I have recently opened an account here because I was very fascinated by your web platform. Before joining your company, I tested this platform on a demo account and I like that it’s very universal - it allows to trade Forex as well as fixed-time financial instruments. But I haven’t discovered one useful thing here. I mean trailing stop. I’m afraid it’s missing here. I have always relied on trailing stops with all brokers. Can I use trailing stop here?

You can achieve it as a reward for earning Experience Points on Trader’s Way. Trailing Stop Loss is also available on Advanced and Expert statuses. To reach a higher status you can make a deposit on a particular sum or earn Experience Points for active trading and completing tasks in Trader's Way. You can also purchase a subscription to Advanced and Expert statuses in the Market. Once you get a higher status, the Trailing Stop Loss feature will be accessible for your account.     Why do I have to withdraw funds from Olymp Trade only to the card or e-wallet used to make a deposit? What should I do if my card or e-wallet is blocked? For example, the expiration date of the card has been gone? What now? What to do? Will I have to refresh my deposit again to withdraw my money later? Honestly, I've never faced the difficulty with withdrawals at Olymp Trade. But frankly speaking, such rules surprised me.

    I'm glad that at Olymp Trade I can solve any problem. And if the card was blocked, I can withdraw the money in another way. And in principle, it is good that the company cares about the safety of clients' funds, even in this way. Of course, it is not very convenient to withdraw money only to the card used for the deposit. Again, there are exceptions to this rule. But if this rule didn't exist, I'm sure many clients would lose their deposits.

    Thank you for contacting us. Indeed, the payment can be only withdrawn by the same method that you used to make a deposit. You can add another payment method by depositing your account. This way, if you want to return the deposited amount, it will be proportionally distributed and sent out to these sources. It doesn't apply to profits, they can be withdrawn to any payment method without any restrictions.

          Hello! I've got the following problem. I know there is a program going on at Olymp that is called Trader's Way or smth like that. I've read in the article that one of the bonuses for getting some experience points is unlocking the feature of a trailing stop loss. I tried to find the same feature at Olymp Trade market that is built in the platform, cuz its easier for me to pay for it rather than get it for XPs. Yet I haven't found it there. HOw can I purchase the trailing stop loss feature?

You can upgrade your account level by depositing an account in the amount of $500/€500 and more. You can also purchase a subscription to Advanced and Expert statuses in the Market.             ...I am Ramlath...i had been register in olymp trade on october 2019...
            I had traded on the demo account...
            But could not continue.yesterday (08.03.2021 ) i tried to login to my account.But cant Login.Message displyed as Invaild user ID ) I registered again with same EMail Id and Password and continue trade.Then I invested $ 10 .
            Its order ID was [protected].It was $ 13.20 at the time of logout...
            When I logged in today (09.03.2021 ), the balance was Zero ... When I checked, I realized that the login is my old account.I deposited through UPI but Trade Account No. Didn't try to keep up...
            How can I login my $ 10 deposited trading account?
            I've got a solution for this. I registered again because I could not log in after a long time

            I have tried many times to login but now I can not do it. I understand that the company's support team is a very good team.

              I have recently signed up with you and I’m mostly satisfied with what I see here. The web platform offers a very intuitive layout, so I didn’t struggle to find all the necessary features.
              Nevertheless, I have one problem. The matter is that I can’t find Gann Fan here. I know for sure that Metatrader has this feature, but it’s missing here. Does this platform have this tool?

              Well, at least there is a Fibo Fan there. I hope you can expand the list of the avaialble indicators in the custom Olymp platform too, but I guess I can deal with Fibo fan for now. Thanks for answering!

                Why can't I trade less than a 1 minute at Olymp Trade? I'm trading on the FTT platform with a fixed order execution time. And as a scalper, I would like to be able to open very short trades. It's easier to work on them according to my strategy. For some reason, I can open orders at Olymp Trade only for 1 minute and not less. I can choose more time, but I can't choose less. So I don't understand why. What if I need to reduce the expiry time? What should I do then?

                In general, trades that last 1 minute or more may be easier to work in some cases. After all, I can try to trade in Olymp Trade MT4. There seem to be no restrictions on the expiry time of the order.

                Unfortunately, you can't trade for less than a minute since it is harder to predict price movement in a shorter time frame. Scalping is a technique better suited for experienced hands. With shorter time frames, trading gets riskier. Therefore, to avoid inexperienced traders from choosing such short timeframes and issues arising with it, the Olymp Trade platform doesn't allow users to choose time frames of less than 1 minute.                     First thing, , my account was already verified, then why is it asking for verification again??
                    There is no change in deposit method everything was verified.
                    Earlier I completed the selfie process and it took a long time and my neck started hurting.

