    Because they taken wrong decision on my deposit issue after 5 months of waiting.
    I am sending this below reply to them but no response.

    To olymp Trade About my registered complaint

    Bank will don't help me because transaction was 5 months old and bank only help when you compliant within one month of transaction was made there is RBI rules and regulations and you are telling me now after 5 months to contect my bank so how can bank help me after 5 months because you telling me now and you delayed me 5 months for making compliant daily saying me your deposit was safe and credit to you soon and running 5 days cycle and 5 months gone then how would bank help me there is a bank and RBI rules and regulations i have to compliant within one month of transaction was made and you didn't said me to ask to my Bank at earliest stage of my deposit and you waited me 5 months so now it's your responsibility to provide me refund or compensation because fund was transferred to you and lost it's your system failure.

      About my registered complaint

          Manipulation of charts, many people have lost there money in olymp trade, yu take advantage because people know about you but in real sense there area other platform which convinient and true, you need to change but not take advantage of others🙄🙄

          You can check your price history on the platform. To do this, go to the "Help" section of the platform and select the "Assets" menu. Once you have selected the asset you wish to review, you can find information about its quotes in the "Price History" submenu. You can select the date and time of the quote you want to check there.

          We also have an independent department to handle such complaints. If you feel disagree with the outcome of the transaction, they will review it. Please email [protected]@olymptrade.com with the details.

            I have been using Olymp Trade for a while now, and overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the platform and its functionality. However, I've encountered a significant issue that has left me perplexed. Every time I place a stop-loss order, it seems like the price magically moves in the exact direction to trigger my order before reversing. It made me question whether the broker is intentionally going against me and trying to take my money.
            But then I decided to try a different approach. I stopped placing stop-loss orders and kept only take-profit orders. Surprisingly, this unconventional strategy has brought me success.
            While it's an unconventional approach and may not work for everyone, it has been a game-changer for me. Have others experienced similar issues with stop-loss orders?

Your guidance provided me with an invaluable lesson that I will cherish as a trader. Thanks to the educational resources available on Olymp Trade, I was able to enhance both my knowledge and trading skills significantly beyond just finding important price levels or placing proper stop-loss and take-profit orders. Though only a relatively short time has passed since beginning my journey, I can confidently say that I feel like an intermediate trader now. It's funny when I see this complaint and remembering how I previously thought about Olymp Trade hunting for my Stop Loss order :)

                  Okay, so I downloaded the Olymp Trade app, and I was pumped to start trading. But then, I couldn't find the button to switch the charts. I looked for it for hours, but it's like it's not even there. And that's where my frustration started.

                  The app's layout is quite appealing but confusing. I have clicked on everything looking for how to switch between the chart types. It is using an area chart for me and I do not know how to make any analysis on it. I keep clicking on the wrong buttons, and now I am beginning to think that there is no button to switch the charts.

                  Looking back now, I realize how trivial my complaint was. However, in my defense, it is common for novice traders to experience these stages of becoming acquainted with the trading setting. After a period of familiarization, it is now easy for me to attest that the Olymp Trade application is very user-friendly and intuitive. Switching between charts across various pairs has become effortless, alongside making technical analyses such as identifying levels and trends.

                    I value Olymp Trade for being a perfect mediator between me and the market. I put lots of effort to find a proper brokerage company to start earning money on the market, as today, in the time of serious political and economic turmoils, market provides nice opportunities.
                    I opened here an account and of course received some bonuses for funds depositing. I traded couple of shots on the demo and impatiently switched to live trading, opened couple of orders and I am still waiting for a proper exit point.
                    While I am waiting I started to research the company's help center to find some answers on my questions and noticed here special extensionsthat can be acquired via sort of subscription. I have spent almost an hour trying to pay for this subscription with bonus funds as I thought like "Why I need to spend my personal money, while bonuses are available". However, nothing happened! Why it's like that?

                          I am having trouble with the "Strategies" feature on Olymptrade. I have been using the feature for two weeks, and I have not been able to use a strategy provided by the platform even once. I have read the instructions multiple times, but I think there might be a bug in the feature. I demand that Olymptrade fix this issue immediately, or else I will have to switch to another trading platform that has a more reliable "strategy" feature.

