    I traded fixed time or forex here from the beginning. For me stock mode was something too far away. But I did research of some fundamental factors, and investigated several financial reports of companies I wanted to trade. And when I switched stock mode the shares that I planned to buy were grayed out. I didn’t have the opportunity to do anything, neither buy nor sell.
    At first I thought that it’s because I’m on demo account, but it was not the case. In the end I had to trade stocks that were available, and it didn’t go well for me. I guess it’s because I didn’t have the necessary knowledge about the companies. Anyways it’s kind of frustrating, maybe olymp trade support can resolve the whole situation.

    Oh, I forgot that every stock market has its own working hours. Of course you can’t trade specific shares if the stock market is closed. If I’d been more attentive I would have noticed the sign in the platform that said trading is closed until the market is open. Thanks olymp trade support for educating me again.

        I've been trading financial markets for about month. During this time I realized how much meaningful economic events influence price movements.
        I developed trading strategy based on economic news. If I see that news is negative for asset, I open sell order.
        But I'm facing fact that price is not moving correctly! Not way it should be under news influence. This simply should not be case! Everything says that asset price should be going down on negative news, but it is going up! Can you explain how this is possible?

        It looks like I was wrong. I was told that price does not always have to move according to news. I realized that price moves depending on how many buyers and sellers are in market. That is, movement depends on majority. And sometimes, this movement is not predictable. I understood that it was not broker's fault but mine. I didn't understand situation and wrote a complaint. Excuse me

                    i dont want to wait 1 month for my deposited money...
                    Problem should be solved within day...
                    There is no customer care helpline number how can i contact customer care only recieved system generated messages and chat bot ...
                    This is my first deposit and little money what if i trade with big money.?... waiting for money without interest or profit.?..
                    And give me reason for trade this platform why after 1 month still my deposited money not credited even after somany mails...

                      Once I faced this broker I thought that everything would be okay with it, because it's well regulated and actually has a big community of traders... however... accidentally faced some issues with withdrawing. Once I had a delay and thought "okay... just for the first time", but when I recently decided to withdraw money via wire transfer once again - I stucked in confusion because I still didn't receive the money. 24 hours have passed and I still CAN'T SEE my money on my bank account!!!
                      Think that the broker should clarify me what's wrong with the withdrawals.

                      Damn... I gotta be twice more attentive the next time. All the information is presented on the website... I am a dummy boy. Big thanks to olymp trade, if they hadn't clarified me this situation, I would be angry all the time when I make a withdrawal via wire transfer :D

                        My all payment documents and kyc docs completed so they have given me false reason and said that my uploaded selfi is not mine and closed account .
                        It means this is spam broker .

                            My id : 90932227 I deposited 10$ using upi on 4 july 2022from my side transaction is successful but it showed failed in your app i also email you many time every time there are different person who respond to my mail and ask me to send screenshots and i send you screenshots almost 7 times but nothing happened your customer care excutive only tells me to wait you said to wait 5 days i waited but i will not wait one more day now you have the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life i also email to your supervisor email but they also do nothing just tell me to wait

                                        My id : 90932227 I deposited 10$ using upi on 4 july 2022from my side transaction is successful but it showed failed in your app i also email you many time every time there are different person who respond to my mail and ask me to send screenshots and i send you screenshots almost 7 times but nothing happened your customer care excutive only tells me to wait you said to wait 5 days i waited but i will not wait one more day now you have the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life i also email to your supervisor email but they also do nothing just tell me to wait
                                        I am fed up of this just return my money back i just don’t want to hear any other excuses from you either return my money or tell me that you are running an scam
