Dear Sir,

I was having a trading account (User Id:[protected] with Olymp Trade with registered email id [protected]@GMAIL.COM. Due to spam attack in this email I deactivated the said Gmail id as I did not feel safe to use the same due to spam attack.

Subsequently I requested Olymp TRADE through customer chat support to Block/Close my trading account (User Id:[protected].

And I opened a fresh Olypm Trade account with my alternate email id i.e [protected]@YAHOO.COM and KYC documents in my name. I also made deposit in the account with Cards issued in my name and have been smoothly doing trades until 11/08/21.

My account verification was pending although I have submitted all the requisite documents. Further, on 11/08/2021 I received an email from Olymp Trade, KYC section stating

“During the verification of your trading account, we discovered that you have several accounts on the platform. As specified in Clause 2.32 of the service agreement: "The Customer has the right to have only one Customer account."

In this regard, we inform you that your account 79236470 is verified and other accounts are closed.”

However, my Olymp Trade account with my alternate email id i.e [protected]@YAHOO.COM is still blocked and I am not able to access the same.

In this regard please help me unblock my account and allow trading as I am not maintaining multiple accounts. The old account linked to email id [protected]@GMAIL.COM was requested for closure/block.

    I really appreciate that brokers provide their traders with various conveniences such as bonus system. I've read information about bonus system on this broker's website and know that no long after you register you have an opportunity to get a bonus which equals double sum of your deposit. However, why I can't withdraw this bonus, is everything clear here, I have no idea maybe I misunderstood something and everything is okay? Can someone explain me?

    My inattentiveness played tricks actually. I've missed this information about bonus systems on the website, wish I would be much more attentive the next time in order not to distract broker's representatives.

      I am the user of olymp trade and the broker has really satisfactory conditions as there are no spreads and some commissions which are not so big for me. The platform is fine and I really enjoy its design and functionality. However, withdrawal takes much more time than depositting which is a little depressing. I have to wait for several hours to get the money from trading account to my bank card without paying any withdrawal commission. Several hours is too much especially comparing to the momentary deposit.

      All of the traders want the withdrawal to be momentary but, I am afraid, it is impossible because the broker should also implement some mechanisms in order to save itself from fraudulent actions. Such mechanisms take some time, that is why nowadays immediate withdrawal is impossible and all the brokers do this way.

        I have finally improved my trading strategy, it's like heaven and earth compared to what I had before and what I have now. My last month in Olymp Trade has shown me good results, the result is not 100% impressive, but what I'm seeing right now is quite satisfying. My trading is not for me easy, but now I know the price of trading and it's already changed a lot. Now I set my priorities in a different way.
        In my job I am often on the road, on business trips and on the train. I really need to work on the mobile version of the platform. I tried to download and install it through the search engine, but unfortunately nothing works. Can you tell me what might be the reason?

          Hai, This is Pavithra. i have deposited $10 for trading process. (6.08.21)i have withdraw my amount. But still amount is not transferred to my account. But duration is mentioned as 24hrs, still i didnt receive my money.

            I traded, studied for a long time, analyzed, and once I worked out my strategy, I began to succeed. I earned $4, 000 from one thousand dollars and I planned to reach $20, 000. My strategy was working. Let me think, I will try to withdraw, just in case, what if they lie, and before I withdrew the amount of $500, no more.
            And then, I waited for two or three days, I got a letter in the mail that I have to confirm my identity. I completely agree with this, well done, I don't think they will give my money to just anyone. Well, I did as they instructed. In the end, they did not pay me money, they said that I have multi-accounts. And I answered: yes, I wrote you an email that when registering incorrectly specified one letter in the name of the mail, asked them to change it, so that in the future I would not have problems. I forgot that I registered at Olimp Trade some time ago. Thus, I got two registrations.
            They told me that everything was okay, there would be no problems. And now I'm waiting for my money to be paid. Is there any hope at all?

              Everything is pretty clear with this broker, however I wonder why do the deposits are reflected quickly and right away, while withdrawals take too much time? Okey, it's quite insignificant I guess because it may depends on various reasons. I had also several issues with depositing and had to try it several times, then I was restricted on withdrawals on a particular period of time, could someone tells me why it's like that, maybe I was mistaken or something went wrong?

                This is the same issue that has happened with me and the e-mail id specified above by Olymptrade will make you run in a loop with the same mail forward again and again.

                Seriously, now I think when I started to earn money then only they blocked my account with this reason and without any logic.

                I made 500$ from 30$ and the day I made 500$ I got this mail of my account being blocked because of multiple accounts.

                Now I came across this forum and realise that it is not only me and they are making fool of others also.

                  I really like olymp trade platfrotm fot its convenience and nice-looking design, but I would like to use more indicators. I know that there is a huge colection of different most popular indicators and oscillators, but I would like to get familiar and use more indicators in order to improve my trading results. Are you going to expand the number of indicators in olymp trading platform in the nearest future or it is better to use mt4 platform instead?