                      Why is there such a minimum deposit in Olymp Trade MT4? Why couldn't you keep the same level as in the FTT platform, namely $10? I don't have the capital for trading large sums, for example. But the smalls size suits me fine. However, I would also like to try Olymp Trade MT4. After all, it's a more professional platform. There are more indicators, chart settings, etc. So why can't I try it?

                      You know, I've been thinking and realized the reason for this particular deposit size. With a smaller deposit in such a professional terminal as MT4, it is impossible to control risks in a quality way. So basically, everything can be explained. I think everything has reasons in Olymp Trade.

                        I have a complaint regarding to withdraw money from Olymptrade.. I have used 2 account of Olymptrade.. in my first account i had deposited €30 but unable to apper on Olymptrade app.. and withdraw amount €20 applied in December is yet to be solved.. as the company notifies to wait for 5 working days.. but unable to receive any withdrawal money.. or added money.. in my second account.. the same issues are coming again &again.. withdraw is unable.. regarding this I have chatted 2 hours with different-different assistant of customer service.. I’m not satisfied with the provided facts.. I’m very ddisappointed & depressed with this.. and the email they are providing to send me the screenshots.. are not available.. it means there is some serious issues with the people’s money.. in the Olymptrade.. within 24 hours i want my every query to be solved.. regarding with my both accounts.. or have to pay €10000 by the company ceo.. after 24 hours.. as a claim for inconvenience, wasting my time.. making me depressed.. playing with my emotions & mental health. Or i will sue Olymptrade.

                          I’ve been using your trading platform for more than a month. I appreciate its user-friendliness. Its layout is strikingly intuitive. So, in this regard, it positively differs from Metatrader. However, there’s something missing here. I don’t see linear regression here. I hope you know this indicator. It’s available in Metatrader, but it’s absent here. Maybe I overlook it. Does your web platform have linear regression?

                            Why can't I go to the Advanced level in Olymp Trade? I mean the Loyalty Program. I'm trying, but I can't do it. I don't know what to do anymore. Experience points are gaining slowly. And I so want to open new tools, indicators, and advisors in the Market. And the increased profitability from trades in the FTT platform also appeals to me. I'm already tired of waiting for a new status in Olymp Trade. How do I move quickly to the new level?

                              I have recently signed up with your platform. I find it very innovative in many regards. What’s more, it’s very convenient to use, which is very important for me. It took me several minutes to realize how it works.
                              One one hand, trading with multipliers is a very interesting thing. I have never tried before. On the other hand, I’m used to trading with classical leverage. But I can’t figure out how to shift to typical leverage from multipliers in this platform. How should I do this?

                                  I have been using the Olymp trade platform for over a year. I prefer making trades on my mobile. I have not encountered any problems before but recently noticed that the application is crashing. My roommate is using the IOS version, but it doesn't crash. Also, the Desktop application works fine. I have an Android version on my mobile.
                                  Please help me to solve this problem. It interferes with making trades!

                                  I think I had a problem was with the phone itself, not with the application. Perhaps, the mobile was loaded with other system or additional processes. I reinstalled the app, works fine so far. Don't really know what was the reason.

                                    When will you add new currencies to the account? I want to be able to make deposits in the local currency. Otherwise, I have to exchange money into dollars first and deposit them into my Olymp Trade account? Can this procedure be more comfortable? It is just as inconvenient. Can you make it so that I can deposit it directly in my currency? I think it will add to your customers. Because it's really convenient for traders.

                                    I've already figured out that I can even fund my deposit in the currency I keep funds. They are just converted to the currency of the account. This is certainly better than nothing.

                                      I've been with this company for a long time now and I've already been able to draw some accurate conclusions.
                                      1. You can really start here from scratch. This I checked on myself) I came without any experience, worked with an analyst for a long time and watched reviews, and with time I really figured out a lot of things.
                                      2. This place has no problems withdrawing money. And irrespective of the amount and the circumstances in the market and in the company.
                                      However, I do have a small comment.
                                      Why there is no significant difference in services between large capitals and small capitals here.
                                      This somehow reduces the motivation to deposit.

                                        Why can't I participate in your tournament with a demo account? I show great results on my demo account, but I haven't saved enough capital for the real one. I don't want to trade with $100. I think I have to enter the market prepared with a reasonable deposit. But I don't want to lose $1, 000, 000 prize money either! So why don't you allow those who trade on a demo account to participate in the tournament?

By the rules of the tournament, you can participate only by trading in your live account. Entry to a tournament is free. However, trading during the tournament is done with real money, so you will need funds in your live account to trade and complete tasks.
