I have recently become your client. I really like your web platform. Its layout is very intuitive. It allows me to quickly access all the required financial instruments and shift between Forex and fixed-time trading. As for the latter, I tried fixed-time trading and didn’t like it. But Forex trading here gives new opportunities. The possibility to invest fixed amounts and choose a leverage size for each trade allows me to take more or less risks based on a particular market situation. But I don’t see CCI here. Does this platform have it?

The CCI oscillator can be found in a list of Indicators. To apply it, you need to press the Indicator button at the left bottom corner of the chart. In the appeared Indicators list, scroll down to the Oscillators section and choose the CCI oscillator. If you have any further questions, kindly reach out to us.     My graphics are constantly poorly displayed. You have a problem with the trading platform, I think they want to rob me. The fact is that I constantly lose money due to the fact that the trading terminal shows incorrect quotes. I want to buy at one price and the order is opened at a different price. I need to trade 4-5 assets at the same time and I open many windows and some of them show such errors. What's happening? Why is your trading platform bad?

      Hello. I was interested in trading with the broker OlympTrade, because there are a lot of good reviews. But I don’t understand why? When I started trading OlympTrade Forex, I did not find some indicators here... and some assets I can not find. How do I trade? What to do the analysis. I know that many brokers have more than ten technical analysis indicators that help traders make a correct forecast. If you are such a good company, please provide better trading conditions!

            I have recently become your client. I was mainly driven by the possibility to trade with fixed amounts and multipliers. In this regard, my expectation was met. It really gives me great freedom to decide how risky my trade will be. If I’m very confident in my market forecast, I can put at stake more. Respectively, if not I will be more cautious. Respectively, in this case I chose a low multiplier value and invest a small amount. Yet. what really bothers me is the lack of indicators for analysis. I.e why there is no Alligator indicator? This is the basic one! Not even speaking of more profound indicators?!

              Dear Sir,

              I had opened a trading account earlier with olymp trade but with the help of customer support I blocked my account and didn't wish to continued due to suffering from losses after few days I created new account and started trading in that particular account. You can check my records after creating new account I did my deposition only in that account after winning some amount I got a message to submit account verification when I submitted my documents my account got blocked with the amount in it. It had amount of $160 I didn't received my amount back.

              It is my request to you that i will not create any account further I apologise for it and need my money back.

              I have not violated any rules, I already informed to your customer support earlier to block all my old accounts and i will be active in only one single account henceforth and did exactly the same after confirmation I was stick to single account, I am a sincere trader but when I started earning with my own strategies and started winning after a huge losses my account got blocked.

              Mine too got blocked

              I was on the process of kyc and during the selfie on of my relatives mistakenly put his face on the selfie procedure, and i even ask the consultant on how to redo it but all they reply me was steps to submit kyc, And there was no button to redo the selfie procedure so at last i thought of submitting it with the wrong selfie thinking it might ask me to retake the selfie as it was a wrong selfie but no they accept it and guess after sometime they blocked my account.
              I had 366usd without bonuses and they only refunded me 59.78usd saying its according to the rules and whatsoever.
              I am so disappointed because it was just a small mistake which i could retake it to remove the mistake but no just blocked no second chance

              My query was not resolved still it is mentioned as resolve, olymp is only for deposition we cannot withdraw money from it when you reach to a certain level of amount.

                I have never had a claim to Olymp Trade before. In general, the broker is good. I like his approach to new users while the broker remains a broker.
                I have always withdrawn money to my bank card, but my withdrawal was very delayed the day before yesterday. Really, I waited a day longer than necessary.
                It's not that crucial, since I had some savings, but I wanted the company to be more punctual and not forget about its loyal customers!

                    Hello everyone! I started trading with OlympTrade on the platform on your website. I really liked the fixed time trading . This provides a great opportunity to make more money. BUT everything is not as you promise. I started trading on gold at night, they told me that there was a 90% profit. But no ... only 10%. I constantly opened deals and thought that the right ones would overlap the wrong ones, but I didn't succeed. What's going on?

                    At night, the profit is usually lower, because during this period the market is more unstable, and the money supply involved in the turnover is much smaller, as is the total number of traders.

                    The selected strike price can also influence the asset's profitability. By default, it is equal to the market quote of an asset. However, it can be changed, thus increasing or decreasing the profitability. To enable the Strike prices option, you need to open the "Chart" section of the platform settings.

                      I liked that OlympTrade has a convenient platform for online trading. It seemed to me that as a beginner I could make money. After going through a little training and reading about FTT, I realized that this broker gives a 92% profit for each correct transaction. After I started trading and made the correct predictions, my profit was not higher than 80%. I don’t understand why this is happening? Is this a mistake or was I scammed by scammers?

The percentage of profit depends on multiple factors: liquidity, timing, the news background, and the changes that also take place on the threshold of the news release. In any event, the profit percentage will be the percentage when you opening the deal. Although, the percentage may change later, the deal profit percentage is fixed at the time it is opened. To see the current rate of return percentage, you need to open the Assets menu in a Fixed Time Trades mode.

                      The strike price you select can also affect the asset's profitability. By default, it is equivalent to the market quote of an asset. However, it can be changed, therefore increasing or decreasing the profitability. You can enable this option in the strike price menu. To do so, open the "Chart" section of the platform settings.

                          Olymptrade is not working. Not showing graph.

                          I have submitted screenshots of my olymp trade graph. Due to this m facing loss in trading. Plz resolve it. I checked my internet services. My whatsup, youtube, na rest applications are working. Only olymp trade is not working. I tried several times. Plz resolve this. Its a request. It is showing graph wrong after 2 3 mins.                           Last month I opened a trading account with your brokerage company. I was mainly attracted by your web platform. I heard a lot about a different approach to Forex trading here. Trading fixed amount instead of putting at stake the entire depo and the possibility to choose a leverage size for each trade. It allows me to decide how risky each of my trades is going to be. I can’t do this with other brokers. Their trading platforms are quite conservative.
                          Your web platform has a very intuitive layout. So, I easily learnt how to use it. But I want to ask if this platform has Ichimoku. I don’t see it.

To find the Ichimoku Cloud indicator, you need to push the Indicators button at the left bottom corner of the chart. In the appeared list you will see the Trend Indicators section.                               Because I have always wanted to do something new and make money online. And I am glad that it was trading and this company that became a new and interesting stage for me, which brought new experiences and money of course.                                 I am a new client of your company. I have been trading on your web platform for more than a week and for this time it seems to me that I have discovered everything there. I tried to trade Forex instruments on different timeframes and experimented with different fixed amounts and multipliers values. I like freedom the platform gives when it comes to regulating risk of my trades. But I don’t see linear regression here? Maybe I have just overlooked it. Is it present here?

                                I have just forgotten that you have Metatrader and it should have linear regression. I already have an MT4 account with you. I checked it out. Yeah, it has this indicator.

                                  Hi

                                  I have started using Olymp trade and after visiting all the sections I came to know that this is not a regulated trading broker. The figures coming on trading platform of Olymp trade is very much different from actual figures.

                                  As I have lost around 30000 INR, I want my money back from this scam application.

                                  I will file a case also of my problem is not resolved

                                      I have recently updated two factor authentication by google authenticator app and unknowingly i have uninstalled the app and i have lost the backup code and there is no way i can login to my account. So please help me with this issue as there is a email address and I have tried to recover my account. The website of olymp trade does not have any option to recover my account and also there is no customer support. Olymp trade does not give me any option to recover my account and they can use my mobile number instead of two factor authentication
