I like to trade on your web platform. It’s very intuitive. I learned its functionality for a couple of minutes. Previously I traded on Metatraders. MTs are undoubtedly great platforms but in some cases they are excessive in terms of functionality. This web product is more suitable for my daily needs. But I don’t see Volumes on your web platform. I really hope that it’s just a mistake of mine. Does your web platform have this indicator?

I recognize that I hurried up too much with that complaint. I thought for a while after that and it became evident for me that it’s not a big problem and I can use Volumes on your Metatrader.

To access it you need to log in to the Olymp Trade MetaTrader 4 platform, press the Insert button on the top tab and open the Indicators section.     I have an issue with the Olymp Trade Forex platform. As far as I understand, the sequence of opening deals to pick the asset from the list, define the direction of trading and select the expiration time. However, when I open buy or sell positions, the platform does not close them automatically when the time frame expires. So do I have to control my trades manually? Or is there any special box to select the expiration time?

    Sorry, I mixed the trading types and platforms. I thought FTTs are also available in MT4, but now I understand that this platform is for the Forex type of trading ony. So there’s no expiration time for trading Forex, unlike FTTs. It’s good to have such a choice. I will spend more time to figure out the difference.

    Thank you for contacting us. The expiration time can only be set in the Fixed Time Trades mode. There you can choose the duration of the trade starting from 1 minute. On the Olymp Trade Forex, you can set up a pending order (the trade that will open automatically at the time the price level reaches the specified quote / at the assigned time). You can also use the Trailing Stop Loss feature that allows creating the order to close the trade depending on the specified Stop Loss and Take Profit values.       Is OlympTrade company doing something to help its traders make more money ?? I'm serious. !! It seems to me that they are taking the money. Why do they close my orders themselves? I open an order on my mobile phone. The price should rise and I am waiting for this, but after a minute the order closes itself and I do not have time to earn my money. As a result, the price rises and I know that I could get 80% profit.
      You are doing this to make me unable to make money. ???

      I want to honestly admit that I don't have a lot of experience in Forex and OlympTrade FTT trading. Perhaps I misunderstood something and was not attentive. I will study and train more actively. Thanks for your reply!!!

        I have been working with Olymp Trade not very long ago. I opened an account and deposited $ 200. I opened a couple of deals, one of them turned out to be profitable. I began to study in more detail all the questions regarding options. Added another $ 500. As a result, in about a month and a half, it turned out to be 1200, in principle, with a small amount of investment, it turned out well. But then I was offered to try a virtual assistant, which supposedly will make predictions. He makes them but out of 5 - 3 in the minus. Yes, I understand, it seems to be of a recommendatory nature, but why are such recommendations needed at all?

        I want to tell you that I had a similar situation, but it turned out to be in setting up a virtual assistant. The application has detailed instructions and recommendations, and its setup does not take much time. After taking into account all the recommendations, my percentage of profitable forecasts increased to 80%

              Dear sir,

              I was on the process of kyc and during the selfie one of my relatives mistakenly put his face on the selfie procedure, and i even ask the consultant on how to redo it but all they reply me was steps to submit kyc, And there was no button to redo the selfie procedure so at last i thought of submitting it with the wrong selfie thinking it might ask me to retake the selfie as it was a wrong selfie but no they accept it and guess after sometime they blocked my account.
              I had 366usd without bonuses and they only refunded me 59.78usd saying its according to the rules and whatsoever.
              I am so disappointed because it was just a small mistake which i could retake it to remove the mistake but no just blocked no second chance

                Still my issue isn't resolved. They are saying some lame reasons and declining my verification. Please help

                What a funny idea you are giving! Do you think I didn't get in touch with your claims team! I've contacted your kyc team, claims team via email. But still now, no response from your side. I even asked your support executive to schedule a callback from your manager. And it's been 4 days, I haven't received one

                      I had opened a trading account earlier with olymp trade but with the help of customer support I blocked my account and didn't wish to continued due to suffering from losses after few days I created new account and started trading in that particular account. You can check my records after creating new account I did my deposition only in that account after winning some amount I got a message to submit account verification when I submitted my documents my account got blocked with the amount in it. It had amount of $160 I didn't received my amount back.

                      It is my request to you that i will not create any account further I apologise for it and need my money back.

                        I had USD 194.92 in my account when my account was blocked.
                        When I enquired about the funds at [protected]@olymptrade.com they are telling me that my account is empty and I have already withdrawn the funds.

                        I have submitted my bank statements and upi statements aswell but they're not listening and telling me that I don't have any funds left

                        It's been 5 days already.

