    I have posted multiple complaints here and shared my account id may times, but getting reply as Id which I shared was wrong, so. I am adding screenshot of my account section here. It's been more than 2 weeks now since I requested for withdrawals. First asked me to wait for 5 days and after 5 days completed asked me to wait another 5 working days and still I didn't receive my money. I am just sharing my experience here to reveal how much hectic is Olymp Trade process so that other people can also understand their processes and how least they care about their customers.

    Finally my withdrawal amount got credited back to trading account after 22 days and I lost that again in trading.. I will appreciate if you can be more transparent about your process and share expected timeline to resolve an issue with the traders. Now my deposit is again got stuck and created a task for that as well, Either you please provide a reliable deposit and withdrawal option for INR account or stop providing that option. I hope you understand the importance of timely withdrawal and deposit from trading account.

    Already shared here the screenshot of my account section and you are saying I'm not sharing my account id. Any one who ses this platform and read your replies can understand they way you take criticism, mark this date and let's see how long it will take to resolve my issue. It's been already 19 days since I requested for my withdrawal and you saying simple excuses. I have already contacted your customer support regarding this issue and they not responding now
    . I'm not expecting any resolution from your side posting complaint here, I just want other people to know how bad your service is and don't want them to get trapped using your fraudlent service.

    People who's reading this comment, please don't use Olymp trade see the way they respond, now they are saying I have to wait 30 days. Such issue issue can happen to anyone who uses Olymp trade today or tomorrow. Please don't use such unreliable service. Please don't deposit any money in there, later you will regret for sure.

      I'm extremely disappointed with Olymp Trade's market place. I have been searching for strategies to add but when I click the market place, nothing. It's supposed to be a unique service that allows traders to buy and trading strategies and more, but it's completely empty. This was one of the features that I really looked forward to exploring but I can't find any good strategies to add, and it's been a huge waste of my time. I always thought that the broker had a very stable and reliable platform. I expected better from Olymp Trade, and this experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down.

      Oh... I am really sorry. I did not realize that my internet connection had stopped working entirely. I later picked up and boom... the market place popped up. I found the strategies I was looking for.

        Olymp trade is a pretty diverse broker out of all the forex brokers on the market.
        I appreciate how they try to provide the variety of services and other types of trading to its customers.
        It;s the same with the patent methods of the broker. You can choose multiple methods, even according to your location. Olymp has lots of local payment mechanisms.

        But I had an issue with my payments. When I requested the withdrawal it couldn’t execute my request for some reason. and now I’m a bit worried.

        It’s totally my fault. Olymp trade withdrawal policy allows you to use only two payment methods for withdrawal of funds that you used for deposits. I didn’t pay attention to the FAQ section about withdrawals. But luckily nothing bad happened and I just needed to pick the most convenient payment methods for me.

          I started trading with this broker quite recently and I'm still assimilating in the new environment. Generally speaking, I am fully satisfied with the trading conditions, tradable assets and so on and so forth.
          Yesterday I examined the information about statuses for instance, the day before - about USDT account. So, gradually, slowly I'm adjusting. I adore this process. Nevertheless, sometimes I experience difficulties when stumbled upon some new features.
          I heard the platform does allow me to depict several charts simultaneously. So, I downloaded the desktop version of the platform and couldn't find any button which would allow me to trade with multiple charting. From time to time, I need this feature as I tend to seek interdependencies between currencies. However, guys, no button! I ain't know, the company cheated on me or what? Where are my multiple charts =(

          Oh my gosh! How could I dare to start complaining without asking client support team about this feature... I haven't had any idea it's allowed to use multiple charts only in the web version of the platform. For no reason I thought I could apply this feature in the desktop app as well. Next time I will read more information I promise, sorry for bothering you with such silly questions. Thanks for clarification.

          Thank you for your question. We are glad that you mention Chart types. Olymp Trade strives to offer the finest trading conditions. And we understand that chart types are very important and indispensable. That is why we provide 4 different chart types. They are Area Chart, Japanese candlesticks, Heikin Ashi, and Bars.

          If you do not like the Area Chart (the straight line), you can easily switch to another one. By clicking on the second button on the left bottom of the chart. You will see the list of chart types to choose from.

          If you want to open more than one chart at the time, you can click on the forth button on the left bottom of the chart.

            Do not invest your hard earned money in this platform by seeing their false promises, they will play with your withdrawals, they will not send you on time, I didn't stil get my withdrawals even after so many days, they will keep tell you to wait for another 5 days.. I have send so many emails and requests regarding my withdrawals but no use. If somebody wants to ignore this message and still wants to join Olymp Trade for trading and making profit, then I must say best of luck..

            Send my withdrawals asap, you are literally cheating your customer by holding their money, anyone reading reading this comment and don't want to get into such issue, please do not use olymptrade. This can also happen to you by today or tomorrow. So please stay away from olymptrade

              My two withdrawals are not received yet, tried contacting the support many times and contacted account manager but I haven't got any postive response from them.

              It's been around 6 days now since I requested for withdrawals

              This is the third time I'm posting my complaint, totally unacceptable customer service from Olymp trade, no clue where my money is gone, totally not safe to trade on such unreliable platform.

                Olymp Account ID[protected]
                I tried making a Deposit o[censored]SD 20.00 on February 10 2023 on Olymp Trade.
                The amount of INR 1652.00 was deducted from my Bank Account but was never Credited to my Olymp Trade Account.
                Now almost 4 Months have passed and that USD 20.00 has not been credited to my Olymp Trade Account yet nor have I received a refund of that amount which in INR was INR 1652.00.
                I have already shared all the documents and the screen shots proving that that INR 1652.00 was Deducted from my Bank Account

                Olymp Trade Customer Support is not Responding to my emails.

