I tried to withdraw money from my trading account on 27th of last month and I have not been contacted yet

          I started trading about couple weeks ago and everything worked fine. I appreciated the amount of tradable assets. It is really impressive. And everything went nice untill I decided to trade famous "Fixed Time Trading". The only thing I didn't get is how to do it. I mean if you offer such services then you should add it in the platform. But there is only list of assets and that's all. Still don't inderstand how couldn't they add this.

          Ok, I just needed to click on tab menu and it offers you to select trading modes. Hope this was my biggest mistake in trading:)

          To understand how to trade at Fixed Time Trade, you can refer to this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzinIuTffww. Fixed Time Trades (Fixed Time, FTT) are one of the trading modes available on the Olymp Trade platform. In this mode, you make trades for a limited period of time and receive a fixed rate of return for a correct forecast about the movements in currency, stock, and other asset prices.

            They said I do a non trading behaviour and their concern team is investigation but they do it from last more than 2months and still my account is blocked I have 10000 in my account they don't tell me when they unblock my account

              The platform of this broker is not as impressive as I thought. So far, I have spent all my time looking for indicators and I have not found anything. I saw a couple of strategies in the marketplace which is quite an interesting feature, but I have not been able to find where I can use indicators. The broker has to do something about making the indicators more accessible. Looks classy and sophisticated but it's a bit disappointing at the same time.

              I return with my face in palm as I have noticed my error. I apologize to the people that I may have misled because there are no prices on the indicators and even some strategies. I am one to admit my fault and I was a bit too hasty to make judgment. I have to give these free strategies a go on the platform and as a result, I will be trading here for now.

                Couldn't figure out how to deal with problems I had after a few weeks of trading on platform.
                Olymp Trade is my first broker. And initially, when I started trading on platform, I didn't notice any difficulties. But when I wanted to withdraw my earnings from my account, I couldn't do it because I didn't pass verification.
                Honestly, I don't understand what this means and how to deal with this problem. Does platform have a glitch, and I will not be able to withdraw funds?
                If this is a glitch in platform, will it be fixed?

                Well, it turned out you have to complete verification process in order to withdraw your funds. Sorry guys, it is just a newbie's problems:)

Verification helps to ensure that the trader is of legal age, acts as an owner of the Olymp Trade account and that the funds in the account are legal.

                Traders provide personal information for verification including ID, selfie, payment method details, and documents confirming the source of funds. When you finish your verification process, that means you verify your identity and your source of funds successfully. The system will notify you and you will be able to withdraw as normal. Otherwise, we will send you an email including the instructions.

                  Trade Manupulating

                  Hi everyone. I have been using Olymp trade since 2019. I had never felt like this before. Recently from the past months each trade hit loss.

                  Example: I set a trade time of 1 min ( 60sec ). When I open trade, its runs positively and shows profits. while the countdown comes to near be 15-10sec, immediately trade is reversing to hit loss. I tested a lot of ways to check whether it was that or not. But every time they proved them...

                  I really liked the idea of gamification of trading routine. The fact that you can gain more advantageous status just by completing trading tasks during the day is priceless.
                  It allows you to kill the bird with one stone:
                  - to mix up your trading and make it way more interesting.
                  - to achieve higher status, thus getting more advanced trading conditions.
                  But as soon as I got my higher status it disappeared the next week. It was not very pleasant, so I demand company’s representatives clear this issue for me.

                  However, A status is valid for 30 days from the moment you achieve it. By the end of this period, you need to have earned a certain number of experience points to extend the current status for another 30 days. If you fail to reach the required level, the status will be downgraded.

                          Hi Team,

                          I have deposited 500 $ on 23rd July. It was not interfaced in my trading account on same day. customer support told to wait 48 hours after 48 hours told to wait 5 day again 10 days again 30 days. after 30 days they asked bank statement and UPI screen shot everything have shared but after 35 days also they told still it's in investigation. meantime I have asked my banker to update the status of the transaction but they have raised the charge back request. till 60 days they told it's under investigation only later means after 65 days they came back with comments issued has been resolve and amount has been credited to trading account but account has been blocked due to chargeback request.

                          now they have blocked my account and not refunding amount also.
                          there is no use of writting mail to claim dept and Financial commission also.

                          Is this trap or fraud or cheating really im not understating.

                          which I have deposited 500$ still you didnt returned it. after 60 days you just telling deposit issue has been resolved and account has been blocked hence you will not refund, is that not trapping or cheating the trader.

                                    I have a great interest in your trading platform. I first learned about in on one trading forum. The broker interested me a lot. The fact that here it’s possible to start with a very low deposit encouraged me a lot. Moreover, I like that here it’s possible to open a separate account in cryptos. It’s very suitable for me. I try not to use credit cards and many traditional elelectronic payment systems are not good for me too.
                                    So, I traded here very actively on a demo account. I mostly traded fixed-time. I have some good ideas about FTT but to make the most of it, I need to make some things clear. In particular, I want to know whether it’s possible to close FTT contracts before they expire? I can close Forex trades before I lose too much. So, I want to do the same on FTT and I hope it’s possible. Otherwise, it’s not so good.

                                    To close an active trade on a phone application, kindly follow these steps:
                                    1- Click on the “Trades” button placed at the bottom of your application.
                                    2- Choose Fixed Time or Forex mode where you placed your trade.
                                    3- You will see a button with the text “Close” on an active deal, click on it to close your trade.
                                    4- Fixed Time Trade(FTT) trade can be closed before the expiration period upon closing and Forex trade can be closed if the asset is available for trading.
