    I can't say I've been trading on this trading platform for a long time but I've get used to it. And recently I read in one of the reviews that this platform can be installed on a computer. So I can get desktop version of the platfomr.
    I'm sure that would make it much easier for me to access it. Moreover, it is convenient for me to take my laptop with me everywhere.
    But, unfortunately, I cannot download the platform to my computer. I follow the instructions and download application from the official website. And apparently the download begins. But there is nothing in the Downloads folder on my laptop.
    Maybe broker has not set up this function and it is not possible to download the platform yet.

    Haha, looks like it's time for me to go on vacation. I have about ten platform files on my computer now. Turns out that all the installation files were downloaded to a different folder...

      I would like to write about one problem I had while using this trading platform.
      I realize that my problem is insignificant, but nevertheless I decided to write about it. Perhaps someone from Olymp Trade will read my review and fix this bug.
      I have seen on videos that charts of currency pairs and other assets are displayed using Japanese candlesticks. I hope I called this type of charts correctly.
      But on my version of the platform the chart is displayed as a line. Maybe there was a recent update of the platform or I installed a different version of the platform on my computer. But it would be better if they corrected it and left only the platform with Japanese candlesticks.

      I feel like a fool... Turns out I can change the chart type myself. And the button that allows me to do it was in front of my eyes the whole time.

And we understand that chart types are very important and indispensable. That is why we provide 4 different chart types. They are Area Chart, Japanese candlesticks, Heikin Ashi, and Bars.

      If you do not like the Area Chart (the straight line), you can easily switch to another one. By clicking on the second button on the left bottom of the chart. You will see the list of chart types to choose from.

      If you want to open more than one chart at the time, you can click on the forth button on the left bottom of the chart.

          The platform is intuitive and simple when it comes to executing trades and analyzing charts. It may be overwhelming in the beginning, but once you get accustomed you will feel comfortable and confident.
          However, after some time I am still making the same mistake. Mixing up FTT and Forex trading. I found myself many times wanting to enter a forex trade and execute the trade, only to see that I had entered a trade in FTT mode. They need to make it more clear, and easier to switch between trading modes.

          It’s all about getting accustomed, as I said in my comment. I was trying to switch modes from the “Trades” tab, and it was not working. Anyway, I found out that the option for switching between trade modes is in the “Assets” tab. And yes, just right of the asset there is a red square with “fx” for forex, or a blue square with percentage if you have chosen an FTT asset. So yes, it’s pretty clear, but one needs to be attentive and careful.

            Olymp trade is a secure broker that has a lot of things to point out as advantages.
            One of those I think is the absence of spreads. The company purely relies on commission on every deal. It may seem unreasonable for a trader but actually trading here is quite cost efficient.
            I like to trade positionally so sometimes swaps are a pain in the ###. And what a surprise was for me to know that Olymp trade has a swap free account.
            But I can’t find it anywhere. Does it exist or what?

            Who would know that swap-free account is the alternative name for Islamic account. Of course it’s not for me cuz I am not a muslim. I am not religious at all. But thanks for letting me know Olymp trade.

                I am satisfied with the broker and the opportunities that it provides. They pay attention to the conditions. Also I noticed that the number of tradable assets have increased dramatically, especially in the crypto sphere.
                Although I can’t trade FTT positionally anymore. I used to hold orders in FTT for more than one day but now I don’t have such a functionality.
                I don’t know maybe Olymp trade has released soem policy on this matter.

                      Right guys. I was so excited with the USDT account of olymp tarde so I immediately opened it.
                      But since it was my first experience with it I decided not to deposit the full sum into it. Of course I trust the broker but you know…
                      In the end I did the right thing because my usdt have never made it to the account for some reason.
                      It’s good that I choose to deposit small sum of stable coins. But the overall situation has left an unpleasant aftertaste.

                      I think you should always need to research the topic before you dive into it. Of course my usdt wasn't deposited. I chose two different blockchains for transaction, as I understand it right now. So, guys, don’t be fools like me and pick the same blockchains. I recommend using the Tron chain (TRC20). It’s the cheapest one.

                        I appreciate the simplicity and comfort in trading that Olymp Trade has brought to the industry. Their trading software is one of a kind. Truly unique design, and completely different from what I am used to.
                        Let’s start with the design. Pretty neat with colours and buttons, everything important is already on the screen. No need to search and look for it. However, the chart area is pretty small. I see that this platform is designed for those expensive widescreen monitors. If you have one, then you will enjoy the interface even more.
                        If you are just like me, trading from a laptop, you will need to zoom in to find your chart. Too many unnecessary tabs on the screen that overwhelm the interface. I would design it differently and put more emphasis on the chart.

                        My bad guys, I didn’t know that I could close the tabs that were taking up space on my interface 😂 The first time you open the app, the Trades tab is open by default, but you can close it whenever you want to focus on your charts. Yeah, still a windscreen monitor would work better, but it’s not a problem to trade from a standard laptop or regular screen too.

                          So that it doesn't sound like I am just speaking because I don't like the broker, I'll first say that the broker does very well for itself.
                          That being said, I got irritated after searching the platform for a long time for the advisors that they said were available. I have looked through everything and I still have not found it. I am confident that the advisors are not on the website. It is something that I can do without, but the broker said they would be available, so they should be available.

