I have paid Rs760/-(USD 10)through UPI to Olymp Trade app for trading on 23rd sept'21, amount deducted from my a/c same day but still not credited to my trading a/c. I have informed customer support of Olymp Trade on same day, they asked me to wait 1-24hrs, after 24hrs I have again contact with customer support they assured me within 30minutes a/c will be credited. They also confirm my transaction details but still problem not resolved my trading a/c not credited. Below is my transaction details :

Amount Rs 760/-
When I contacted them last time they give me this number for future reference
task reference number is BS-99082.

After creating the task u mentioned maximum 5 days need for solving this. Now today is 6 the days running bt still I m not received my amount in my trading account .
Now wt can I do next kindly suggest... because my amount stuck with Olymp trade Nd I want my amount in any cost. And one more thing don't give me any offer through mail. I want back my only.

We are sorry that this situation has caused you inconvenience. Today we received a response from the payment aggregator for your task. Since your payment was rejected by your bank, then the amount should be auto-credited back to the customer's bank account within 30 days.
If 30 days are completed since the amount was deducted and still not auto-returned kindly contact our support team. A fresh bank statement from the date of payment till the present day will be needed to continue the investigation. Thanks for understanding.
