After successful trading with Olymp Trade I had to make a bank withdrawal and before that I had to be verified. This was my first withdrawal from this broker, and I traded successfully and earned over $3, 000 in the first couple of months. After I sent all the documents, I was told that they could not accept them because of poor image quality. And I don't have a scanner, I can only take pictures on my phone. Yes, the quality is not good, I agree. I went to my neighbor's house, scanned it and sent it to them. This time they accepted. But I would like to avoid such situations in the future. Do I have to buy a new phone to trade with a broker?

Thanks for the quick response. Yes, as I wrote before, the second time the test was successful. There were no problems with the withdrawal of the money. I think that so far I will not buy a new phone, especially the old one works well. When I make some money here, then we'll see.

    I appreciate your web platform. It’s very functional and easy to use. Unlike many well-known desktop solutions, this web platform’s layout is not overloaded with navigation elements, while many things you might require are easy to access. I also like to trade with fixed amounts. At first, I struggled to choose optimal fixed amounts.
    However, I don’t see Awesome Oscillator here. I need this indicator. I hope I have not noticed it. Is it present here?

      I wanted to be a trader. I realized that this is a great chance to make money. Olymp Trade is a company where I traded on demo and studied everything. I tried different trading methods and decided it was time. I wanted to open a real account. And then the difficulties began. I cannot create an account. The broker is asking for too much information and my documents. What is this for. Olymp Trade scam? What are you going to do? All this is necessary for. Firstly, it's all complicated, and secondly, I'm worried.

      I am constantly in a hurry and make the wrong conclusions. Thanks to Olymp Trade for explaining everything to me. I will continue to trade here.         I am a relatively new client of olymp trade and I am pretty glad to work with this broker because of educational facilities. Actually, I started working with this broker for their educational center because many traders claim that there there are numerous educational materials which are useful for everyone. I do really appreciate this because I have learnt pretty much thanks to olymp and its analysts. However, I prefer video content and I always use youtube in order to broaden my trading horizons. I'd like to watch more videos on your youtube channel, so, please, make more videos about trading and upload them to youtube.

            I got used to trade with this broker and believe that it's quite reliable and responsive one. In my opinion, brokers always should serve their traders, because trader are like children, while brokers are parents. This model perfectly describes the interaction between them actually. There is a quite responsive customer support which answer your questions and help you with issues 24/7. I really appreciate that, because sometimes I have issues. Recenlty, I couldn't understand why all my deals are opened with automatic stop-loss, I'm very pissed off, because I don't know whether it's a lag or maybe it's just a function, could anyone help me with, I have no idea at all. I start to think that this broker isn't as good as I described.

            I understood my bad actually. I guess I must be more attentive to detaisl when I fristly get acquainted with a broker. Everything is pointed actually, I didn't notice that I can turn off the automatic stop-loss in every opened deal. I want to note that it's quite useful.

              My Olymptrade account was blocked yesterday.
              I was talked to customer support agents many time.
              They told your account was blocked cause you submitted the wrong documents.
              When i was submitted the all documents submitted properly and the blue right tick on the point.
              It’s mean your documents successfully submitted.
              So tell me why documents was wrongly submitted by Olymptrade?
              And the main reason of this complaint.
              In my Olymptrade account have $280.06.
              I was withdrawal my amount last time on[protected].its not credited in my account till.
              I want to know why it’s happened with me?
              Olymptrade is great place for the trading.
              I am enjoying too much time in this platform.

              You was uploaded wrong documents.
              But all documents is always right.
              Name, age, upi, account number of the passbook etc.
              I was uploaded the correct documents.

                  Olymp Trade trading platform can really be called exclusive. The developers have thought out everything for comfortable work, allowing traders with different training to achieve their goals. There are many handy features and useful innovations that help you conduct trading operations quickly and efficiently. For me personally, among other things, I am pleased with various excellent indicators and tools that can be chosen individually. I have watched the video lesson and decided on my strategy, but I still have many questions. I want to get help and advice from the specialists. But I do not like to write much, because I am busy with my main job and my free time is limited. I have found only connection by e-mail. I don't know if it is possible to call to Olymp Trade broker by phone.

                    I have been already trading on your web platform for more than half a year. I mostly like everything I see here. In particular, I appreciate the possibility to trade the way that greatly differs from what I tried on classical trading platforms such as Metatraders, for example. It’s very good when you have a possibility to make your trade more or less risky by choose a smaller or bigger fixed amount and a multiplier value.
                    However, I lack ZigZag here. Maybe I just didn’t notice it. Does your platform offer this indicator?

