Sir, i am facing problem in withdrawal and depositing funds in olymp trade. On 12 april 2023 I withdraw 6990 ruppees and on 13 april 2023 I had deposited 4000 rupees but both payments are incomplete. I have request no also. Please help me sir.

    When I joined this brokerage company, it was unusual for me to behold absence of Metatrader platform, several trading modes, and actually it was unhabitual to me to see a whole ecosystem that is somehow separated from other brokers. But, for me it was a sign o[censored]niqueness.
    I used to trade with leverages because I initially doesn't deposit huge sums, it's better to deposit small sizes and then boost them due to additional margin.
    However, I didn't find any leverages here! I don't know maybe it's another "feature" of this broker, non-leveraged trading, but if it's true then it's a kinda silly move, as many enthusiasts used to trade with leverages. Where should I switch them on?

    Ooh. I figured out at last. It took me a while to wrap my head around how everything works, and definitely some reading and researching. But I have finally read up on the platform and found out that it does not called leverage here. It is called a multiplier. It basically works with the same dynamics but it is just called differently. So they either chose to name it in a proprietary way or there might be some subtle differences and nuances there. But I couldn't be bothered with it, because it works the same way and I finally got I wanted. I was kind of hasty to call the platform out with the abscence of leverage. Because it was here all along. Anyways. I started using it and it is all fine now.

    Regarding your question, leverage is referred to as multipliers. A multiplier multiplies your investment amount by a certain amount. The multiplier value shows how many times the total trade volume will increase. You can find multiplier values right next to the amount when making a trade.

      Aapke maamle mein, Hum samjhate hai ki aapka khaata jaanch prakriya ke antargat hai . Yaha bahut hi kam aise maamle hai jaha kucch sandigdh gatividhi ke karan khaate ko suraksha pranali ke dwara 'pratibandhit' kiya ja sakta hai . Kripya dhyan de Hamare grahak jo ki manch ke niyamo ke daayre mein trade karte hai, unhe aisi jaanch pranali se nahi gujarna padta.

        Hi I am using olymp trade for past 1 year everytime withdrawal or deposite everything is perfect April 20 my acc have 500 dollors some one was entre into my ACC and they transfer the 500 amount to imps with there personal acc I'll raise complaint when it was in processing but olymp doesn't answer anything correctly I complaint again and again but they didn't answer me anything

              I made 30000 deposit on 12th April. I waited 48h for submitting the complaint. I already submitted the complaint and it’s been 5 working days now and still this big amount didn’t credited.

                I had deposited my amount via upi and placed trades and then at the time of withdrawal i was only getting the option of IMPS mode, therefore i added my bank details, and now I am a part of your scam.

                I don't know how these youtubers get their payment or they just make us fool, in my experience binary trading platform especially olymp trade in not trust worthy as at the time of deposit, they just take the money in seconds but at withdrawal they make you wait a decade.

                Please take serious actions asap and make my withdrawal request approved.

                      And team reply that we did credit from our side and if you not recieve in to your bank then wait for 5 buisness days then let me know again
                      And that day complete on 19-04-23
                      And when i wrote mail on that day, i got a reply from execute that we want your bank statement i did sent also that statement
                      Then they replied that you will got a reply in 24 hours from our financial team or you have to wait again for 5 buisness days
                      And no reply after 24 hours from also financial team it is too much fraustrating me

                        I have made withdrawal on 31 / 03 /2023 of Ruppes 37500/-(Thirty seven thousand five hundred only), its been 20 days now for withdrawal request still its not been credited to my account and its been debited from olymp trade account on the same day,
                        I have sent many requests for enquiry of the withdrawal every time i get same response like our team is working on it, i am fed up with this kind of answer there is no proper follow up for my request, please rectify it soon or else i have to take legal action. And i need to make another withdrawal but without old request i cant make another withdrawal

                                        I have recently updated two factor authentication by google authenticator app and accidentally my phone got out of order, unknowingly i have uninstalled the app ( my phone got dead and handset manufacturer ended support to the phone model) and i have lost the backup code and there is no way i can login to my account. So please help me with this as I possess my login credentials and all related documents whichi gave at the time of account verification. i have updated try to recover my account through any one of those. And the website of olymp trade does not have any option to recover my account and also there is no customer support. Olymp trade does not give me any option to recover my account and they can use my email ID or DOB instead of two factor authentication