                          Hi I have added an amount from my bank to Olymp Trade live trading account. Amount has been debited from my bank but is not showing in the trading account.

                          Whe doing Transaction Olynp Trade app has stopped responding.

                              All this time I have stayed with Olymp Trade and I don't want to change to any other company, because I like the trading platform of this company (the main one) and I like that I can trade with risk-free trades here, which can bring me much more stable profit or even bigger one.
                              Overall I like everything, but I cannot understand why I cannot use more than 4 indicators on the platform, why so few? I would like to add more, but the platform doesn't allow me. Why so...

                                On Date[protected] My Trade with Trade Id [protected] which was opened on
                                B[protected]:18:23.047 PM was closed by your End Due to your technical issue . According to ethics If I am at closed time of trade i.e. 18:18:23.047 PM I am having Profit I should get My Desire Profit. But You Company Closed it before Closed Time.

                                It may be a technical issue or anything else But why should customers suffer? You should have calculated profit from history and provide it to the respective customer.
                                Why didn't This Error occur when I was having Loss in my previous trades?
                                Is It Scam from your side when the Customer is having trade and getting profit Give him a system error and tell them you will only provide money which was invested not the profit?
                                Why was the second trade after Trade Id [protected] i.e [protected] not failed?

                                The Reason Provided was not satisfactory when I spoke to a senior Person . He said the company decided that if an error occurs while having Loss it would benefit the customer who was having loss at that time he would not lose his money and can have profit with it next time? What Type of Rule is it?
                                He Further said that trade was closed from our end due to technical issues so the amount of profit would not be calculated. We will only return the money which was for that trade that time.

                                Please Provide me My Profit Money Earn that 82% of($11.31). I would be happy otherwise I will think it is a scam from your end. Your company is making system errors(not errors for users, they are errors and for the company it is a dirty trick to receive money and profit of common peoples) when a customer is having profit in his trade.

                                The appeal was considered in accordance with the terms of the "Service Agreement" (hereinafter - the "Agreement") of the Company and its integral parts.

                                Upon your request our specialists carried out a check, which resulted in finding that the transaction [protected] was completed with an error, because at the time of its expiration for the Asia Composite Index there were no quotes on the side of the liquidity provider. Therefore, it is not possible to calculate the financial result of this transaction.
                                The funds invested in this transaction have been returned to your trading account.

                                In accordance with clause 1.4 of the Regulation on Trading Transactions:

                                "1.4. The Client acknowledges that the only reliable source of information on the quote-feed is exclusively the Company’s server. Moreover, the Company has the right, at its discretion, to use any sources of information to form the quote-feed on the Company's server, including, but not limited to, exchange-traded, over-the-counter, and other sources of information. Any information on the quote-feed different from that found on the Company server's regarding the quote-feed does not provide a sufficient basis for cancellation, termination or revision of trading transactions."

                                The transaction [protected] was carried out correctly, in accordance with the quotes of the platform at the time of opening and closing.

                                In connection with the above, we are forced to refuse to satisfy your requirements set out in the appeal 496156 and recognize the transactions are correct.

                                If you do not agree with the decision, you can appeal it by writing a complaint to our regulator - the Financial Commission - https://financialcommission.org/olymp-trade.
                                Please note that all the facts that were established during the audit we can confirm the documentary on request of the Financial Commission, if necessary.

                                Please uninstall this app has soon has you notice they are doing fraud!! Please check the review inplaystore with rating 1-3 . There is big list of fraudd done by this company. If I had read this reviews done I would have save my money ! Olymptrade company is fraud.

                                  Delay on their portal and app incurs you losses . Every time you raise a support ticket they throw a URL at you stating upto 3 seconds delay is acceptable limits and is part of their mentioned sla. This delay will further result in your losses incurred and target missed by 0.0001 for which they will not accept any kind of responsibility.

                                  Sometimes you will be promised a callback sometimes a sorry statement as “you should be more careful while placing order” etc.

                                  In short avoid Olymptrade if you want your hard earned money

                                    In general, my impression of your web platform is quite positive. It’s very good for Forex trading. Of course, I have also tried fixed-time trading, but haven’t found it worthy. Forex trading is what I have been practicing for more than five years and I certainly know what to do here.
                                    On you platform, I like the possibility to change the level of risk for each trade by simply choosing an amount to invest and a leverage size for each trade. That’s what I can’t do with Metatrader. Unfortunately, I don’t see volumes here. Should I download your MT to use Volumes?
