    I am having olymptrade account with userID : 89590784. I have deposited account using google pay (UPI) on 18th June 2022 and it was credited successfully to your account. Please see attached files for your reference. But the amount is not reflected in my live account (INR account) and nor credited back to my bank account.     Hello my name is Aditya Kumar. On 19/07/2022 my account was blocked saying that I am violating some issues of yours and I didn't recieved any mail from you guys. Later on I found it in the spam section. I have deposited 75$ in my account and after getting profit the total amount was 95$ I am a student and I have deposited my last semester College fee in it. I am a poor guy. Please help me to get my money back. I have completed my verification and everything you said.

    I have to subit my college fee till 30/07/2022. Otherwise they'll call in my home for that. And my parents don't know that the fee is stuck there in your olymp trade account. Please help me...

              Recently decided to create several accounts on olymp trade trading platform. Everything because I wanted to set two accounts for different goals, one for trading (intraday), another one for investing.
              I deposited funds on one account and wanted to get a bonus. Luckily, I received it and wanted to sort out how to transfer the bonus on investing account. It's kinda tough to sort out this thing actually. I don't understand how the funds will be transferred. I want to transfer 100$ and particular sum of bonuses, how can I do that? Why the system is so complex?

                    So I decided to try forex and fixed time trading and open a demo account at Olymp trade. I tried to trade a little before, but I just can't understand why there is so big difference. According to official website you can trade both forex and fixed time trading via demo account, but once i enter there is only FTT. I mean platforms is great, but could you give a decent information on the official website?

                      So i deposited 700 rs number of days ago via UPI on olymp and after putting all the details the money was debited and and went to them, however, it did not show up in my olymp wallet, i immediately raised a ticket but they said to wait 48 hours and i waited yet nothing, now after getting in touch with them few times they are saying that money was deposited maybe from another account altho i am 100% sure about the account i deposited in, such poor customer service, and olymp taking away people's hard earned money! Making excuses to not return it, its really dissapointing.

                      Please help me to get me my refund!

                            So I have been trading via Olymp Trade for about a year. Everything was fine.
                            I appreciate its wide range of products and branded trading platform. The latter has a very functional intuitive interface and well optimized. But recently I faced the problem with orders execution. So I placed a trade and it was executed, but there was a delay for almost ten seconds. When I checked the history, I found out it was executed in the right time, but on the main screen it was indicated with delay. So I'm a bit puzzled what was going on?

                            Ok, so I found out what it was. I traded outside via my laptop and it was connected to my mobile hotspot. And the connection was poor, but once I tried it with common connection everything worked fine. My bad:)

                              I have made account on OLYMP TRADE with EMAIL [protected]@gmail.com. As i have deposited money same time my account is blocked.Then they asked me for document verification.I uploded the same whatever asked by the company.

                              Then the cheating statred.They told me verification time is 10 days.And at every 6 to 7 days after uploding documents they asked for same documents again for verification.then again 10 days. then zoom verifciation which was afetr so many days.I have completed that also.

                              then after doing this form so many time.I got mail that i have vialoted some rule (i have not done single trade just deposited money) and my account will go for their so called internal investigation for which no time limit given to me even after asking so many times.so many days alredy passed for the same also.still no response and my 50k is blocked from last so many months without proper reason.Dont know whrn they will realese my money

                                I deposited money 100 $ on 3 june 2022 and again 15 $ on 7 june 2022. Even My transaction show successfully but olymp trade customer service said your transaction declined. So wait for 30 days to credit money back to your bank account. I said I got message of successfully transaction. Now 45 days happened but I didn't get my money back neither get customer support. Your customer support is very pathetic 😭. I send every documents many times with bank transaction records. I am trying my best to get my money back and I'm Not stop until the problem resolved. I send many mail but not got satisfied answered and now there is no customer support I get. Sorry my bad English

                                  I have deposited 10k to my Olymp account but by mistake I have used the mobile number which I have already used in previous account. And now they have blocked my account, How will I get my deposited money back?

                                  Thank you for reaching out. According to our regulation, a user is not allowed to have more than 1 account. That is the reason that your account is blocked. You can check your email as we have sent the details via your email.
