They blocked my account without Valid reason

I would like to raise a dispute against olymptrade as they have blocked my trading account on 26-08-21 on accusation of having multiple trading account on their platform.
My previous account has been closed by olymptrade as there was a lot of issues regarding OTP and after that I have access only to the new account 78506365.
I do have an email from olymptrade stating that my old account has been closed and I can continue using...

I have made a deposit to my Olymptrade account using USDT and I have been waiting since one month ago for any kind of realistic position about my situation, but the only response that I always got is to wait one more week, and after more sorries and please wait one more week. I'm done to that company, I'm only here to warn, thinking a lot before to send to this scam your money!

    I’m currently exploring this platform and finding a lot of interesting features here. I have already tested a fixed-time trading feature. It generally suits me because I’m a scalper and fixed-time trading especially with small expiration periods resembles scalping very much.
    However, I see a problem in the Forex trading mode. I don’t see leverage settings here such as 1:200, 1:30 and so on. Where can I find it?

The leverage amount can be selected in the sidebar section, on the right to a trade amount. You can choose the preferred multiplier value by pressing the Multiplier button.       I really like the use of the OlympTrade trading platform. I like its interface, the ease o[censored]se of the platform, the visual black and white performance. I have been using Fixed Time Trades. But I would like to try Forex trading. What a pity that the platform does not provide such an opportunity. Although I have heard some information that something has already changed and I will be able to trade Forex using Olimp-Trade platform. Is it possible and how can I switch to Forex using the trading platform?

      Yes, you have heard the right information about the possibility of using the trading platform from Olimp Trade to trade forex. The platform now allows you to switch between FTT and Forex modes. If you don't want to use strategies with expiry times, you can trade with standard conditions, using stop loss and take profit to close trades.

      Thank you for your question. It is important for us that traders can shift between two trading modes easily. To try Forex trading, you need to open the Assets tab and press the Forex button at the top (it is placed above the Search tool). Then, choose a preferred asset from the list.

      You can also switch between trading modes by pressing a button with the exclamation mark right to the asset name at the right tab. In the appeared menu you will be able to select a trading mode. If any further assistance is needed, please, let us know. We will be glad to help.

        Dear,

        I requested widthdraw from olymp trade real account USD 1000 $, But..I didn't receive money.. I requested widthdraw on 17-july-2021..they have in SLA that with in 24 hours..they committed the widthdraw process with In 24 hours. Till I'm waiting for 5th day...I lose my trust on olymp trade..I lose USD 7000$ totally... finally I decided to withdraw my money 1000USD, They didn't process my Widthdraw amount...

        Every day I follow support team...they send automated email.. nothing is in progress ..

          Good day. I registered with a broker, opened a real account and traded for 2 months. What can I say? Everything is fine, I earned a decent amount. Let's just say, I'm not entirely new to such a system, before that I played in a casino and was very successful. Therefore, the principle is clear to me. But when I ordered a withdrawal of money to a bank card, I do not see the money on the card yet. Already 6 hours have passed. I expected to receive the money immediately, as if it was a regular transfer. Will I receive my money soon?

          Here are some tips on how to speed up the withdrawal process. You can upgrade a trader status to Expert. One of the privileges of the Expert level is getting top priority on withdrawals. You can also use an e-wallet like Skrill or Neteller to make deposits to your Olymp Trade account. These e-wallets work directly with Olymp Trade to provide rapid transactions. Among other things, we recommend you to get the highest level of “verification” on your account using “3rd party verification” from Google or another service.             I’m trading on your web platform with great interest. There’s a lot of new things here for me to explore. Earlier I traded on Metatraders where classical leverage is used. Your web platform is different. Here I need to work with fixed amounts and multipliers. That’s another approach I need to get used to. However, I’m experimenting with it with great pleasure.
            Everything suits me except for one downside. I don’t see Alligator here. Does your platform have it?

              I have found the educational materials provided by Olymp Trade very informative. There are so many videos describing the trading process, and showing how to open trades and find attractive market conditions. I do not have issues with the platform, everything works good and fast. I like the large number of different technical indicators to analyse the market in the light of technical sentiment. I’ve heard about hedging - a strategy to minimize losses. However, I could not open two positions in different directions for the same underlying asset simultaneously. Is something wrong with the platform?

              I have received an explanation from an Olymp Trade representative. Now I understand that I can open several positions simultaneously, but I don;t have an opportunity of opening them at the same time. I have to choose the expiration time and open the next one after some time. Thanks.

                  I have been trading with this broker for a long time, but periodically. In general, the impressions are positive, but recently there have been more frequent problems with the software. I understand that my computer is a bit slow and a lot of websites upload slowly due to a large volume of info or some apps run there. I normally trade using the webtrading platform and it looks like my my pc can't manage with the load of quotes or something. Is there anything we can do about it?                     I have been testing your web platform for more than a month. In my opinion, it’s a well-balanced platform, which is equally functional and convenient. In contrast with Metatrader, it’s much easier to use. As for the worthiest features, I can note the possibility to trade with fixed amounts and multipliers. I like to experiment with these parameters that allow me to make my trades more or less risky.
                    However, I don’t see Awesome Oscillator here. Perhaps, I have just overlooked it. Is it present here? "

                      I deposited 150 dollars (Rs 11, 479)
                      It has been a torture since the day i did it.
                      On 5th of July i deposited it and money got debited from my bank account. I reached the support team they asked me to wait for 24 hours. I waited.
                      Later they asked me to wait for 5 working days as they created a USELESS TASK and i waited. Today its 16th July already and i don’t know where is my money. I am block on the app to call them and today they did not even reply to my emails. Dont trust the app and use it, they are fraud and cheaters.

