I trade on online platform Olymp Trade for about month. I am generally satisfied with company's services, but I found problem with quotes.
I open trades and hold them for few days. So I wait for strong price movement. I have noticed that sometimes on Mondays prices jump. When I left order open on Friday, I saw on Monday morning that price had moved strongly away from Friday's level. This is not simple price movement but space in quotes. Yes, sometimes it leaves empty space!
I think this is result of some malfunction in system on weekends. I really wish Olymp Trade would fix it!

Oh my God! I'm so sorry! I wrote this complaint because I didn't know such situation existed... Yeah, looks like I need to get some education or read some articles about trading before blaming broker.

Thanks for getting in touch. On weekends the stock market is closed. Therefore, most of the assets will become available only from Monday. Thus, it may seem that empty space is formed during the weekend in the movement of the quote. We hope that we have answered your question.

          I deposited 1075 rs in my olymp trade account on 4 may and now its june 23 and during this whole time the support team said our financial team is working on it please wait at first they said wait 48 hours and i did i even waited an extra day but no news of my money then i messaged the support team again they said its gonna take 4-5 business days please wait and i again did then they freaking said wait a whole month but after that they just stopped listening to my message i put 3 more tickets after that but still no response please someone help me and give me my money my trader id is 88661080

              When I put my withdraw of amount 2700 after that they block my account and ask for verification, due to some issue in my bank account I was not able to complete my verification after that I mailed them to refund my deposited amount.And now they are not responding my mail and they are not refunding my money.

                My trading account balance was 562000 rupees at 20th June 2022 9.40 PM. After that I had stopped the trading and went to sleep. When i woke up in the morning (21st June) my account balance was Zero! It was Shocking and heart breaking for me. In this regard i raise a complaint with support team. But no use. without my involvement total money debited through trading. support specialists did not respond properly and they said helpless. About this issue I had mailed to account manager Arpita. But till now she did not respond. Please pursue the matter and refund my hard earned money

                    Once I started trading here and traded for a while, but decided to stop trading because of the troubles in the family.
                    Recently, thought about getting back to trading because I really wanted to start all over again. Nevertheless, detected that all the time my account was inactive - someone levied a fee from my account. It's unpleasant. Why I wasn't warned about such fees? What are these fees? Clarify me please this situation, otherwise I will have to complain on this company as it levies money for nothing.

                    Please pay attention that we do not charge any fee or commission on the platform. The only commission that is charged is the inactivity fee in case the trader has not made a single trade on a live account within 180 days and has not made any deposit or withdrawal. In such a scenario the company has the right to charge such an account a $10 monthly fee. In case the account balance is 0, nothing will be charged. However, all bonuses will be canceled.

                            Wanted to try the services of olymp trade out and start trading here. However, when I tried to insert the data which I used last time I traded with olymp trade, I detected that my account either was deleted or I entered the wrong data.
                            Spent almost an hour on efforts to get the access to my account back. Didn't understand what was wrong and decided to try out a bit later. I dunno what is going on with this broker but I CERTAINLY enter the right data. I even had a piece of sheet with the written data on it.

                                      Money not credited in my olymp trade account but debited from my bank account (₹2339).
                                      I have use the UPI method. Customer service not answering my questions.
                                      Its been 2 days.

                                        I have made a deposit of 10 dollars in my trading account. My payment from my bank is deducted and not reflected in my account yet. It's been more than 2 days. But amount has not credited in my account. I am in tense and worried about my money. Requesting you to see my concern and help me as soon as possible. Credit my amount soon otherwise return back to me .
                                        My user id of trading account is 90518840.
                                        Pls credit my amount soon. And revert me back. I have uploaded payment evidence also. I have consulted olymp trade supporters also but not satisfied. Pls help...