                            Olymp trade’s FTT mode is the one that I was willing to trade most of the time. It seems more lucrative and much easier to execute.
                            But as soon as I logged to the trading platform the return rate for my favorite assets was quite small. However, the information on the internet was saying that olymp trade has one of the highest yields for FTT on the market.
                            I am not completely sure if I want to continue trading here. It’s not that profitable anymore.

We understand that the profit payout rate is very important for traders. And we are glad to tell you that usually the rate at Olymp Trade FTT is 82%. This rate could be higher with higher status. However, the strike price you select can also affect the asset profitability. By default, it is equal to the market quote of an asset. However, it can be changed, thus increasing or decreasing the profitability. You can do it in the strike price menu. To enable this option, go to the "Chart" section of the platform settings.

                              I think I may have found a serious bag or an interest from the side of the broker to make people lose money.

                              I think there is something seriously wrong with it and i am sure of it! I know a little bit of markets. And I know for a fact, that, stocks, for example, can only be traded for a certain amount of hours during the week. Because their exchanges work on a schedule. Same thing is valid for ETFs, for example, or commodities. They all have their separate exchanges, so when the exchanges are closed, you cannot trade them outside business hours.

                              In forex, I know it is a little bit different. Exchanges work around the clock to facilitate world trade, this is why forex pairs can be traded 24/5. That is common knowledge.

                              However, I went on Olymp trade's platform on a saturday and what do I see? There is this EUR/USD OTC, AUD/USD OTC, NZD/USD OTC, USD/JPY OTC contracts. And they are moving on a weekend! How is this possible? Are they lying to us? How can they move in price when I know for a fact that forex market is closed on the weekends?

They were Over-the-counter contracts of the forex pairs that I know about, meaning, that, according to the official information from olymp trades platform "This chart shows changes in the Euro’s exchange rate against the US dollar in the over-the-counter (OTC) market. OTC asset quotes are determined using over-the-counter sources of information, which makes it possible to make trades on the weekend, when most major trading sessions are closed." soo there is an explanation for that. okay. my bad. have a good weekend trading everyone then.

The distinctive feature of the OTC market lies in the principle that the OTC traders act as market makers and have the right to independently set the price of the assets. Therefore, we can trade OTC assets on the weekends.

                                One of the most attractive things of this platform (well, of course there many of such ones, but listen) to me is the opportunity to create custom strategies and release them in the market. Due to this thing, you can share your valuable knowledge, pack it in the ""box"" in the form of strategy, and then help others to trade. Such an altruistic job brings me lots of pleasure and satisfaction, probably, it even helps me to close gestalt, but nevermind.
                                So, once I decided to create a strategy which was a mix of different indicators and oscillators, that, in my humble opinion, was aimed at helping to determine a trend reverse.
                                I handcrafted this strategy and decided to release. Once I did it, literally within several hours, I understood that I forgot to add some crucial indicator (perhaps it was SMA, I ain't remember correctly). I wanted to delete it, but couldn't do that! Olymp Trade literally deprived me of this possibility! But fortunately, within a couple of days I clicked different buttons and it was deleted.
                                Still, the trace on the soul is painful...

                                  I am so angry, I was working hard to achieve the Advanced status and finally did it, like a month ago. I was even taking risks by trading pretty large positions for my account only to get those experienced points which will make me progress in this regard. I haven’t even made a withdrawal only to keep my account balance bigger to make more profitable trades, which again, bring more points. Yes, it was exhausting and a hell of a journey… and I took a little break, only to find out that yesterday they put me again in Starter status.

                                  It’s 100% my fault! I should have read the rules about the statuses and how to progress and keep a status. I worked so hard to achieve a better status, and after that, I took a rest. I was thinking once you improve you can not go back. Even though I am not happy at this moment, I found this condition to be pretty good, since it will keep you motivated and active. With my experience so far, I am sure I will get back my status in the next round.

A status is valid for 30 days from the moment you achieve it. By the end of this period, you need to have earned a certain number of experience points to extend the current status for another 30 days. If you fail to reach the required level, the status will be downgraded (except the Starter status, which is the basic one).

                                    This is a very serious issue as my deposit hasnt arrived from 5 days and its been too bad, its never happened to me on olymp trade, that too 2 of my deposits are stuck which is too bad. i really need a solution for this right away, they dont credit it to my olymp trade acc nor they are refunding it ibackk, they are just tlling youll get a mail when updated.

                                    I really need my money this is not how ethical companies work.

                                    It doesnt take this long for the refund or credit.

                                      I wish I made a screenshot of my trade on USD/JPY currency pair, so I can support my issue I am raising here. Here is the problem; I studied the material provided by Olymp Trade for making trading decisions based on candlestick pattern. I was waiting for an opportunity and finally it came on USD/JPY on the 1h chart.
                                      It was clear hammer pattern, which according to Olymp Trade it was a sign of a reversal in the trend.
                                      I hit sell and waited to collect my profits, but unfortunately immediately I entered the trade, the price continue to rise and hit my stop loss order soon after.
                                      I don’t know why they provide such scam trading advices when they don’t work.
                                      Don’t make same mistake, I tried and the hammer pattern is not working.

                                      My trading experience has been an emotional rollercoaster! Never mind my stupid comment, I owe much of my newly found knowledge to Olymp Trade and their educational materials and tutorials. Now I have learned that the candlestick patterns are indeed signals, but they do not guarantee that the trade will be successful.
