Hello ... I recently registered with OlympTrade. I liked that they give bonuses and I thought that you can make big deals .. But it's not that simple! Received a deposit bonus of $ 100 but it doesn't make any sense. I still use only my own money for trading .. why are you giving a bonus? .. Is it just such marketing or do you attract customers in this way ?? What should I do about it ??

    That's for sure.
    I generally don't encounter any significant limitations or difficulties, I've got a good grasp of the company's main trading terminal. And it has become a help for me in today's market.
    But mt4 is definitely not what I expected from this broker. Why do you need it at all? It contains the same tools, but it works much slower in my opinion. I have no idea who exactly chose mt... It seems to me that all changes should carry some kind of positive context. Isn't it...?

      I have recently registered a trading account here. I chose your web platform because I find it very beneficial in many regards. I appreciate the very possibility to trade with fixed amounts and multipliers. It allows me to trade less stressful because by choosing a fixed amount and a multiplier value for each trade I can regulate risk with great extent.
      But I have a problem here. I haven’t discovered Zigzag here. Perhaps, I’ve overlooked it. Is it present here?

        I am working with olymp trade when I have deposited 500 dollars my account is blocked and asking for verification payment due to which I could not able to withdraw my money.

        I have gone through all process of verification but in last step of payment method verification they have added wrong paytm wallet detail along with my actual paytm wallet detail due to wrongly added paytm wallet detail I could not able to complete verification process. All my money is stucked in account. I have given all relevant proofs and statement to kyc team also taking followup with customer care but all are saying our team is working on it.

        My humble request is if you don't want to re activate account then please refund my money and I will choose another broker.
        I have already lost 900 dollar and now 500 dollars unable to withdraw. I m in heavy debt and now olymp trade started scam of snatching money by this trick. Pls any one help me out for get my money refund.

          I have been trading for five years, and I am especially picky about trading conditions. Like all other traders, I am looking for the most favorable trading conditions.
          I have known about Olymp Trade for over a year. But I decided to trade a couple of days ago. This is a good broker, but as for me, it focuses on newbies.
          In fact, the broker invests in training in a simplified FTT trading platform and constantly uploads free webinars. It's cool, but I would like to see something more "adult."
          For example, I wanted Olymp to raise my leverage. I like to take risks and feel the excitement. This is a kind of feeling of intoxication. I really like it. But I can't really enjoy trading to the fullest when the leverage is so shallow!

            This site is fraudulent in nature

            Beware Olymptrade is a company that collects your dead account details probably with intention to sell them to Countries asking for it. Tomorrow it could raise serious issues for Country men.

            Watch reply from fraudulent company below, just like I said it would be like. Asking me to complete verification of dead accounts closed long back. If they can do it to me, you will be the next. Okay, I am not doing this sort of verification, refund my $200 and prove yourself. I will apologize but you will not do it because you had it all planned to corner me with documents that I can't produce. I traded with you for 3 years. Never you asked for KYC, I also produced KYC that all Indian companies demand. Nobody asks for producing dead accounts. Since your fraudulent intentions were just waiting for me to reach a mark to throw the dice towards me, you finally proved yourselves.

            This site is fraudulent in nature. They allow you to trade without checking KYC documents but when you reach a decent level they start asking for KYC documents for verification. Why in the beginning they don't ask for KYC documents? One doesn't employ a worker without checking his documents and after paying him 3 to 4 times ask for documents. Moreover, after I submitted all my documents they started asking me to submit my dead account details too. What prima facie malafied intention do they have to check my documents especially when they are not even based in India? I feel they know people from all Countries participate in this activity therefore they are keeping some sort of track or sell our details to Countries asking for it. I raise my voice against their endeavors, if you second it, more and more people will get alarmed.

            As I knew they wanted to eat away my 200$ therefore I purposely wasted it on trade and uninstalled their app bidding them farewell.

            Be warned, it's a very big racket, there's very little one can do in making them accountable. Share this alarm people and if somebody can make them accountable, please do... disappointed badly... some stupid is going to now tell you that whatever I wrote is not true. Don't pay heed as this site has employed such characters.

              This company is FULLY FAKE...they will LOOT you dont fall in their trap. I had withdrawn my money and it has been more than 2months. This is just a SCAM to entice the customers you can earn without any efforts...PLZ..Please dont ever download this app or trade on it. No customer support available you will be left in the desert. Just before downloading the app please check the latest google app reviews once will help you to get a proper insights.                 I decided to trade on the OlympTrade web platform. I want to say that the platform is not finalized. I cannot build indicators and apply technical analysis. Why did I study this so much? .. And orders are opened without the possibility of placing a stop loss. Although as far as I understand, I could not harm my entire deposit. Still, I would like more control and trading opportunities. As it is frivolously done everything. And everywhere there are so many good reviews about OlympTrade. I don't understand ...

                  And I'm glad I chose it, because it's where I could start to study the market really seriously, and the bonus system has also pleased me, because I can always strengthen my capital and make things work out.
                  But there is one thing. Withdrawal of funds is not always super-fast, sometimes there are delays and I get the money not on the same day, but on the next day or even one day later. It doesn't bother me much so far. But I would still like it to happen as soon as possible.

