I have recently setup my two factor authentication and got everything sorted out then I deleted the Google authentication app and can’t get in Olymptrade and I have lost the backupcode and I can’t login to my account on Olymptrade so please help me with this issue.

    Recently I submitted some bonuses to my trading account so that my initial deposit would look bigger. As the bigger deposit, the bigger potential profits.
    After trading for some time I made some profits and decided to withdraw a little money. but to my big surprise I couldn’t do it. All my requests to customer support were useless, because they were probably too busy to answer me properly.
    So what is going on? Your website says that you can withdraw bonuses without restrictions.

    It was the profits made from the bonuses that are allowed to withdraw without restrictions. My bad! I misread that thing. Thanks to the olymp trade customer support, they explained me everything very polite, despite I was so stupid.

    Thank you for writing to us. We are glad that you made a question on bonus withdrawals. You can take advantage of our bonus system. If your main deposit on a live account falls to 0 due to losses in the trade you can continue trading with your bonuses. The profit that you gain from bonuses becomes withdrawable money. And you do not have to pay the bonus back when you lose it.

    In general, you cannot withdraw the bonuses, but you can withdraw the profit you make from the bonus.

          I did my two factor authentication with google authenticator. And accidentally i uninstalled olymp trade and google authenticator. Now i cannot login back to my olymp trade platform, because it asks for a security code from google authenticator app. i am stuck !!! Please it is a humble request that someone please help me.

          i e-mailed to the support of olymp trade and they did resolved my issue by disabling the 2 FA authenticator, but now my account is banned even after my verification.

                I tried depositing my money bank was showing temporarily out of service money dint get debited I tried several times around 2:30 am money dint get debited I slept later around 4 my money got debited due to several tries I have the screenshot of the transaction id I deposited 10 dollars money got deduct from my account i dint get my 10$ in my trade account I checked my transaction in Olymptrade it is not showing my money got struck please refund I did my payment in QRscan please refund the money

                  At last, I thought I faced the most suitable broker for my needs. Everything was okay from the time I opened a demo account and until I switched to a real one.
                  Some difficulties overtook me as soon as I started opening positions here. I decided to hold a EUR/USD long position overnight, but then accidentally noticed that money were charged... I thought about overnight fee right away, but why I didn't know about it when I opened this positions and made a decision to hold it overnight? You guys hide information? Figure it out.

                  Damn... I gotta be far more attentive in case I decided to start trading with this company. How could I dare not to pay attention to overnight fees? I was enraged actually, that's why I required to explain me what the hell was going on. Now I realized that I was really dumb. That's my fault...                   Thank you for writing to us about your concern about overnight fees. As far as we understand, you are having confusion about fees in Forex mode. We are here to explain it to you. In Forex mode, there are basically 2 fees:
                  - Commission: When opening a Forex trade, a certain amount is deducted from the trader's balance. This amount depends on several criteria: trade amount, multiplier, asset specification, etc. The current commission is shown along with the rest of the information about the trade. However, the final payment may sometimes differ slightly due to the market situation.
                  - Overnight fee: it is a commission for carrying a trader's leveraged position overnight and then deducted from the balance on a daily basis.
                  Please note that overnight fee depends on the factors of the trade amount, direction, multiplier, and overnight fee rate of the pair. The latter can be found in the "Trading Conditions" tab of the "Assets" menu.

                    I had deposited the amount in olymptrade 2 days before, but still the amount is not credited in the trade account, everytime when we mail, they will say wait it will credit and our team is working, they are doing totally fraudulent business, only god knows where the money is,
                    For new traders I won't recommend this app, new traders don't do trades in this platform its totally a fraud totally fraudu and they won't return the money

                          Account ID[protected] i have deposited $10 on 23/aug/2022 but that dindn't got credited to my wallet... after that i again deposited $10 on 01/SEP/ 2022 but again same thing happened... now yesterday ON 16/NOV/2022 i deposited inr 700 but again the same thing happened ... each time the money got deducted from my bank but didn't got credited to my wallet... i'll attach the secreenshots of the payments below respectively ... i want my issue to be resolved ASAP ... either refund my money or add it immediately credit that to my wallet...

                            I have deposited an amount of $10 on 23/aug/2022 and again deposited another $10 on 01/sep/2022... to my live trading account id 73284867... with registered email id as [protected]@gmail.com but the money has not been credited into my account ... i've been contacting customer support from last 2 months i didn't got any response from them ... neither i got any refund of that money... yesterday i added inr 700 in the same account the money got deducted from bank but has not been added to my trading account... either add that money to my trading or initiate the refund of my money as soon as possible ... i'll attach the screenshots of all the three payments below respectively... i want my money back... fraudsters... i want my issue to be resolved as soon as possibleю

                                  I urged you to please impose a strict penalty on this platform for not resolving my issue since 60 days.
                                  I have already provided the bank statement as desired by olymptrade but till now my deposit is not credited.
                                  Inspite of several follow up mails they are not bother to revert on my mail's
                                  I am becoming hopeless and helpless at this moment.
                                  It is evidently the worstexperience of my life to trade on this platform
                                  No body is listening...i am crying every day but they have lost their self esteem and ignoring my mails.

                                      My olymptrade I'd is[90439044]. I have made a UPI deposit on 04 Nov 2022. Raised a request to support team for the same to credit the amount. From last 10 days I am following up with the support team everytime I hear the same reply that our finance team is reviewing your case and will get an update. God knows what happened to my money. If this the behaviour of the finance team towards a regular trader of olymptrade then what they do with the new traders. They just don't bother about people money. They got the amount in their bank and now they are delaying to credit it. Worst service ever.

                                        I have been trying to transfer some of my ethereum from a cryptocurrency exchange wallet to my Olymp Trade account. Nothing seems to be happening and I have no idea why. I thought crypto funding was available here but it doesn't seem to be working properly. It has been two days and tried like at least 6 to 7 times from my wallet on cryptocurrency exchange, it just simply does not go. There is nothing in the notification center as well regarding the fact that they are currently unavailable for maintenance or something like that. They could have warned at least.

                                        Can't get my head around to figure out why I have done such a careless mistake. Turns out I have been trying to send ethereum to the bitcoin address. Because of the fact that the technologies essentially do not match, I could not send anything. The moment I realized that I have done such a facepalm, for the life of me. But I deserved it obviously. Anyhow, basically everything works properly now.
