I have deposited INR 3600 to from my bank account to Olymp trade account.. But the trading app shows that the transaction is failed in transaction history and still the money is neither added in trading account nor return back to bank account... Kindly help me...

    I have been trading on Olymp Trade platform for almost three weeks. I started using few indicators right from beginning. I need them to find entry points into market.
    I checked from previous indicator signals that they showed excellent results. But when I started to trade with them, I found problem. Indicators were changing their signals after I opened trade! I open trade, and signal disappears or shows opposite direction after a while! It looks like cheating!

    I tested indicators on demo account and realized that I was wrong... I'm sorry I wrote this complaint and made a fool of myself! As it turns out, all indicators show final value only after candle closes. That is, I should have waited for candle to close and only then look at indicators signals.

      I had requested for withdrawal on 19 June 2022 now it has been more than 10 days and still I haven't received a single penny back I have been complaining for it since 20 June 2022 but the reply in back is just that we have created a task for you and our financial department is currently in processing your task i am frustrated by this so inefficient service of such a renowned platform

        When I started trading here I paid attention to the system of statuses, starter, advanced and expert. It was quite fascinating for me, I guess challenging.
        I explored the conditions and actually recently wanted to acquire a new advanced status. I clearly remember that I require to have at least 490$ in order to get a new status. Now I have 495$ on my account and I still have a starter status. I dunno what's wrong with this system and why it doesn't work properly but it's quite disappointing to me.
        I require an answer from the representatives on this matter.

        The next time I will check out all the information twice or even more. If I knew that I would be mistaken I would never ask such a qeustions and never bother olymp trade represntatives. Hope the next time I will be more attentive in such a case. Better sacrifice my personal time to sorting out such issues rather than distracting the company.

        1. Deposit: The simplest way is to top up your account with the required amount:

        Starter — from the minimum amount to $499/€499 inclusively
        Advanced — from $500/€500 to $1, 999/€1, 999 inclusively
        Expert — from $2, 000/€2, 000

        To clarify your situation, you need to make a deposit of more than $500. In this way, your status would be upgraded to Advance.

        2. XP:
        You can also upgrade your status by earning experience points (XP). XP is given for making trades in a live account and completing tasks of your Trader’s Way. Once you gain enough XP, you can upgrade to the new status.

          I deposited Rs 700 in my trading account id 90465376 on 18th June but it failed then I deposited Rs 700 on 19th June but that too failed, after that I mailed [protected]@olymptrade.com and informed. I was asked to wait for 24 to 48 hours but even after completion of 48 hours my money was not returned after that I mailed again then I was asked to deposit money in 5 working days today is 13 days Me or a lot of people like me still haven't got the deposit back. Which only proves that a big scam is going on in our country in the name of Olymp Trade, in which simple people are being cheated, so action should be taken against this company.

            I made multiple withdrawal on 19th June and 20th June (100 USD and 30.32 USD) Respectively...
            I sent many emails to support team as suggested by previous Customer Agent, a week ago but no luck. Also I've Shared the statement till date as well. (No luck with Email support too)
            Previously I used to get withdrawal in quick time (IMPS - UPI) anything. Now it says that amount is processed successfully but doesn't reflect in my bank
            Today Also I did 107 USD Withdrawal it processed and I got email stating that The money has been successfully paid but where is the money ???? not in my a/c.

              Okay, I have some problems with the account verification. Let me explain. I’ve uploaded all the necessary documents five days ago, I believe. And till now there is no reaction. My account is not verified, nobody is saying a word to me. I can’t deposit funds into my real account and start trading. It is disappointing because I had plans for some assets, and now they’re gone. Right now I am waiting for a viable explanation from the broker’s side of what is happening.

                I made a deposit of $35 on 18 Jun and still not showing in my account. Lodged a complaint on 21 Jun because their platform was only allowing complaint after 48 hours have passed. Still the issue is not resolved. They promised to resolve the issue in 5 working days. it's 30th Jun so 8th working day. I want my deposit back.

