I did 700 inr through (upi qr) two times
so money was debited from account two times but werenot credited to trade account
so totally i lost 1400 rs . Please as soon as sort out this problem.

It’s a pity to hear of your less than satisfactory experience. We hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. We are committed to providing great customer service and we would like to make things right. We understand that traders are used to smooth and fast deposits on the platform, but such cases are rare happened.

Regarding your case, there was a technical failure when making your deposit, so it was not processed. According to the international payment system rules 30 days after the incident, the money can be returned to your payment source or transferred to your trading account on the platform.

We would like to speed up this process for you, however, there are international rules for conducting transactions. So we asked you to wait and contact us later. It’s a pity that it caused you negative emotions.

    Recently I deposited the amount of 700 INR for my olymp trade account through UPI QR and the money was deducted from my account as the transaction was successful. But i still did not receive the amount in my olymp trade account. The transaction was made but in my trade account its showing that transaction status is failed. The transaction details are attached below, Either refund the money or add it to my account. Request no : [protected]

                Well, I generally appreciate your trading platform. It’s really innovative in many regards. Before I never traded fixed amounts, either Forex or FTT. Yeah, at first it puzzled me a lot cause I had no experience choosing the right size of a fixed amount. When chosen wrong it kicks you out of the market at light speed. Over time I learned how to handle it. It took some time cuz assets greatly differ in terms of liquidity.
                However, I am still struggling with a nasty bug here. I can’t tame these damn horizontal lines. I need them as price levels. It’s not easy to place them here. They drift or I find them in the wrong place. Do you have a separate manual for them?

                Oh, I assume I gotta change my general approach to trading. It's so inattentive... I believe if all traders will be attentive, the biggest part of stupid questions including the one I asked, will vanish. Thank you for clarification, I hope I will never bother you guys asking such silly questions.

                Regarding your question on horizontal lines, we are pleased to inform you that you can draw lines on our platform under the indicators list. Please go to the third icon called “Technical Analysis” on the bottom left of the chart. Then Open the instrument list – Drawing. You can find horizontal lines there.

                        I put on an indicator and I realized that it was not what I intended to put on. I found the right indicator and put it on and it is alright. But I have started to find the first indicator I put on obstructing and just consuming space. I have been looking for how to toggle this indicator off but I have not found it yet. I do not even know how to use this indicator; I don't even know what it is called. Well, I do not know why the off button is this difficult to find.

                        Jesus, I think I went blind all of a sudden. Turns out, it was there on the upper right corner of the indicator itself and I just was not noticing that. Anyways, I am now able to open up and close down every indicator I want and I actually use the majority of them. There's a good library of indicators full of tons of helpful ones here.

To deactivate it or turn it off, you just need to click on the “trash bin” icon. The indicator will disappear from your chart.

                                  Recently I submitted some bonuses to my trading account so that my initial deposit would look bigger. As the bigger deposit, the bigger potential profits.
                                  After trading for some time I made some profits and decided to withdraw a little money. but to my big surprise I couldn’t do it. All my requests to customer support were useless, because they were probably too busy to answer me properly.
                                  So what is going on? Your website says that you can withdraw bonuses without restrictions.

                                  Thank you for writing to us. We are glad that you made a question on bonus withdrawals. You can take advantage of our bonus system. If your main deposit on a live account falls to 0 due to losses in the trade you can continue trading with your bonuses. The profit that you gain from bonuses becomes withdrawable money. And you do not have to pay the bonus back when you lose it.

                                  In general, you cannot withdraw the bonuses, but you can withdraw the profit you make from the bonus.

                                      Two of my transactions were listed as pending even though they've been deducted from my bank.
                                      And now suddenly one of it is showing as failed with no refund to the original payment mode

                                        I did my two factor authentication with google authenticator. And accidentally i uninstalled olymp trade and google authenticator. Now i cannot login back to my olymp trade platform, because it asks for a security code from google authenticator app. i am stuck !!! Please it is a humble request that someone please help me.

                                        i e-mailed to the support of olymp trade and they did resolved my issue by disabling the 2 FA authenticator, but now my account is banned even after my verification.