                            I think olymp trade is one of the best, if not the best in providing diversity to its customers.
                            I’m speaking of the trading modes, or payment methods, in any aspect you have many options to choose from. It gives you the much needed space for your trading endeavors.

                            For example I can trade forex pairs in the long run, which gives me a more secure income. But at the same time I can use fixed time assets to generate income right here right now.

                            I heard that olymp trade offers some type of scalping with FTT, but I couldn't find a time frame less than 1 minute. Did they remove it or what?

                            Thanks very much for your balanced and fair review of the Olymp Trade platform. Olymp Trade strives to provide the finest trading conditions. The platform provides Fixed Time Trade and Forex. With forex, you can trade for a longer time. But if you are interested in a short-time trade, Fixed Time Trade is a suitable trading mode. With FTT, you can trade for less than one minute.

                            First, you go to Fixed Time Trade mode, at the Duration tab, please look for the tab Quick. With it, you can trade in under 1 minute. Please note that for some assets, Quick trade may not be available at a certain time.

                              I adore this broker for providing top-notch trading conditions, but I want to point out the presence of various peculiarities connected to them. Even though the company offers a full-fledged help center, where all required information, at the first glance, is given, still there is something that's not so apparent.
                              For instance, only recently I dug deeper into the status system and it turned out this system contains many fascinating features. All advantages of each status are described in the help center, but the matter of my inquiry refers more to the subscription on a new status. I do know it's possible to subscribe to any status and chose the period, nevertheless, I couldn't do it in the desktop platform! Why do this broker offer this function if it's not implemented at all? Is it created specifically to brag or what?

                                  Have not received a Refund of the Missing Deposited Amount of $20 nor the amount has been credited to my Olymp Trade Account till now. Documents to Verify the Payment are Attached in this email.

                                  I tried doing a Net Banking Deposit on February 10 2023 with Deposit Request no. [protected] for $20.00 (INR 1652.00). The funds were debited from my Bank Account but were never Credited to my Olymp Trade Account and are Still Missing.
                                  I have not received a Refund of that amount till now.

                                  I clicked on the Deposit Option then selected 'NetBanking' as the Payment Method, filled in the rest of the Details. Then I was redirected to a Payment Merchant Website by the name 'Chalopay' with Website Address: payment.chalopay.instantcollect.net I completed my Payment Process. The Payment was 'SUCCESSFUL'.
                                  The amount of INR 1652.00 was debited from my Indusind Bank Account immediately.

                                  After completing the Payment Process I clicked on the 'Return To Merchant' option on the 'Payment Merchant's Website' then I was redirected to Olymp Trade Payment Page where I clicked on the 'I have paid' option. The Olymp Trade Payment Screen started loading and it said Processing your payment and there was an estimated time frame.

                                  Since then in my Olymp Trade Account, Payments, Transactions Section the 'Status' for that Deposit of $20 on FEBRUARY 10 2023 with Request no. [protected] is 'Failed'.

                                  Now it is more than 88 DAYS since the Time and the Date of that Particular Transaction of $20 which was FEBRUARY 10 2023 and I still have not received a Refund of that amount nor have I received any information via email from Olymp Trade about the same.

                                  So if you could Please look into the matter, sort this out and either credit USD 20.00 to my Olymp Account or issue a Refund of INR 1652.00 back to my Indusind Bank Account

                                  Please Find the Attached Files for the Documents to Verify that the Payment was debited from my Bank Account.

                                  I am attaching the Screenshot from my INDUSIND BANK NETBANKING Screen showing the IMPS Transaction on FEBRUARY 10 2023 for INR 1652.00 with IMPS Ref No:[protected].
                                  I am attaching the Screenshots of the Payment Merchant Website (which I took at the time of Depositing) by the name 'ChaloPay' with Website Address: payment.chalopay.instantcollect.net I paid through on FEBRUARY 10 2023 with another Screen Shot of the same Payment Merchant showing 'Transaction Success' with Transaction ID: 6246146ea5bede and Transaction Reference Number :[protected].
                                  I am attaching 2 Screenshots from February 10 2023 of the Same Time I completed the Payment on OlympTrade Website (with a Time Difference of about 30 Minutes) and it kept Showing a Time Frame of 15 Mins for Payment Processing.
                                  I am also attaching the Screenshot of the email sent by my Bank (Indusind Bank) for the Particular Transaction on the same date which was February 10 2023.
                                  I am (once again) attaching the Screenshot from my INDUSIND BANK NETBANKING Screen showing the IMPS Transaction on FEBRUARY 10 2023 for INR 1652.00 with IMPS Ref No:[protected]. (Transaction Highlighted)