                      I have paid Rs760/-(USD 10)through UPI to Olymp Trade app for trading on 23rd sept'21, amount deducted from my a/c same day but still not credited to my trading a/c. I have informed customer support of Olymp Trade on same day, they asked me to wait 1-24hrs, after 24hrs I have again contact with customer support they assured me within 30minutes a/c will be credited. They also confirm my transaction details but still problem not resolved my trading a/c not credited. Below is my transaction details :

                      Amount Rs 760/-

                      When I contacted them last time they give me this number for future reference

                      After creating the task u mentioned maximum 5 days need for solving this. Now today is 6 the days running bt still I m not received my amount in my trading account .

                      Now wt can I do next kindly suggest... because my amount stuck with Olymp trade Nd I want my amount in any cost. And one more thing don't give me any offer through mail. I want back my only.

                      We are sorry that this situation has caused you inconvenience. Today we received a response from the payment aggregator for your task. Since your payment was rejected by your bank, then the amount should be auto-credited back to the customer's bank account within 30 days.

                      If 30 days are completed since the amount was deducted and still not auto-returned kindly contact our support team. A fresh bank statement from the date of payment till the present day will be needed to continue the investigation. Thanks for understanding.

                        Sir i create olymtrade account approximately 15 days before.I deposited 60 dollar after that i withdraw it but now after 15 days they does not withdraw my money.They said me for kyc verification but they does not process complete of my verification.I called them approximately 30 to 35 times but now they are not replying me.They cut call between chating for withdraw.They does not except any id any payment methode.I charged 1000 rupees for my credit card late payment for holding 60 dollar by them.So please take action reply me.

                          I am quite satisfied with olymp trade, especially their analytics. It is really hard to find some trustworthy source of information which I can confide in. However, the broker's experts do a really nice job in providing the traders with fresh news which can be used in fundamental analysis. However, despite of the fact that I have heard lots of things about olymp trade traders communities, I couldn't find them in any social media. I just don't want to feel alone in trading and sometimes I have questions about the platform, which can be answered only by cirrent users of the platform.

                            There are plenty of reasons why I chose this broker. It satisfied my needs and I felt that I found my ideal broker for my mental state and trading style, nevertheless there is one detail which can't make me enjoy tradding with this broker. As far as I concerned this broker offers lots of payment methods and always all the deposits are made fast and instantly. However, I faced a real problem with withdrawing my money, I was waiting for the whole day and money didn't come to me, what's the problem, someone explain me.

                            I guess I probably should much more attentive the next time. I've noticed that withdrawing takes up to 24 hours. Well, it's okay, I hope I won't face such misunderstanding the next time.

                              Trading with olymp trade made me come to the conclusion that the broker does really care about its traders and their financial results and I like it. There are many educational resources which are available to the traders who want to learn the markets more and increase their profits. Recently I also started to pay my attention to the analytical articles and I consider them to be of great use for my trading. THe fundamental analysis is very difficult when it comes about trading forex, but olymp's analysts make it easier to understand how this or that event influences the markets. So, I just want to read more of such articles and I really look forward to increasing their number and regularity.

                                Good day! I want to tell you something about Olymp Trade Forex. This broker has a very inconvenient trading platform. I can lose my money like that. I don't see how you can find out the price here ?? What's the forecast? I'm not a magician or a fortuneteller! I am an ordinary person, new to Forex and I need to do some technical analysis. Where can I find this opportunity? Do I need to buy some kind of software from you or what?

                                  Actually, all the brokers which I've never met had some distinguishing traits in comparison to each other. Some broker offers exclusive commodities, indices and stocks, while others have some peculiarities regarding trading mechanisms and so on so forth. I liked this broker when I started trading with it, nevertheless I faced some issues which in my opinion can be very serious for trading community. I didn't try to apply to customer support, because I was convinced that I handled everything by my own. I got acquinted with the bonus system here. I deposited 100$ and got 100$ as a bonus, but, when I successfully made some trades and decided to withdraw profits, I found that my bonuses were deducted. Could someone explain to me, what's going on around there?

                                  I wish I would dedicate more time to reading the conditions which are provided by this broker. I've found out that all bonuses are being deducted in case of any kind of withdrawal. I bet, the next time I will be much more attentive to such details.

                                    Olymp trade platform is really convenient and modern, I actually like its design and it makes me revel in it. Making the orders has become very convenient and the whole control over graphical tools is easy and user friendly which makes me feel really enthusiastic about it. In spite of the fact that I like state-of-the-art technologies, some of the features are too automated. My issue is that I don't like the way the automated stop loss works. I am much better in determining the most appropriate stop loss borders. I believe that this feature should be turned off.

You can determine the most appropriate Stop Loss and Take Profit borders for the Olymp Trade Forex mode and add them in the auto-closing settings menu. The trade will be closed automatically when the stop loss or take profit value reaches the specified bar.

                                      They blocked my account for no reason and they also don't need to back my money i deposit it's my money not profit they are scammer and bad platform and scamming platform
