As I have already block their advertising notification then after their advertising in oftentimes comes on my display and irritate me and spoil my work
I hope you take serious action against it. And stop advertisements on my device

First of all thank you for responding.
It's encounter in between my any running app, sometimes in my lectures, sometimes in my game so that whole screen cover by advertisement and my lectures get disturbed and sometimes I have to reconnect again. This happens many much times in a day.
I am using ANDROID DEVICE (Huawei Y9).

Sort it out as soon as possible.

1. Can you please click on the advertising and install the Olymp Trade application? Once it is done, please, share this information in a comment section to your complaint with us: your GAID (the Google Advertising ID), the installation date of the Olymp Trade application, and the store that you used to install the Olymp Trade application (whether it is HUAWEI AppGallery or Google Play).
2. Can you please list the names of the applications where the Olymp Trade advertising appears?
3. Is it only the Olymp Trade advertising that appears on your device? Or have you encountered other similar promotional notifications as well?

If possible, take a screenshot of the advertising next time it emerges.

1. I have installed this app from your advertisement just now (01 sep '21) from Google play store.

2. Microsoft team, Snapchat, free fire, YouTube, Google, Instagram, telegram, Twitter, etc

3. Someday it's only of olymp trade and sometimes it's of other trading app similar to this one.

I have took screen shot but how should I share you?

Please solve this problem.

Please, keep it, may request it in the future if the issue remains. Kindly share your GAID (Google Advertising ID) with us. The steps on how to find the GAID can be different depending on the device. You need to open the Settings application, then find and access the “Google” section and select the "Ads" option. You will find your GAID on this page. This section can also be called “Your advertising ID”. Please, let us know if have any further questions.

Hello sir,

It's still interrupting in between my things... Its so irritating. Even your app is installed in my device but still it's coming and cover whole screen. It's making me frustrat.

Thank you for informing us. We understand your feelings. Unfortunately, our specialists did not manage to find any data on your GAID (Google Advertiser Identification). Please, contact the manufacturer of your device as there can be malware that launches the advertising pop-ups. We have such an assumption because you have mentioned that the advertising appears in Telegram. Also, there is another advertising that leads to a third-party trading platform. The manufacturer should inform you of the actions that need to be taken to remove the malware.

    When I met this broker for the first time I thought it's an ordinary broker which provides trader with various services and it has its own peculiarities. Of course, it has its own features, however I was convinced that this broker also offers forex trading, not only fixed time trading. I hope nobody cheated me, because I'm here only to trade forex actually. Could someone explain me is there any possibility to trade forex or not? Maybe I'm unattentive.

      I'm really glad that this company has appeared. Olymp Trade gives people the opportunity. Perhaps not every trader can use this opportunity correctly. I saw that it is really hard to become rich in a month. What's happening.?? I don't have time to earn my money!
      Why deals are closed every minute. The price does not have time to go where I need to! How can I fix this? Are you a Forex scammer and did it on purpose? Answer please!

        In my trading career I've met plenty of various brokers and never met similar brokers actually. So, speaking about this broker I've decided that I understood everything quite correctly. Nevertheless, recently I faced some issues which led to unpleasant consequences. One year ago I ceazed to trade for a while and couple of days ago decided to join trading again, however I found out that 10$ disappeared from my deposit. What was that?

        I believe I should much more attentive the next time. I've missed the information about downgrade from one type of account to the lowest in case I wouldn't trade at least one month. I guess I had to read the information more properly.

        Thank you for contacting us. It is important that we can clear up the information for you in case any uncertainty appears. In the complaint, you are probably referring to the inactivity fee. The company has a right to assess a dormancy fee for a long period of inactivity of a user account. It is applied to the traders who have not made trades on a live account or carried out non-trading operations (withdrawal or deposit activity) for 180 days. Please, note that the $10 fee is charged once a month if your account remains inactive.

          When I met this broker for the first time everything was quite clear, I have read all the information about trading with this broker on its website and asked customer support several questions. However, now I have some issues with the status system. I know that there are the main types of account. Recently I upgraded by account to the status Advanced, but couple of days ago I started to trade and noticed that my status now is Starter again. What's going on around there, maybe I've missed some information?