                                  I am attaching my OFFICIAL MONTHLY BANK STATEMENT for the Month of February 2023 for which the Password is :- ANAN1209
                                  I am also attaching the Transaction Text Message which I received from Indusind Bank for the Particular Transaction on February 10 2023

                                  This Complaint update is about "The Same Missing Deposit of 20 USD" which I tried Depositing through the Net-Banking option available on OlympTrade.com on February 10 2023

                                  I sent the First email about the "Missing 20 USD" to OlympTrade's Support email <[protected]@olymptrade.com> on February 21 2023 with enough Documents to prove that INR 1652.00 was deducted from my Bank Account.
                                  I also shared the Name of the Payment Merchants Website I was Redirected to and I also took and shared the Screen Shots from of the Payment Merchant, Before and After completing the Payment.

                                  Then I got the Automated Reply from Olymp Trade and after sometime I received another email from Olymp Trade Support Team on February 21 2023
                                  The Mentioned Agent's Name on the email was "Soumik" and in this email he mentioned :
                                  ""The task has been created today and the task completion time can take up to 5 working days."" and also this ""However, please be assured that we would have an update by[protected].""

                                  After that I did not get any Response on that email.
                                  Since, then I've sent so many emails with the same Concern to all of Olymp Trade's Support emails including the email which had a "Ticket Number" on them.

                                  I have shared every bit of Information related to that Payment Proving that I Paid an Amount of INR 1652 on February 10 2023 to a Payment Merchant to which Olymp Trade "Redirected" to.
                                  I have Shared my Official Bank Statement and even the screen shots of the "Text Msgs" sent by "Indusind Bank" about the Debit of INR 1652

                                  I used to Receive the Automated Reply from Olymp Trade on every email I've sent with this concern and sometimes I got "Replies" with "Different Agent Names" saying the same things in every email, LIKE :
                                  """"The task has been created today and the task completion time can take up to 5 working days.""

                                  Then I stopped receiving any "Replies" from "Olymp Trade" about the Same.

                                  Then I came to know about this Website "www.consumercomplaints.in" and I Posted my First complaint here on April 26, 2023. "Olymp Trade" just Commented on my Posted Complaint here and then I did not Receive any update about the Same.

                                  I Posted the Second Complaint here (about the same) on May 8, 2023 to which, I Received a "Reply" email from "Olymp Trade" on May 9 2023. The Reply from Olymp Trade was on the email I've sent them (about the same concern) on 'March 16 2023'
                                  The agent's Name on this 'Replied email' was "Subha"
                                  And this 'Replied email' had the Same Copy Pasted Script telling me the Same Thing :
                                  ""We have updated the shared documents in the task today. Our team will start investigating the issue further. Please be informed that after any documents have been updated in the task, the team may take up to 5 working days to investigate it.""
                                  There was another 'Copy Pasted' Comment on this Complaint by Olymp Trade

                                  Few More Days Passed but I still had no update on my Missing 20 USD and I sent more emails to Olymp Trade but there was no Reply to those emails.

                                  So I Posted another Complaint here on May 15, 2023 to which I Received a "Reply" from Olymp Trade Agent Name - 'Anish Sebastian' on May 17 2023 who again said ""Maximum period for the task to get resolved is up to 5 working days"" and there was a same Comment on this Complaint as the Previous ones.


                                  Now, it is more that 3 Months or more than 100 Days and I still have no update about my Missing Deposit Amount of 20 USD.
                                  And each time "Olymp Trade" responds to any of my emails or complaints every time they add '5 Working Days to Finish the Task.'

                                  In 20 More days my Missing Deposit Amount of 20 USD will be Missing for more than 4 Months.

                                  And Olymp Trade will send another email saying ""Maximum period for the task to get resolved is up to 5 working days""

                                        My OlympTrade account was Blocked on 12/05/2023 assuming that I'm a minor.But I am not at all a minor and I am 26year old person.. I uploaded and sent all my documents through email but now they're saying my documents are photoshopped! Again I sent mail to them with holding documents through selfie pic.. still now there's no response from them! Can you please solve my issue?