                    Hi, I’m currently new in using olymp trade apps. I’ve recently withdrawn 17 USD from my olymp trade account to my personal bank account. The money have been deducted from my olymp trade account but I haven’t received it in my personal account. I’ve received sms stated that requesting withdrawal and in the apps also shows that the withdrawal is still in process. Is this normal?                       i made a deposit recently using my prvsly verified payment method and as soon as my money was debited in bank first thr amount was not added in time and thn a wrong payment method with wrond digits was added. Now even after clearly mentioning the same and verifying all like told and giving all screenshots they are playing ping pong with my sentiments and again and again transfering to escalation departmnet and a day later again acting like dumb to understand the situation. its 3 days to all this and its painful. And m worried for my money and security that is in the app

                        I have recently joined your brokerage company. I enjoy trading here. I do this on your web platform. That’s a pleasant discovery for me because previously I haven’t worked with multipliers. The very possibility to choose a leverage size for each trade and an amount to be invested allows me to regulate my risk and respectively plan probable losses much better. So, it brings my money management to a higher level.
                        I have one question. I haven’t found volumes in the list of your indicators. Is it present here? I hope I’m wrong.

                              Why is there a limit on the maximum amount of orders size in Olymp Trade? Maybe according to my strategy, I have to invest $5, 000 in one trade? Why don't I have such an opportunity in the company?
                              I'm just wondering what the guideline for setting such a limit was. There are different traders, and everyone has various deposits. If a trader comes to you with $100, 000 on his account, what is he supposed to do with your restrictions? After all, he can afford to invest $10, 000 in one trade. But it's prohibited in Olymp Trade. The limit is $2, 000 per trade. What to do with it?

                              In principle, having limits often protects against rash decisions. For example, it may seem that the upcoming trade is very profitable. And the trader can invest all of the deposit amounts in it. So the presence of limits in Olymp Trade can somehow protect against rash actions.

                              Thank you for contacting us. Limits for trading are implemented by the automated risk management system. Our risk system reacts to a conjunction of different factors such as a certain trading style, trading turnover, trading on assets with low liquidity, and other factors. The system guards our traders against making risky decisions and serves as a sign that the particular trading style has become too risky or aggressive. Automatic restrictions on a number of operations can be implemented by the risk management system in accordance with paragraph 1.9. of the Regulation on Trading Transactions.

                              Each trader is free to make trades and choose a suitable strategy, even if someone faces temporary limitation for the amount of the trade. Our experts recommend using less than 10% of your current balance per trade to prevent the system from setting the limit. To change the limit you can expand the interval between the deals and set the duration of the deal from 15 minutes.

                                It's been 20 days I have been trying to withdraw a minimum amount of 20usd
                                Olymp trade is not ready to process it
                                Everytime they say the same thing
                                check that your account has been successfully verified in the PayTM payment system;
                                check if the indicated number of your e-wallet is correct;
                                check if you have not reached the maximum balance allowed for your e-wallet
                                I have checked it thrice I have emailed them 4times screenshot related to the problem has already been sent
                                The chat support is not reliable at all when they don't have any answers they just reply
                                Thankyou for patiently waiting and go offline
                                I don't even know how will they track this as this page has no option to enter my details

                                  I have recently registered with your company. I was attracted by the possibility to trade Forex instruments differently. I mean the multiplier system used on your web platform. I’m a kind of person who doesn’t want to risk a lot. Here I can trade Forex investing a fixed amount and choosing a multiplier value for each trade. Thus, I can reduce my risk to minimum.
                                  But I want to ask you a question. I haven’t found Fibonacci levels here. Perhaps, I’ve just overlooked it. Are they available on this platform?

                                  Yes, the Fibonacci levels drawing tool is available on the Olymp Trade Forex. To find Fibonacci levels, you need to click on the Indicators button at the left bottom of the chart. Then, scroll down to the Drawing section in the appeared tab and select Fibonacci Levels from the list. If you have further questions, please, do ask. We will be glad to assist you.

                                      Why are there so few Expert Advisors in the Market section of Olymp Trade? I participate in the Loyalty Program and want to get more out of acquiring new statuses. And I would like to be able to use more and different programs to grow my profits. I think the more choice, the better. Not everyone will find suitable the one and the same solution.
                                      In general, I believe that every Olymp Trade client should install their own EA that suits them the best. Think about it.

                                      By the way, it's great that I can install any programs in MT4 from Olymp Trade. It significantly expands the possibilities for trading. I didn't realize that the company was so well organized. It's great that it's possible to install any programs in my terminal.

                                      Thank you for sharing your point of view. We would make sure to discuss your recommendations regarding the Expert Advisors range with our team. To set up additional Expert Advisors, you can register at the Olymp Trade MT4. Kindly use these steps to install the trade Advisor in an MT4 terminal.

                                      1. Download and unzip your Advisor. To install it, open the trading terminal, go to “File” and select the “Open data catalog” directory.
                                      2. Open the “MQL4” folder in the appearing window, then - the “Experts” folder.
                                      3. Open the advisor where you downloaded it and then drag its contents to the “Experts” folder in your trade terminal.
                                      4. Relaunch the trading terminal. Then, in the upper bar, click on the “View” icon and select the “Navigator” folder.
                                      5. In the left-hand tab, click on the plus symbol next to the “Expert Advisors” item.
                                      6. A list of advisors will open, including the one that you have loaded. Drag it to the chart using the mouse. In the window that opens, select the settings for the Advisor.

                                        Amount of 1, 489.48 INR was deducted from my bank account on 18th march at 1:53AM to Paygate merchant for deposit in my account at olymp trade but currently it is not showing in my deposit section of olymp account. I am here attaching the snapshot for the same. Please resolve this issue
