My Account is is :89905562
I have made a deposit of 4000 INR via UPI and it’s still not reflecting in my account neither have been refunded.
I have reached customer support multiple times and not getting any help
I have also uploaded screenshot o[censored]PI deposit but still no progress at all.
This is disturbing!!
Olymp Trade needs to resolve this.

          I have made a deposit of 10 dollars in my trading account. My payment from my bank is deducted and not reflected in my account yet. It's been more than 2 days.                   My money got deducted and not reflected in olymp account

                  On 18th June 2022, i had deposited 2339 Rs i.e.30 USD Dollar which is not reflected into my olymp account nor refunded back to my account . I had contacted their customer support, they told to wait for 3hours to 48 hours after payment was made, but now its been more than 65 hours money not reflected yet into my account and theri customer care is also not solving it. Very bad experience with olymp trade not expected this!! I want my money...

                        In general, I can be called a long-term client of this company, in total, with interruptions for more than two years.
                        If we talk about whether the technical parameters of this company suit me, I can say that everything looks quite attractive to me, though there is no very large leverage, only up to 1:500, but this is not so bad.
                        Only now I’m not very pleased with the fact that lately technical support has not been very active, that is, the expectation has become longer, I would like them to react a little more actively.

                              Olymp trade computerized messages said my money will be transferred to my account within 5 days .
                              But still there is no clue of my money returning back.
                              I provided every proof that shows I transferred the money .
                              But I have not got it back..
                              I am doing this complaint not to get my money back.
                              But to make people aware of this fraud 🤥.
                              If I got my money back I will come back
                              And remove this or will say I got my money back

                                      I requested for withdrawal of Amount: 78.42 USD and olymp is claiming that withdrawal process successful on 6th June. But I didn't receive withdrawal amount in my bank account. After enquire many support agent they said same withdrawal process successful at Olymp. Also they shared RRN number RRN:[protected] . The bank confirmed that there is no transactions found for this rrn. So further responsibility is olymp. Please credit my amount by reinvestigating.
