My olymptrade I'd is 92908341. I have made a bank transfer on 4 January. Money got deducted from bank account but transaction status reflected "Failed" at olymp trade. Raised a request to support team for the same to refund the deducted amount to my bank account. From last 1 day I am following up with the support team everytime I hear the same reply that our finance team is reviewing your case and will get an update. God knows what happened to my money. If this the behaviour of the finance team towards a regular trader of olymptrade then what they do with the new traders. They just don't bother about people money. They got the amount in their bank and now they are delaying to credit it. Worst service ever. Don't know what to do tired of raising complaint to the support team. I think it's better not to trade with olymptrade anymore. All new traders beware before depositing money in olymptrade. They will just ask for time but in the time they will not get any update and they will ask for more time. Sometimes I feel like being cheated here. Don't use this broker

They just say we are working on your problem but 5 days gone and my money is still not refunded back to my bank account

Regarding your case, there was a technical failure when making your deposit, so it was not processed.

          I don’t trade here for a long time. I joined two weeks ago. I have a full-time job that takes much time. Nevertheless, I do believe that in the future I’ll earn my living by trading on Forex. I hope it will be more than hobby but something that can back my future and my family.
          I like the very process of trading. It’s a very interesting intellectual game where I get rewarded for being quick-witted.
          I like your trading platform, but there’s one problem. I’m struggling to use horizontal lines to mark price levels. Do you have a separate manual for this?

Please go to the third icon called “Technical Analysis” on the bottom left of the chart. Then Open the instrument list – Drawing. You can find horizontal lines there.

                My user ID is 61922978, on 31st December i deposited 20USD through QR payments and the money from My account and is debited but not credited in olymp trade wallet it shows that payment failed, and it is not refunded back to me yet ... I could get any help from the help desk too, please refund my money back to me

                  On 9th on November I deposited 700INR in my olymptrade trading account but even after 4 days I did not get the amount reflected in my account. I complained the same but they just keep twisting the things via email. It's been nearly 2 months and no action has been taken. Pls help ASAP.

                          Sir/Madam, I've deposited 3000INR on 28 December at 6:31pm..it was showing for almost 18hours and after that it was marked as failed..I contacted your customer support again and they said to do the same procedure without sending money and click on I have paid option..I paid throught UPI QR...then after few hours it was also marked as failed .please do something...return my money..give my money back..do as soon as possible...

                            Yesterday on 28 December at 6:31 IST I deposited 3000INR in my olymp trade account through UPI QR Payment option to RK enterprise which was given in olymp trade deposit option..
                            After almost 21 hours money was still not credited and in transaction history it showed FAILED..then again I tried contacting the customer service and the agent said to do the same procedure and click on I have Paid option available in the deposit section..I did the same and it's still pending from several hours ..from 2 days I have been trying to get my money..

                            Please help me 3000inr is a very big amount for me .. I'm a student and it was all my savings . I request you to resolve my problem. all your agents are saying just to wait. Are you all fooling me? Give my money back or else add it to my id please..

                                        My friends have put a great word for this platform, they said they are trading almost everything here and implement various styles of trading. I took their advice and came down here, got registered, put some money in and set up the platform. I am not going to lie, the platform looks smooth and works fine, no lags, no glitches, no nothing like that. I just fiddled with it for some time and I was ready to do some trades finally. But the problem is, every trade has to last up to a couple of minutes basically. Is this platform broken? Do I have to restrict my trades with a time limit? I do not understand what causes this. This is not how I want to trade at all. The platform does not allow me to open a trade and just leave it there as long as I want! This was not happening with other brokers.

                                        Oh! I get it now. There are several modes of trading here and I was on the Fixed Time trading. Just right next to it I found the regular trading I am used to but this 'FFT' has something about it. I want to explore.

                                        Regarding your question, if you want to hold a trade longer, you can use Forex trading mode. A Forex trader needs to predict how the price of a selected asset will change. In addition, the profit on the trade depends not only on the invested amount but also on how much the price of the asset rises or falls. Please note that there is a small commission fee and overnight fee for holding the trade.
