    I had a really frustrating experience with Olymp Trade. I was trying to change the theme from dark to light, but I couldn't find the option anywhere on the platform. I searched through all the menus and settings, but it was nowhere to be found.

    After spending hours trying to figure it out, I came to the disappointing conclusion that Olymp Trade simply does not have a light mode. It's ridiculous that a modern trading platform would not offer such a basic feature.

    Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Olymp Trade and would not recommend it to anyone.

    I apologize because I have realized my mistake. I found the button to change the chart area from dark to light. And there is also one that they call classic. But I am good with the light theme.

You can choose the bright theme if you do not like light theme. To do so, please go to Profile – Setting – Apprearance – Color Theme. There are 4 color themes to choose from.

      Only couple of weeks have passed since I had joined this broker. All the crucial things about trading conditions were clarified right away to me by the pretty responsive client support team who know their business well. The rest conditions I examined on my own, as I heard it helps to accumulate experience and gain skills.
      Anyways, Olymp Trade broker proffers so many different functions that is kinda easy to get entangled. It's not a drawback of course, on the contrary - quite a strong side.
      As I'm just gaining momentum, and only now things started to work out, I tried to withdraw my first revenue. I'm having a USDT account and I do remember correctly - no fees on the platform is levied. But, after the transaction was processed the sum I gained is a bit smaller than I requested. Where's my money, pals? Did I become a subject to scam?

      Aw... I guess I needed to bother client support team a bit more, as I didn't know USDT account can be charged with commissions on the platform. That was totally my mistake, no scam guys, I'm just a silly, and as it turned out - inattentive lazy bone. Thanks Olymp trade team for dotting all the i's.

        [Resolved] Olymp Trade — two factor authentication

        I have recently updated two factor authentication by google authenticator app and unknowingly i have uninstalled the app and i have lost the backup code and there is no way i can login to my account. So please help me with this issue as there is a email address and phone number i have updated try to recover my account through any one of those. And the website of olymp trade does not have any option to recover my account and also there is no customer support. Olymp trade does not give me any option to recover my account and they can use my mobile number instead of two factor authentication

          I recently discovered this platform, read so much about it and asked about it to my friends. The feedback I got was really great. So I registered, and everything I heard about the platform turns out to be true. Apart from the trading environment itself, the company is really active, dynamic, has a great community built around it, and I thought I was going to be taking advantage of all those features to make my own trading experience unforgettable.

          There I am reading about the additional unique features, right? The trader's way and XP points, it's there, I get them when I trade and profitably close, the additional indicators, prizes, its all good. Then I read something about the boost cubes and find them on the platform. But what do I see? I need ot invite a friend to the platform to win boost cubes? How come can that be the only way? What If I have don't have any friends? Well I do have friends but they all are already trading here. I don't have anyone to convince to trade here, so what? I don't get to try this out? What sort of absurdity is this

          Okay it turns out the platform actually thought about that and it provides different ways to achieve exclusive features. I had a bit of a chat with support and before I even had a chance to ask, I realized that there is actually another way to do this. I didn't know I could do USDT deposits to my account, it was there but I missed it somehow, and if you do the USDT deposits, you still can win those boost cubes and use them. I did not fully comprehend what they're all about yet, but I am very eager to try it out, I am sure it will help me make better profits. Just doing my USDT deposits and can't wait to get it. Here we go

After filing complaints with no response, which made me check for (w w w .Glowbancircuit . tech ) and i was able to watch several testimonies and reviews which led me to the retrieval of my funds back. Beware of where you invest your funds.

              It's not a nice idea for anyone to trust this platform, they only extort from your account and disable everything when you request for withdrawal. I was only lucky enough to get it resolved after which i checkk (w w w .Glowbancircuit . tech ) came through for me with a reversal to my account after i watch series of testimonies and reviews from other victims. Please let us all be very careful

                  Guys don't use Olymp trade, you will not get your withdrawal, I have requested for withdrawal on 23 May 2023 and not received it yet, no proper response from customer service,

                  You will loose your money if you use Olymp trade. They are such a fraud.. posted many complaints here also and no use, also raised complaint to financialcomcomission, they are also not responding. So please don't get into their trap. One day you will not receive your withdrawal, if something happens with your withdrawal they will not help you. You will loose your money. Be careful

                      I recently opened a trading account with this broker and I'm not very good at managing the platform yet.
                      I used to trade on MetaTrader 4 platform, so now I am having a little trouble because the platforms have a lot of differences.
                      For example I don't know how to set stop loss and take profit to open a trade order.
                      I see that the menu has a lot size panel. I see a panel with leverage size settings. There is some window with trading automation and two buttons to determine the direction of the order.
                      But I don't see stop loss and take profit menu anywhere.

                      Found it! It turns out that the menu with order automatization is the menu for setting stop loss and take profit. I just didn't need to be afraid to press that button. Now I figured out how to manage the platform.

You can determine the most appropriate Stop Loss and Take Profit borders for the Olymp Trade Forex mode and add them in the auto-closing settings menu. The trade will be closed automatically when the stop loss or take profit value reaches the specified bar.

                            Unfortunately, I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with Olymp Trade.

                            The biggest issue that I encountered was the inability to find the leverage of the broker anywhere on the platform. I searched high and low, clicked on every tab and button, but to no avail. It was extremely frustrating and confusing, as I simply could not understand how Olymp Trade expects traders to invest without knowing what their leverage is. It seems to me like a critical piece of information that should be front and center on the platform, but instead, it was hidden away like a secret. To top it all off, I emailed the support team and they are taking too long to respond

                            I want to apologize for my inattention. Apparently I was tired and didn't notice that I was doing everything wrong. I didn't notice that the platform was in FTT mode. And in this mode there is no leverage setting panel. My advice: Don't be in a hurry. In everything related to trading, rushing leads to problems. As for the platform, it has all the features you need. And my accusations were unfounded.

