      I am having trouble with the "Strategies" feature on Olymptrade. I have been using the feature for two weeks, and I have not been able to use a strategy provided by the platform even once. I have read the instructions multiple times, but I think there might be a bug in the feature. I demand that Olymptrade fix this issue immediately, or else I will have to switch to another trading platform that has a more reliable "strategy" feature.

      Hehehe... Well, I did not realize that there are strategies for FTT and for FX. Well, I made a mistake earlier and I am here to say that it has all been resolved. The strategies work just fine.

        I think olymp trade is one of the best, if not the best in providing diversity to its customers.
        I’m speaking of the trading modes, or payment methods, in any aspect you have many options to choose from. It gives you the much needed space for your trading endeavors.

        For example I can trade forex pairs in the long run, which gives me a more secure income. But at the same time I can use fixed time assets to generate income right here right now.

        I heard that olymp trade offers some type of scalping with FTT, but I couldn't find a time frame less than 1 minute. Did they remove it or what?

        Thanks very much for your balanced and fair review of the Olymp Trade platform. Olymp Trade strives to provide the finest trading conditions. The platform provides Fixed Time Trade and Forex. With forex, you can trade for a longer time. But if you are interested in a short-time trade, Fixed Time Trade is a suitable trading mode. With FTT, you can trade for less than one minute.

        First, you go to Fixed Time Trade mode, at the Duration tab, please look for the tab Quick. With it, you can trade in under 1 minute. Please note that for some assets, Quick trade may not be available at a certain time.

          I adore this broker for providing top-notch trading conditions, but I want to point out the presence of various peculiarities connected to them. Even though the company offers a full-fledged help center, where all required information, at the first glance, is given, still there is something that's not so apparent.
          For instance, only recently I dug deeper into the status system and it turned out this system contains many fascinating features. All advantages of each status are described in the help center, but the matter of my inquiry refers more to the subscription on a new status. I do know it's possible to subscribe to any status and chose the period, nevertheless, I couldn't do it in the desktop platform! Why do this broker offer this function if it's not implemented at all? Is it created specifically to brag or what?

          Shame on my inattentiveness! How could I dare to accuse the company of indecent behavior if I didn't even check the note in the end of the description how this subscription works.                   My OlympTrade account was Blocked on 12/05/2023 assuming that I'm a minor.But I am not at all a minor and I am 26year old person.. I uploaded and sent all my documents through email but now they're saying my documents are photoshopped! Again I sent mail to them with holding documents through selfie pic.. still now there's no response from them! Can you please solve my issue?

                    I found something impossible here. It is either that the platform sees the future or there is something seriously wrong about this place. So if I'll tell you the story quickly, what happened is that I signed up to trade the markets here on a Monday, It's all good. I'm trading I'm chillin. Traded all week and here comes the weekend. I was waiting to have a break from the assets and I logged in. I see that everything is in line with what needs to happen. Stocks don't trade on weekends, forex don't trade, commodities, indexes don't trade. But what do I see? There is a commodity composite index, A European and an Asian composite index that are moving, that I can trade. On a weekend! How is that possible? Are they lying about their assets?

                    Okay then. Turns out they are not just simple indexes but they are tokenized assets, they are basically digitalized financial securities that derive their prices from other forces that are influencing its price. So I have learned something new today afterall, anyways, I am not gonna bored on the weekends either from now on, which is totally fine by me.

                      I heard about olymp trade forex broker from my friend. He didn’t provide me with much details, and to be honest I don’t need them, as I used to dive into the action immediately. I think it’s the best way to master something.
                      So I skipped the demo account, just read a few articles about forex trading and that’s it. Practice is the best teacher.
                      However, the trading on the platform was a bit different. For some reason the orders I opened closed after a while. As far as I know forex trading doesn’t imply any type of expiration of orders.
                      Can somebody explain to me what is happening? Maybe there are several olymp trade brokers existing?

                      I mixed up fixed time trading and forex trading on the platform obviously. Who knew that olymp trade is such a versatile broker with several trading modes. I guess the next time I should trade on a demo account at least for some time. Anyway thanks to the client support for clearing all the things up.

Fixed Time Trades (Fixed Time, FTT) is one of the trading modes available on the Olymp Trade platform. In this mode, you make trades for a limited period of time and receive a fixed rate of return for a correct forecast about the movements in currency, stock and other asset prices.

                      Trading in Fixed Time mode is the easiest way to earn money on changes in the value of financial instruments. However, to achieve positive results, you need to take a training course and practice with a free demo account available on Olymp Trade.

                      We think that you accidentally use FTT. To switch back to Forex, please go to the asset and choose Forex for it.

                          The broker attracted me with its regulated status and one of the richest brokerage histories on the forex market.
                          It has almost a decade of experience which in and of itself means that I can confidently trust my money to it.
                          Plus the watchdog of the broker includes the compensation fund to cover the clients’ deposits in case something goes wrong and the company won't be able to fulfill the withdrawals.
                          I wanted to start with forex trading first, but it seems like there is no forex trading at all. As even in the forex tab there is no volume choice, buy and sell options and all the attributes that I read about prior to registering with this broker. Does this broker even give the possibility to trade forex?

                          Oh, I get it. It’s the same forex trading nut with an Olymp trade twist. I mean it's forex trading but with fixed amounts. Which is actually quite cool at times and also can be much safer than ordinary forex.

                                I've been cooperating with Olymp Trade for a kinda substantial period. Not for a very long time, as the company is working since 2014, but I guess almost half of a year. I tend to trade only when the volatility is pretty low, as it primarily refers to my risk management strategy. Everything was good so far.
                                However, recently during one of trading sessions, I found out that I couldn't open a position with a pretty habitual size. I personally tied this situation with an increased volatility and overall trading volumes, but how it works actually? I couldn't get what went wrong that day. The system simply didn't afford me to open a position.

                                Oh God... I find out about new functions here day by day, but I couldn't even imagine that there is a special system called Trading limit. It intentionally restricts your opportunity to open a position with a certain deal size during high volatility. It's so commendable that broker cares about risk management this way.                                     I've not a regular client of this broker, but sometimes I trade here and earn money. Actually, I'm not fond of regular trading at all, it's just a side activity together with my primary source of income. But, whatever.
                                    Recently I stumbled upon an interesting thing. My account was inactive for a certain period, because I really had tons of work at my primary workplace. I couldn't allocate a minute to trading.
                                    After I got back, I found out that my deposit got smaller. I clearly remember the sum that was on the account back when I left it inactive, however, after my return, it turned out that some funds vanished! The broker robs inactive accounts out? What does it mean?

                                    I stated that I am not a regular trader, so I didn't no about any inactivity fees... Thanks for the team to clarify me this situation. And I'm sorry for suspecting you in any dishonest activity, you know, I was outraged because my funds disappeared. Now I sorted out.

                                    Thank you for contacting us. It is important that we can clear up the information for you in case any uncertainty appears. In the complaint, you are probably referring to the inactivity fee.

                                    The company has a right to assess a dormancy fee for a long period of inactivity of a user account. It is applied to traders who have not made trades on a live account or carried out non-trading operations (withdrawal or deposit activity) for 180 days. Please, note that the $10 fee is charged once a month if your account remains inactive.