If a trader does not manage to accumulate enough experience points, achieve a special reward on a “Trader’s Way” or make a certain deposit amount, the account status will be changed.

            I don't like the fact that there are only 5 ETFs abailable for forex traders. I really want to have more trading opportunities and it is super sad that I have to limit myself being a forex trader. I know that there are so many other assets, but why are there only 5 ETFs while FTT traders have much richer choice. I feel very sad about it, so, please enlarge the number of assets for forex traders.

            I see your point, but what number of assets do you really need? I mean that there are always certain limitations while working with any broker but as for the quantity of financial instruments, I think that the traders always want more.

              I do really find it weird that deposit doesn't take time at all, but the withdrawal does. Now the whole process lasts for a couple of days, but why don't you make it as short as deposit? Sometimes I need my trading money urgently, but I cannot get it because of the complex procedure of withdrawal. Please, do something to make the withdrawals faster and momentary. I do really need this and the broker will become even more awesome.

              Withdrawal is a hard process which requires lots of verifications. It is actually really nice that the whole process takes only a couple of days, as withdrawal from some other broker accounts takes several weeks.

We strive to process the withdrawals as quickly as possible, most of the withdrawals are completed within 1 business day. However, here is a few pieces of advice to speed up the withdrawal process.

              One of the ways to improve your withdrawal speed is to level up your trader status to Expert. Apart from other benefits, Expert level traders get top priority on withdrawals. You also use an e-wallet such as Skrill or Neteller to make deposits (and subsequent withdrawals) to your Olymp Trade account. They work directly with Olymp Trade to provide rapid transactions. We also recommend getting the highest level of “verification” on your account using “3rd party verification” from Google or another service.

                I registered with the broker Olymp Trade, I wanted to try all the trading opportunities offered by this broker. I opened several orders with Fixed Time Trades. I found it interesting, but I would still like to try trading with standard currency pairs. I can't find where to choose forex pairs to trade. Although, someone told me that there is such an opportunity. Did you turn it off or am I doing something wrong? I need to switch to forex trading, help me do that.

                  The chart jumps in an incomprehensible way. If it tends upwards and you bet on the rise, it stops moving at all, only jumps up and down along the betting line. Or even if it goes up at first, at the last second it suddenly goes down, just at the moment when the bet finishes. If all day it has not fallen below a certain level, then after the betting it goes down to the prohibitive distance. The same if to bet on the sale. In general, nonsense complete! Developers, of course, well done, deciding to make money on newcomers like me. In two weeks I spent five thousand dollars playing. Each time it was interesting to watch the tricky graphics)

                  Thanks to the team for the quick response! I was really emotional when I wrote my comment. I realize that it would actually be strange to assume that someone is intentionally moving their chart in the opposite direction of my open positions. Later, I cooled down a bit and checked the quotes with other platforms, and I did not see any discrepancies. In any case, I need to gain more experience, then my trading will be more successful.

The chart is based on the quotes, which are transmitted directly from the supplier. The quotes are broadcasted to all traders equally, we have no opportunity to influence the chart.                     Account Blocked even though there was only one active account

                    I have created an account with olymptrade previously a long back maybe 1-2 years back and since then have not traded with that account.

                    Due to some reason I created a new account with the link provided by their affiliate and was actively trading on that account.

                    I’m exploring your trading platform with great interest. I can say that I’m positively surprised by this web trading platform. I like the very idea of trading with multipliers and fixed amounts in contrast with classical leverage and lot sizes offered by many traditional platforms, including Metatrader.
                    However, I have one issue here. I don’t see Demarker here. I need this indicator for my daily trading because it’s very helpful for me. Does this platform have this indicator?

To open the Indicators section, you need to press the Indicators button at the left bottom of the chart (below the Chart type settings). Then, in the appeared list of indicators, scroll down to the Oscillators section and select DeMarker. Once it is done, the chosen oscillator will be placed below the chart.                       Dear Sir,

                      I was having a trading account (User Id:[protected] with Olymp Trade with registered email id [protected]@GMAIL.COM. Due to spam attack in this email I deactivated the said Gmail id as I did not feel safe to use the same due to spam attack.

