Let me describe the problem I encountered at olymp trade recently. I usually enter the platform from two devices: my PC and smartphone. But two weeks ago I was at my friend's house and my phone was charging. I entered the platform from his laptop with no difficulties. However two days ago I entered the platform from another PC and today I found out that I have no access to my account. I tried don’t know how many times but I just can’t enter it as if I have no account at all. If it’s the issue with the last PC, then why did I had access after I entered from another device the first time. I am completely puzzled by the situation. Right now I’m trying to contact the client support to clear things up. But the whole situation is frustrating to say the least.

Complaint marked as Resolved This is another example that you have to read the terms and conditions properly. Or in my case, the olymp trade blog properly. If I would do that then I would know that your account will probably be blocked if you enter the personal area from different devices.
The thing is, there is nothing to complain about, because it is done for the sake of traders’ security. Thus Olymp trade proved once again that its reliability is something that should be considered.
