I made a deposit on 17 June 2022, and i haven't got the deposit in my olymptrade Id, i contacted the support team plenty of times, but they always come up with same automated answers i am soo dissatisfied with the service of olymptrade . Please look into this matter as soon as possible...

I have made a deposit of 1500 rs in my trading account. My payment from my bank is deducted and not reflected in my account yet. 2 days has been ago. But amount has not credited in my account. I am in tense and worried about my money. Requesting you to see my concern and help me as soon as possible. Credit my amount soon otherwise return back to me .

On 18th June 2022, i had deposited 2339 Rs i.e.30 USD Dollar which is not reflected into my olymp account nor refunded back to my account . I had contacted their customer support, they told to wait for 3hours to 48 hours after payment was made, but now its been more than 65 hours money not reflected yet into my account and theri customer care is also not solving it. Very bad experience with olymp trade not expected this!! I want my money...

In general, I can be called a long-term client of this company, in total, with interruptions for more than two years.
If we talk about whether the technical parameters of this company suit me, I can say that everything looks quite attractive to me, though there is no very large leverage, only up to 1:500, but this is not so bad.

3 days back i made a deposit to my olymptrade account, it's been more than 48 hours and i haven't got my money in olymptrade account, i am very worried where is my money, i tried contacting the support team a lot of times but there is literally no response except the automated messages...

Olymp trade computerized messages said my money will be transferred to my account within 5 days .
But still there is no clue of my money returning back.
I provided every proof that shows I transferred the money .
But I have not got it back..
I am doing this complaint not to get my money back.
But to make people aware of this fraud 🤥.
If I got my money back I will come back
And remove this...

579$ i withdraw olymp trade say this is prossed olymp trade side but it is 14 dasy left but my 579$ money not credit in my UPI link bank account olymp trade is big crime app cheater app this olymp trade no response for my 579 $ money not give me my money.....

I requested for withdrawal of Amount: 78.42 USD and olymp is claiming that withdrawal process successful on 6th June. But I didn't receive withdrawal amount in my bank account. After enquire many support agent they said same withdrawal process successful at Olymp. Also they shared RRN number RRN:[protected] . The bank confirmed that there is no transactions found for this rrn. So further responsibility is olymp. Please credit my amount...

Im having account since 2018 and now suddenly my account was blocked. I had just deposited $1000 which is 77, 967 ruppes .. and I had running trade as well which was going in profit.
Last week I deposited $2000 and since I was losing my account was active. The minute I started making profit they blocked the account.
Please help me get back my account and money at the earliest

Dear Olymptrade

I started trading Olymptrade from last few months, Initially it is very prompt in UPI deposits and Withdrawals was done within few hours. From June1st, depositing and withdrawal is horrible experience with Olymptrade. No options like netbanking, UPI deposits, Imps, cards nothing working. It is becoming like nightmare experience.

As per complaints filed here, It seems I am also going to experience...

I am frequently contacting with them on both emails and phone calls. But every time they says that their financial team in working on the task and wait more. They gives me the same reply...