                      Subsequently I requested Olymp TRADE through customer chat support to Block/Close my trading account (User Id:[protected].

                      And I opened a fresh Olypm Trade account with my alternate email id i.e [protected]@YAHOO.COM and KYC documents in my name. I also made deposit in the account with Cards issued in my name and have been smoothly doing trades until 11/08/21.

                      My account verification was pending although I have submitted all the requisite documents. Further, on 11/08/2021 I received an email from Olymp Trade, KYC section stating

                      “During the verification of your trading account, we discovered that you have several accounts on the platform. As specified in Clause 2.32 of the service agreement: "The Customer has the right to have only one Customer account."

                      In this regard, we inform you that your account 79236470 is verified and other accounts are closed.”

                      However, my Olymp Trade account with my alternate email id i.e [protected]@YAHOO.COM is still blocked and I am not able to access the same.

                      In this regard please help me unblock my account and allow trading as I am not maintaining multiple accounts. The old account linked to email id [protected]@GMAIL.COM was requested for closure/block.

                      USD5303 is blocked in my account

                        I really appreciate that brokers provide their traders with various conveniences such as bonus system. I've read information about bonus system on this broker's website and know that no long after you register you have an opportunity to get a bonus which equals double sum of your deposit. However, why I can't withdraw this bonus, is everything clear here, I have no idea maybe I misunderstood something and everything is okay? Can someone explain me?

                          I am the user of olymp trade and the broker has really satisfactory conditions as there are no spreads and some commissions which are not so big for me. The platform is fine and I really enjoy its design and functionality. However, withdrawal takes much more time than depositting which is a little depressing. I have to wait for several hours to get the money from trading account to my bank card without paying any withdrawal commission. Several hours is too much especially comparing to the momentary deposit.

                          All of the traders want the withdrawal to be momentary but, I am afraid, it is impossible because the broker should also implement some mechanisms in order to save itself from fraudulent actions. Such mechanisms take some time, that is why nowadays immediate withdrawal is impossible and all the brokers do this way.

                            I have finally improved my trading strategy, it's like heaven and earth compared to what I had before and what I have now. My last month in Olymp Trade has shown me good results, the result is not 100% impressive, but what I'm seeing right now is quite satisfying. My trading is not for me easy, but now I know the price of trading and it's already changed a lot. Now I set my priorities in a different way.

                              Hai, This is Pavithra. i have deposited $10 for trading process. (6.08.21)i have withdraw my amount. But still amount is not transferred to my account. But duration is mentioned as 24hrs, still i didnt receive my money.

                                I traded, studied for a long time, analyzed, and once I worked out my strategy, I began to succeed. I earned $4, 000 from one thousand dollars and I planned to reach $20, 000. My strategy was working. Let me think, I will try to withdraw, just in case, what if they lie, and before I withdrew the amount of $500, no more.
                                And then, I waited for two or three days, I got a letter in the mail that I have to confirm my identity. I completely agree with this, well done, I don't think they will give my money to just anyone. Well, I did as they instructed. In the end, they did not pay me money, they said that I have multi-accounts. And I answered: yes, I wrote you an email that when registering incorrectly specified one letter in the name of the mail, asked them to change it, so that in the future I would not have problems. I forgot that I registered at Olimp Trade some time ago. Thus, I got two registrations.
                                They told me that everything was okay, there would be no problems. And now I'm waiting for my money to be paid. Is there any hope at all?

                                  Everything is pretty clear with this broker, however I wonder why do the deposits are reflected quickly and right away, while withdrawals take too much time? Okey, it's quite insignificant I guess because it may depends on various reasons. I had also several issues with depositing and had to try it several times, then I was restricted on withdrawals on a particular period of time, could someone tells me why it's like that, maybe I was mistaken or something went wrong?

                                    This is the same issue that has happened with me and the e-mail id specified above by Olymptrade will make you run in a loop with the same mail forward again and again.

                                    Seriously, now I think when I started to earn money then only they blocked my account with this reason and without any logic.

                                    I made 500$ from 30$ and the day I made 500$ I got this mail of my account being blocked because of multiple accounts.

                                    Now I came across this forum and realise that it is not only me and they are making fool of others also.
