          Let me describe the problem I encountered at olymp trade recently. I usually enter the platform from two devices: my PC and smartphone. But two weeks ago I was at my friend's house and my phone was charging. I entered the platform from his laptop with no difficulties. However two days ago I entered the platform from another PC and today I found out that I have no access to my account. I tried don’t know how many times but I just can’t enter it as if I have no account at all. If it’s the issue with the last PC, then why did I had access after I entered from another device the first time. I am completely puzzled by the situation. Right now I’m trying to contact the client support to clear things up. But the whole situation is frustrating to say the least.

          This is another example that you have to read the terms and conditions properly. Or in my case, the olymp trade blog properly. If I would do that then I would know that your account will probably be blocked if you enter the personal area from different devices. The thing is, there is nothing to complain about, because it is done for the sake of traders’ security. Thus Olymp trade proved once again that its reliability is something that should be considered.

            I started trading about a year ago and everything went nice. Olymp trade provides nice trading products, exactly the ones i need. Earlier I trade via Metatrader 4 with another broker, but once i switched to Olymp Trade I prefered it branded trading platform.
            Is it matter of habbit or not, but I installed a desktop version of it. And here I have one problem with it. Once I make my order and it executes I can't find it in the deals history for about five or ten seconds. I don't say it somehow could affect my trading, but it quite puzzled me couple times and I want to know how to correct it.

            Ok, so I got it. Problem was solved faster than I think and it waas all due to my internet connection. Now i got sufficient speed and delay I was talked about dissapear. Just nice!

              Faced quite a confusing situaion with verification here. When I opened an account I knew that I gotta upload the documents and send them in order to verify my account otherwise my account (or access to trading) might be closed.
              Yeah, I knew everything, however, I did everything correctly and was promised that documents will be checked within 24 hours.
              Today is the second day after I sent the documents and still have no respond from the representatives. What's going on?

                    I don’t understand the olymp trade system really. I did everything the instruction said. I gathered all the required documents and sent them to the company yesterday. However I still can’t deposit funds to start trading. At this point I don’t know what else can I do. Of course I adressed the client support for this issue. But haven’t got the answer yet. In the end maybe it’s a sign that I shouldn’t start trading at all. I need to think about it.

                                  I have been trading on Olymp Trade platform for almost three weeks. I started using few indicators right from beginning. I need them to find entry points into market.
                                  I checked from previous indicator signals that they showed excellent results. But when I started to trade with them, I found problem. Indicators were changing their signals after I opened trade! I open trade, and signal disappears or shows opposite direction after a while! It looks like cheating!

                                  I tested indicators on demo account and realized that I was wrong... I'm sorry I wrote this complaint and made a fool of myself! As it turns out, all indicators show final value only after candle closes. That is, I should have waited for candle to close and only then look at indicators signals.

                                      When I started trading here I paid attention to the system of statuses, starter, advanced and expert. It was quite fascinating for me, I guess challenging.
                                      I explored the conditions and actually recently wanted to acquire a new advanced status. I clearly remember that I require to have at least 490$ in order to get a new status. Now I have 495$ on my account and I still have a starter status. I dunno what's wrong with this system and why it doesn't work properly but it's quite disappointing to me.

                                      1. Deposit: The simplest way is to top up your account with the required amount:

                                      Starter — from the minimum amount to $499/€499 inclusively
                                      Advanced — from $500/€500 to $1, 999/€1, 999 inclusively
                                      Expert — from $2, 000/€2, 000

                                      To clarify your situation, you need to make a deposit of more than $500. In this way, your status would be upgraded to Advance.

                                      2. XP:
                                      You can also upgrade your status by earning experience points (XP). XP is given for making trades in a live account and completing tasks of your Trader’s Way. Once you gain enough XP, you can upgrade to the new status.

                                        I deposited Rs 700 in my trading account id 90465376 on 18th June but it failed then I deposited Rs 700 on 19th June but that too failed, after that I mailed [protected]@olymptrade.com and informed. I was asked to wait for 24 to 48 hours but even after completion of 48 hours my money was not returned after that I mailed again then I was asked to deposit money in 5 working days today is 13 days Me or a lot of people like me still haven't got the deposit back. Which only proves that a big scam is going on in our country in the name of Olymp Trade, in which simple people are being cheated, so action should be taken against this company.