                            Regarding your question, leverage is referred to as multipliers. A multiplier multiplies your investment amount by a certain amount. The multiplier value shows how many times the total trade volume will increase. You can find multiplier values right next to the amount when making a trade.

                              I was thrilled to begin trading after successfully registering and verifying my real account on Olymp Trade.
                              But when I tried logging in on MetaTrader4 with my Trader's ID, a message showed up that my account was non-existent. Despite trying several times over the course of multiple days, the same error persisted.
                              It appears as though there is still some waiting period before my account becomes active, but the process seems overly complicated to me. To make matters more perplexing, when I check on their website, it indicates that my account is already activated. So confusing...

                              I suddenly had a moment of clarity as it dawned on me that logging into Olymp Trade's platform was the next logical step:)))) Before that "epiphany" occurred to me, I thought MT4 was the only trading platform. This perception came from my experience with my old broker, which offered only MT4. Fast forward to now, and having experienced Olymp Trade's exceptional technology first-hand, my initial impressed reaction has been significantly reinforced - their advanced platform gives the sensation of leaping not just a few steps but an entire decade ahead in terms of technological advancement compared to what is offered by MT4!

                                  I have posted multiple complaints here and shared my account id may times, but getting reply as Id which I shared was wrong, so. I am adding screenshot of my account section here. It's been more than 2 weeks now since I requested for withdrawals. First asked me to wait for 5 days and after 5 days completed asked me to wait another 5 working days and still I didn't receive my money. I am just sharing my experience here to reveal how much hectic is Olymp Trade process so that other people can also understand their processes and how least they care about their customers.

                                  Finally my withdrawal amount got credited back to trading account after 22 days and I lost that again in trading.. I will appreciate if you can be more transparent about your process and share expected timeline to resolve an issue with the traders. Now my deposit is again got stuck and created a task for that as well, Either you please provide a reliable deposit and withdrawal option for INR account or stop providing that option. I hope you understand the importance of timely withdrawal and deposit from trading account.

                                  Already shared here the screenshot of my account section and you are saying I'm not sharing my account id. Any one who ses this platform and read your replies can understand they way you take criticism, mark this date and let's see how long it will take to resolve my issue. It's been already 19 days since I requested for my withdrawal and you saying simple excuses. I have already contacted your customer support regarding this issue and they not responding now
                                  . I'm not expecting any resolution from your side posting complaint here, I just want other people to know how bad your service is and don't want them to get trapped using your fraudlent service.

                                  People who's reading this comment, please don't use Olymp trade see the way they respond, now they are saying I have to wait 30 days. Such issue issue can happen to anyone who uses Olymp trade today or tomorrow. Please don't use such unreliable service. Please don't deposit any money in there, later you will regret for sure.

                                    I'm extremely disappointed with Olymp Trade's market place. I have been searching for strategies to add but when I click the market place, nothing. It's supposed to be a unique service that allows traders to buy and trading strategies and more, but it's completely empty. This was one of the features that I really looked forward to exploring but I can't find any good strategies to add, and it's been a huge waste of my time. I always thought that the broker had a very stable and reliable platform. I expected better from Olymp Trade, and this experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down.

                                    Oh... I am really sorry. I did not realize that my internet connection had stopped working entirely. I later picked up and boom... the market place popped up. I found the strategies I was looking for.

                                      Olymp trade is a pretty diverse broker out of all the forex brokers on the market.
                                      I appreciate how they try to provide the variety of services and other types of trading to its customers.
                                      It;s the same with the patent methods of the broker. You can choose multiple methods, even according to your location. Olymp has lots of local payment mechanisms.

                                      But I had an issue with my payments. When I requested the withdrawal it couldn’t execute my request for some reason. and now I’m a bit worried.

                                      It’s totally my fault. Olymp trade withdrawal policy allows you to use only two payment methods for withdrawal of funds that you used for deposits. I didn’t pay attention to the FAQ section about withdrawals. But luckily nothing bad happened and I just needed to pick the most convenient payment methods for me.

                                        I started trading with this broker quite recently and I'm still assimilating in the new environment. Generally speaking, I am fully satisfied with the trading conditions, tradable assets and so on and so forth.
                                        Yesterday I examined the information about statuses for instance, the day before - about USDT account. So, gradually, slowly I'm adjusting. I adore this process. Nevertheless, sometimes I experience difficulties when stumbled upon some new features.
                                        I heard the platform does allow me to depict several charts simultaneously. So, I downloaded the desktop version of the platform and couldn't find any button which would allow me to trade with multiple charting. From time to time, I need this feature as I tend to seek interdependencies between currencies. However, guys, no button! I ain't know, the company cheated on me or what? Where are my multiple charts =(

                                        Oh my gosh! How could I dare to start complaining without asking client support team about this feature... I haven't had any idea it's allowed to use multiple charts only in the web version of the platform. For no reason I thought I could apply this feature in the desktop app as well. Next time I will read more information I promise, sorry for bothering you with such silly questions. Thanks for clarification.

And we understand that chart types are very important and indispensable. That is why we provide 4 different chart types. They are Area Chart, Japanese candlesticks, Heikin Ashi, and Bars.

                                        If you do not like the Area Chart (the straight line), you can easily switch to another one. By clicking on the second button on the left bottom of the chart. You will see the list of chart types to choose from.

                                        If you want to open more than one chart at the time, you can click on the forth button on the left bottom of the chart.
