    I urged you to please impose a strict penalty on this platform for not resolving my issue since 60 days.
    I have already provided the bank statement as desired by olymptrade but till now my deposit is not credited.
    Inspite of several follow up mails they are not bother to revert on my mail's
    I am becoming hopeless and helpless at this moment.
    It is evidently the worstexperience of my life to trade on this platform
    No body is listening...i am crying every day but they have lost their self esteem and ignoring my mails.
    Further i would request you to instruct olymptrade to credit the compensation o[censored]sd 5000 immediately in my account alongwith deposit of inr 2100 for playing with innocent people emotional sentiments and loss of profit due to unavailability of fund

      I made a deposit into my Olymp trade account 4 days ago and it's still pending. Whenever i contact them via email i get insufficient feedback and my deposit issue has not yet been resolved to date. What's the issue with Olymp trade?

        My olymptrade I'd is[90439044]. I have made a UPI deposit on 04 Nov 2022. Raised a request to support team for the same to credit the amount. From last 10 days I am following up with the support team everytime I hear the same reply that our finance team is reviewing your case and will get an update. God knows what happened to my money. If this the behaviour of the finance team towards a regular trader of olymptrade then what they do with the new traders. They just don't bother about people money. They got the amount in their bank and now they are delaying to credit it. Worst service ever.

          I have been trying to transfer some of my ethereum from a cryptocurrency exchange wallet to my Olymp Trade account. Nothing seems to be happening and I have no idea why. I thought crypto funding was available here but it doesn't seem to be working properly. It has been two days and tried like at least 6 to 7 times from my wallet on cryptocurrency exchange, it just simply does not go. There is nothing in the notification center as well regarding the fact that they are currently unavailable for maintenance or something like that. They could have warned at least.

          Can't get my head around to figure out why I have done such a careless mistake. Turns out I have been trying to send ethereum to the bitcoin address. Because of the fact that the technologies essentially do not match, I could not send anything. The moment I realized that I have done such a facepalm, for the life of me. But I deserved it obviously. Anyhow, basically everything works properly now.

                  I have just finished registration with the broker which was, I have to give it to them, the smoothest I have experienced. I also applaud the polite and knowledgeable support team who are always ready to help. Very important in any business. However, Where do I find the education that reviews have been raving about? I have searched the entire website and I cannot find anything. I did find a few how-to videos but that is far from the education I seek. I refuse to believe that this is all the education and training I was hyped up to. Someone needs to tell the broker what education is.

                              I started trading about couple weeks ago and everything worked fine. I appreciated the amount of tradable assets. It is really impressive. And everything went nice untill I decided to trade famous "Fixed Time Trading". The only thing I didn't get is how to do it. I mean if you offer such services then you should add it in the platform. But there is only list of assets and that's all. Still don't inderstand how couldn't they add this.

Fixed Time Trades (Fixed Time, FTT) are one of the trading modes available on the Olymp Trade platform. In this mode, you make trades for a limited period of time and receive a fixed rate of return for a correct forecast about the movements in currency, stock, and other asset prices.

                                They said I do a non trading behaviour and their concern team is investigation but they do it from last more than 2months and still my account is blocked I have 10000 in my account they don't tell me when they unblock my account

                                  The platform of this broker is not as impressive as I thought. So far, I have spent all my time looking for indicators and I have not found anything. I saw a couple of strategies in the marketplace which is quite an interesting feature, but I have not been able to find where I can use indicators. The broker has to do something about making the indicators more accessible. Looks classy and sophisticated but it's a bit disappointing at the same time.

                                  I return with my face in palm as I have noticed my error. I apologize to the people that I may have misled because there are no prices on the indicators and even some strategies. I am one to admit my fault and I was a bit too hasty to make judgment. I have to give these free strategies a go on the platform and as a result, I will be trading here for now.

To find these indicators, please go to the left bottom of your charts. Click on the third icon, which is Technical Analysis. A list of indicators would appear for you to choose from.

                                    Couldn't figure out how to deal with problems I had after a few weeks of trading on platform.
                                    Olymp Trade is my first broker. And initially, when I started trading on platform, I didn't notice any difficulties. But when I wanted to withdraw my earnings from my account, I couldn't do it because I didn't pass verification.
                                    Honestly, I don't understand what this means and how to deal with this problem. Does platform have a glitch, and I will not be able to withdraw funds?
                                    If this is a glitch in platform, will it be fixed?

When you finish your verification process, that means you verify your identity and your source of funds successfully. The system will notify you and you will be able to withdraw as normal.                                       Trade Manupulating

                                      Hi everyone. I have been using Olymp trade since 2019. I had never felt like this before. Recently from the past months each trade hit loss.

                                      Example: I set a trade time of 1 min ( 60sec ). When I open trade, its runs positively and shows profits. while the countdown comes to near be 15-10sec, immediately trade is reversing to hit loss. I tested a lot of ways to check whether it was that or not. But every time they proved them...

                                      I really liked the idea of gamification of trading routine. The fact that you can gain more advantageous status just by completing trading tasks during the day is priceless.
                                      It allows you to kill the bird with one stone:
                                      - to mix up your trading and make it way more interesting.
                                      - to achieve higher status, thus getting more advanced trading conditions.
                                      But as soon as I got my higher status it disappeared the next week. It was not very pleasant, so I demand company’s representatives clear this issue for me.

                                      However, A status is valid for 30 days from the moment you achieve it. By the end of this period, you need to have earned a certain number of experience points to extend the current status for another 30 days. If you fail to reach the required level, the status will be downgraded.