                    I have been a user of Olymp Trade for several months and I am content with the platform. Nevertheless, a small matter caught my attention lately, which is worth addressing to the company's notice. It might be helpful for other traders who encounter similar experiences as mine.

                    Sometimes, I accidentally click on the "Sell" button instead of the intended "Buy" button. Despite feeling a bit foolish about it, this small mistake has caused me to lose out on a few trades that would have been profitable if I had clicked on the correct button.

                    I understand that this may not be a major concern and can be avoided with increased vigilance, but I was thinking if it's possible for the company to enhance the distinction of "Buy" and "Sell" buttons or introduce a verification prompt before completing the transaction?

                    After I submitted my comment, I further explored the application and discovered this nice feature that had previously dodged me. To my surprise, there existed an option to activate a confirmation window prior to executing trades - one which I immediately realized could have resolved the issue that led me express concern in the first place. To be fair, though, this feature wasn't initially enabled on my account. It is noteworthy how Olymp Trade had already implemented such a proactive measure even before I suggested it; truly commendable!

When you open a ‘buy’ position, you are essentially buying an asset from the market. And when you close your position, you ‘sell’ it back to the market. Buyers – also known as bulls – believe an asset’s value is likely to rise. Olymp Trade has “Up” or “Down” button. Now it’s showing which direction of the price you would like to make a trade.

                          I've been using Olymp Trade for a few months now and am satisfied with the platform. Yet, there's a small issue that I would like to address to the attention of the company.

                          It's a bit silly, but I find myself accidentally clicking on the "Sell" button instead of the "Buy" button on occasion. This has caused me to lose out on a few trades that would have been profitable if I had clicked on the correct button. I thought it was worth mentioning in case it's something that other traders have experienced as well.

                          I understand that paying closer attention could prevent this issue. Still, I was curious if there's a possibility for the platform to enhance the differentiation between the "Buy" and "Sell" buttons or implement a confirmation window before executing the trade.

                          After posting my comment, I further explored the trading application. In doing so, I stumbled upon a remarkable feature that had gone unnoticed until then - a confirmation window before executing trades. To my despair, this option had not been enabled on my account earlier and thus led me to express concern over its absence. However, its discovery and subsequent activation now put all those worries at rest as it resolves any scruples I initially had about using the app without it. It appears that Olymp Trade implemented this friendly feature even before I suggested it :)

                            I was attracted by the conditions the broker offers to its customers.
                            Everything was looking good and I made a decision to make an account here to see if it would work for me.

                            After trading on a free demo account for a couple of weeks successfully I wanted to try the real trading.
                            I knew that Olymp trade offers a bonus system for first time clients and I usd this opportunity to increase my trading potential and overall equity.

                            But after I made some insignificant profits and wanted to withdraw the part of my deposited money because I needed them at that moment. All the bonuses have disappeared from the account. And I wonder if this is even legal?

                            How could I miss this point in the terms and conditions of the bonuses?! I usually read them very carefully, but apparently not that time. I think it’s a lesson for everybody, you should read all the instructions and documentations until the end. And especially the information that is written with the small fonts. Kudos to olymp trade client support for not banning me because of this silly mistake.

                              My email I'd in olymp trade platform is [protected]@gmail.com. I had made a withdrawal request for 4203 . 17 usd on 17th may 2023, but after 10 days also it is not processed by olymp trade. I had written several emails to olymp regarding this but no resolution done. I now fear that I will not get my money. Pl look into the issue.

                                  It looks like Olymp Trade is one of the most iconic brokers and it has a history. I am pretty much like trading here. The proprietary developed trading software is a mark of a quality for sure. I like the platfrom, it is very handy and comafortable to operate from personal computer, laptop, or mobile phone.
                                  As a newbie, I didn't made all things clear yet, but it looks like I can perform a nice results. The only thing I didn't get yet is why this fixed time trading mode is always placing orders for one minute? I mean I would like to hedge my positions for longer, but instead I just need to do it every minute. Quite useless function so far.

                                  Ok, so like they say "it's never enough learning". So the time of trade can be regulated and I didn't know that. It turns all game upside down now and I can say it is a great method for hedging.

                                    I have not received that amount which I have withdrawn, it's been 3 days now and the payment method I have chosen was IMPS which is instant but I didn't get my money yet. There are two withdrawal I made and I didn't receive any of them

                                    I have not received the withdrawals yet, I have contacted the support team and emailed account manager. But no action have been taken from their side, still waiting for the money. Situations like this is really fearful and not sure whether I get my withdrawals or not.

                                      I am writing to file a complaint regarding a transaction that occurred on 24th May 2023 on your platform. I attempted to deposit AED 43 into my Olymp Trade account via the Bank Card payment method, but the transaction failed. However, when I checked my bank account statement, I noticed that the same amount was debited from my account.

                                      I would like to request an immediate refund of the amount that was debited from my account as it was not reflected in my Olymp Trade account due to the failed transaction. Please investigate this issue and provide me with a prompt resolution.

                                      I have attached a copy of the transaction receipt and my Olymp Trade Account Transaction dashboard for your reference.

                                      I request you to look into this matter on priority and take the necessary action to ensure a refund of the deducted amount as soon as possible.