                    Good afternoon to all. At the beginning of the year I opened an account with Olymp Trade. At first I lost a few times, got mad and decided to play with larger amounts. First bet 500 dollars, won, then bet 1000 dollars, won again, and then succumbed to the Olymp Trade bonuses and bet 2000 dollars. And won again. Decided it was time to withdraw the money. And then a miracle happened. They asked me for additional documents to verify my identity. They told me that the package of documents provided earlier was not enough to make a withdrawal and I owed them one more document. What's up?

                          Sorry for the long wait for a response. When registering on the platform, you have accepted the rules of the Service Agreement. We will quote you paragraph 8.5.1:

                          "If the Company has repudiated the Agreement with the Client for the violation of the terms
                          of the Agreement, the Client has no right to open a new account, including by entering third party’s
                          data during registration. If the Company reveals the Client’s violation specified in this clause, the
                          consequences stipulated in Cl. 8.5. of the Agreement follow".

                          Unfortunately, due to a violation of the platform rules, your account is blocked. In this case, the funds are non-refundable.

                          We are sorry that this caused your negative emotions.

                          We understand your dissatisfaction caused by this situation. However, the consequences occurred after the violation of the terms described in the platform's Service Agreement.

                          The funds are withheld in accordance with section 8 of the Service Agreement (clause 8.5.): "If the Client breaches any terms of the Agreement and its integral parts listed in clause 1.2, including refusal to undergo the necessary checks and refusal to provide the necessary information, the Company has the right to terminate the Agreement; to void any Client transaction; to close one, several, or all Client trades at any time, at its own discretion; and to stop rendering services to the Client and return funds to the Client or not at its discretion. Any violation of the terms listed in this section, deprives the Customer the right to demand payment or refund from the Company."

                            They blocked my account without Valid reason

                            I would like to raise a dispute against olymptrade as they have blocked my trading account on 26-08-21 on accusation of having multiple trading account on their platform.
                            My previous account has been closed by olymptrade as there was a lot of issues regarding OTP and after that I have access only to the new account 78506365.
                            I do have an email from olymptrade stating that my old account has been closed and I can continue using...

                            I have made a deposit to my Olymptrade account using USDT and I have been waiting since one month ago for any kind of realistic position about my situation, but the only response that I always got is to wait one more week, and after more sorries and please wait one more week.                               I’m currently exploring this platform and finding a lot of interesting features here. I have already tested a fixed-time trading feature. It generally suits me because I’m a scalper and fixed-time trading especially with small expiration periods resembles scalping very much.
                              However, I see a problem in the Forex trading mode. I don’t see leverage settings here such as 1:200, 1:30 and so on. Where can I find it?

On the Olymp Trade Forex mode leverage is achieved through a simplified “Multiplier” function. The leverage amount can be selected in the sidebar section, on the right to a trade amount. You can choose the preferred multiplier value by pressing the Multiplier button. The available options vary depending on a chosen asset. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need more information.                                 I really like the use of the OlympTrade trading platform. I like its interface, the ease o[censored]se of the platform, the visual black and white performance. I have been using Fixed Time Trades. But I would like to try Forex trading. What a pity that the platform does not provide such an opportunity. Although I have heard some information that something has already changed and I will be able to trade Forex using Olimp-Trade platform. Is it possible and how can I switch to Forex using the trading platform?

                                Yes, you have heard the right information about the possibility of using the trading platform from Olimp Trade to trade forex. The platform now allows you to switch between FTT and Forex modes. If you don't want to use strategies with expiry times, you can trade with standard conditions, using stop loss and take profit to close trades.

                                Thank you for your question. It is important for us that traders can shift between two trading modes easily. To try Forex trading, you need to open the Assets tab and press the Forex button at the top (it is placed above the Search tool). Then, choose a preferred asset from the list.

                                You can also switch between trading modes by pressing a button with the exclamation mark right to the asset name at the right tab. In the appeared menu you will be able to select a trading mode. If any further assistance is needed, please, let us know. We will be glad to help.

                                  Dear,

                                  I requested widthdraw from olymp trade real account USD 1000 $, But..I didn't receive money.. I requested widthdraw on 17-july-2021..they have in SLA that with in 24 hours..they committed the widthdraw process with In 24 hours. Till I'm waiting for 5th day...I lose my trust on olymp trade..I lose USD 7000$ totally... finally I decided to withdraw my money 1000USD, They didn't process my Widthdraw amount...

                                  Every day I follow support team...they send automated email.. nothing is in progress ..

                                    Good day. I registered with a broker, opened a real account and traded for 2 months. What can I say? Everything is fine, I earned a decent amount. Let's just say, I'm not entirely new to such a system, before that I played in a casino and was very successful. Therefore, the principle is clear to me. But when I ordered a withdrawal of money to a bank card, I do not see the money on the card yet. Already 6 hours have passed. I expected to receive the money immediately, as if it was a regular transfer. Will I receive my money soon?