                    Hello Team,

                    On 11th of June i deposit a Amount of ₹2100 in My Olymptrade Account through Phonepay Upi and It was A successful transaction but in my Olymptrade account it wasn’t showing.
                    So i mailed to Customer care of Olymptrade and they said that my amount will get credited within 48hours and its been 20 days i havent get my money back.
                    They asked me to Ask My Bank whether the transaction was successful or not and My bank sent me a letter that it was a successful transaction and receiver received the money.
                    After sharing this Olymptrade says that the amount is not with them so they are closing this . Conctact them after 30days.
                    Please help me getting my money back

                      Unfortunately, I lost my deposit. This would not have happened if broker allowed me to open additional orders!
                      Now I will describe situation in more detail.
                      I was sure that gold price would go up. That's why I opened several buy orders. It happened that price started to move down. To avoid losses, I opened more buy orders. After some time, price moved down again. Then I tried to open big buy order to compensate losses, but it did not work.
                      As result, price has made small movement upwards and continued to move downwards. If broker had not blocked my trade, I would have covered all losses with big order.

                        When I joined the community of olymptrade I thought that all my problems connected with money faded away. I was mistaken because I didn't think that I would earn such little sums, but it's okay... However, recently I faced another issue which made me quite angry. Wanted to change my email, because the one I left when I registered isn't being used by me these days.
                        Thought that I could change it on my own, nevertheless didn't find anything helpful! How to change my email, broker has to put this button right in the personal area isn't it?

                          I barely lost my earned money. I don't know what to do, I try to apply to customer support team but everything was for nothing, I cant understand where did my money go. Guess that the mechanism of depositing/withdrawing money is imperfect, because still there are situation when money is being lost!!
                          I urge the reprsentatives of the company to clarify this moment to me, I ordered a bank transfer yesterday and still ain't receive my profits, which I earned due to hard work!

                          Oh my gosh... I gotta be attentive the next time. My inattentiveness always leads to such situations, when I accuse someone of something, but in fact it's my bad.                             So I traded with Olymp Trade via demo account for some time and recently decided to have a real account. I'm a newbie to trading and could not understand something right.
                            I made a deposit a few days ago, but money still has not came. I contacted suport team and they said it was due to UPI technical problems. Well, for now i don't know what to do, because such situation happens to me for the first time. Support team said everything is alright and this problem occurs from time to time, but I still don't know how to act.

                                Basically, buy or sell orders open almost instantly. But sometimes it takes about 3 seconds to open orders. Worst is that it happens when price has to change quickly.
                                For example, few days ago important economic event was supposed to happen. I knew how it would affect market, and when news was released, I tried to open position. Order didn't open immediately and during this time price changed a lot. As result, I didn't make profit. Why are orders not opened immediately at the most critical moments? What does it mean?

I neglected this thing and it turned out to be crucial. If I had read the information, I wouldn't distract olymp trade representatives from their duties.

                                Regarding your situation, it takes some time to get data from the server, so it is common for the transaction not to be executed right away. According to the regulations, it is okay for this process to take up to 4 seconds. Delays may not always happen, but it depends on the current load speed on the server.

                                In these cases, you can check the Internet speed. Please ensure that it is more than 30 Mbps for the platform to perform solidly. As a rule, delays do not significantly affect the result of the transaction.

                                But if you feel such delay is critical for you, we recommend that you increase the expiration time of your transactions or temporarily refrain from trading. Another way to check the current response time is to make a trade on the demo account before opening a position in the real account.

                                  When I started trading here I was a total newbie, but nowadays I have already gained particular experience in trading.
                                  However, I still can't understand one thing on olymp trade platform. I read that there is an opportunity to open several graphics on the desktop platform, but I can't! It's quite outrageous thing. Either I was cheated, or I just dumb, but I urge olymp trade specialists to clarify me this thing.
                                  I believe you will respond me, as I am waiting for it.

                                  OMG, thanks to represntatives... you have clarified all these things to me and I turned out to be really dummy :D this information is presented right in the help center, and actually I even detected that lota of things are clarified in this help center. guess that I'd gotta be attentive...

                                  Regarding your question on how to open two charts, the website version of the trading platform allows you to view two charts as one. To open the second chart window, you can click in the lower-left corner on the third icon. These two charts can observe 2 different assets or the same asset with different time frames.

                                    I had try to deposite 30 dollars in olymp trade as the amount was deducated from my bank account, the olymp trade did not deposite the amount in my olymp trade live account as well as they did not refund it back, as 9 days passed away.

                                      Hello sir, I withdrawal 250 $ after 2 month ago but did not get withdrawal amount in bank . I provided my bank statement to olymp trade customer support by mail . After some time they give arn number & say that track your payment through arn number in your bank . But bank employee say that there is nothing any system to check & track your payment issues . Please give solution for this matter.
