from OLX Assist, and Mr Prasuk Jain not taking any confirmation from me for the Bareilly prospective customer, I had to pay for an advertisement in Facebook and expedite the process of selling the Duster because of which I have received a good response from facebook and in a final negotiation stage with a customer.

Hello I saw an ad on the olx for the iPhone by the person name Rajkumar. He gave his contact no.
After having a chat he said he is from Indian army in Raipur Chhattisgarh and work at Raipur airport and he provided me details of phone. First he insists me for pay 1000rs for parcel then for the 3120rs for indian army parcel then he send me a parcel detay.
After 2-3 hours the delivery boy call me said you have pay for the insurance...

The posted add of car sale on 30/09/2020 by Pritam Deshmukh Army man at Nagpur Air port .. as this car is deal by me and the person has made consigment note on Indian Army ..overnight express and taken Rs 16140 aginst it ... now it is refuses to deliver at Ahmednagar

I had paid and posted an Ad on 29 September 2020 to let out my house at Mahabinayak puram, Bhubaneswar. Although 3 days has passed not a single customer name has shown in my chats.

Kindly Provide me customers to let out my house early.

I am alraedy mentioned this complaint. I get banned by OLX because of my previous Massage oriented ad. I appologise for that. Please allow me one chance to prove my genuinity. Next time onwards I will use OLX some of the used product sell and buy only.

Kindly activate my ad as due to some technical issue it is not active.
First it showed 2 to 6 days for republish the as then suddenly when my ad expired it started showing 20 to 26 days to repost the ad.
So what is this.

I am using olx for more than 5 years. In my usage, I was looking for a phone for my brother. I saw an ad of relame 6 pro which was selling for 12000. I asked in chat for price. He send a photo containing number "[protected] with writen call me". I called him and he said he is talking from Delhi. I know now, it is fraud as he said he will courier phone. I cut the phone and opened olx, so that I can report him. But it said " your account has been suspended".
I have reported more than 100 fraud ads in olx. Then, why my account gets banned. My email id is " [protected]@gmail.com".

I am complaining about an advertisement posted in your site by a fraudulent person named ' arun' for sale of my house (https://www.Olx.In/item/buy-your-own-house-iid-[protected]) without my knowledge or intention.

I dont know the person 'arun' nor do i have any intention to sell my house. The advertisement has been posted about 5 days back for sale value rs. 20, 00, 000/- i came to know about this only when someone called me regarding the sale. You are requested to forthwith block/ remove the advertisement immediately from your site. You are also requested to provide me with the contact details and any other details of the fraudulent person named arun. I am in the process of registering a police complaint as well as with consumer forum against this. Please let me know if any further details required.

I would like to file a complaint against olx. I have generated a ad to sell my bike. I have met him he went to take a test ride and then he didn't came back. I have called olx fraud complaint department they have told me that user didn't entered his number to access his profile. This is wrong at least you have to take every user's details so thag in future if someone got cheated then they can get information about thief.

I saw ad on olx nagpur of second hand bike honda cb shine 2019 model @ 40000/-.
I paid online 3100/-. But now i came to know actual seller and bike is not exist. He does not respond me. I have all chats, call recordings, numbers which can prove our deal. Today he removed that ad also from olx. It seems like another jamtara.
Please help me.

I have been using olx to sell my office equipment since i had to wind up my office operations due to covid. Was able to see almost everything that i had in my office from furniture to other items. I want to sell now the servers and when i tried to log in to my account, am getting a message - your account is suspended. I was using 2 accounts with my yahoo id ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) and google ([protected]@gmail.com)

I want to sell the 3 ibm servers and want to get my account out of the suspended list. Can someone please help?

Today happened with me!
Given no by olx seller [protected] as army person got transferred so selling urgently, sent current status photos of fridge, videos deal done on 5k against 5999
Asked to give gpay 1030 on [protected] balance on delivery with assurance not accepted money will be returned with deduction of ₹30 only.
Again given photos of packing & overnight courier & asked to pay another ₹1020.
Then got courier person call from [protected] that order till not confirmed so pay balance payment then it's clicked to me about fraud?
I checked given pan no on google & found past fraud incidence!
I called seller [protected] back then he called me back & requested to pay balance or i will loose what i paid!
I told him that i will pay only at reaching fridge at my door step.
Then he denied for that?
Olx should verified seller with valid photo id & purchaser can also ask & verified what online information available?