                        I appreciate so many video lessons from the Olymp Trade company. The educational materials are full of information about how the trading platform works, which technical indicators are best to use for different timeframes and assets. When I login to the OT trading platform, I can open trades according to the recommendations. But I have an issue related to the technical indicators. When trading signals appear the system does not open my trades automatically. So my question is how do I fix that issue?

                        I can see my mistake now. Expert Advisors are not supposed to trade automatically but deliver trading signals for me to consider a trade. This is like a technical indicator (or a set of them) that finds market conditions attractive for entering the market.                           I met Olymp Trade several years ago. On one of the forums, a trader was praising this company very much. By the way, I thought then that this trader was a figurehead. However, when I had problems with my past broker, I decided to check if it was possible to work with Olymp Trade. I tested it for a long time, first a demo, then at a minimum. In the end he added a decent amount to the account. And now I can say that I was not mistaken. If anyone wants to trade Forex without any problems, then the Olymp Trade broker is the right place.
                          I got a problem, I lost my account password. What do I need to do to recover my password?

                            When I open my Olymp Trade app I can see the structure in the same way it’s been described in videos. I can choose currency pairs, stock indices and other CFDs, set a direction and select the expiration time of my trade. Graphs reflect the price action as it should be, quotes in real time. But I have a concern about the promise that I saw in the broker’s offer regarding risk-free trades. I mean why couldn’t I find the button for risk-free trades in the OT platform?

                            I’ve contacted an Olymp Trade representative and he explained to me that risk-free trades are a form of bonus. So I have to deposit a larger amount than before to get the bonus and enjoy risk-free trades. They will appear in the bonus section. I can also get access to several trading strategies and expert advisors for more accurate signals.

The number reflected on the icon shows the amount of the available risk-free trades. To use a risk-free trade, you need to click on the shield icon. Then select “Activate”, choosing the trade amount you need. When it's done, the shield icons should appear on the buttons used for choosing the trade’s direction, and you will see the value of the risk-free trades in the trade amount input field.                               Leveraged positions are no good way to enter trading. I want to disable my multiplier but I can't go below 50x.

                              Thank you for leaving a question. Unfortunately, you can not disable the multiplier as this function was removed from the Profile Settings. Due to the low volatility of certain assets, the multiplier value can be x1 or x5 depending on the asset. The minimum value of x1 is equal to the absence of the multiplier value.                                 I like to explore your web platform. I find it very promising. Earlier I was used to trading on classical trading platforms such as Metatraders. I thought that such platforms couldn’t have strong rivals. Nevertheless, I have found it. I think that your web platform is a good alternative to MTs. Here I appreciate the possibility to trade differently using fixed amounts and multipliers. When I’m uncertain about a market direction, I can enter the market with a small fixed amount a small multiplier value and once I see a definite direction I will open a bigger trade.
                                However, I see one downside here. I lack linear regression. It’s a necessary tool for me. Perhaps, I don’t know where to find it. Is it present on your platform?

                                I thought about it once again and it became evident to me that it’s not so big problem. I have already replaced linear regression with another indicator.

                                  I opened an account at Olymp Trade five years ago. I just started trading Forex. I tried everything - surfing, network marketing, and much more. I decided to learn trading. And I will say that Olymp Trade is not the least responsible for my staying in the Forex market. In the process of our cooperation there were no serious problems. With the withdrawal of funds, everything is resolved very quickly, the money is almost always credited to the card the next day.
                                  Now I have a problem. I opened an account in a European country, and now for work I need to live in an Arab country for some time. Will I be able to trade freely from my trading account?

                                  Thanks for the quick response! I followed your link and saw "List of the Countries (territories) in which the Company Does Not Operate". This list does not include the Arab Emirates, which is great as we are going to move there.

                                    I deposited into the Olymp Trade platform using a Mastercard. I had several trades on currency pairs mainly. I used all of the instructions that I saw in video lessons in relation to choosing an asset, setting expiration time and defining the direction of trades. At some point I managed to catch a strong trend for GBP/JPY, and I had several successful deals in a row. As a result, I received a profit. I was trying to withdraw it to my Neteller wallet, but I failed to do so. Can someone tell me why it did not work?

                                    I have noticed the terms and conditions related to the fund transaction. Now I understand that there is a requirement for withdrawals to be sent via the same payment method as deposit. I have requested a withdrawal to my mastercard and it went through successfully.                                     Thank you for getting in touch with us. The payment can be only withdrawn by the same method that you used to make a deposit. You can add another payment method by topping up your account. This way, if you want to return the deposited amount, it will be proportionally distributed and sent out to your sources.                                       In general, I can say that I like your web platform. It’s more suitable for trading than many other platforms I have tried before. Fixed-time is not to my liking, while Forex trading here is very advantageous. I like to experiment with fixed amounts and multipliers. At first, I couldn’t choose optimal amounts and multipliers but then I realized how to change them based on a concrete market situation.
                                      The only thing I don’t like here are Fibonacci levels. They are not easy to use compared to Fibonacci available on Metatrader. Do you plan to improve this feature with a next patch?
