      I deposited the 700$ amount on 20th-oct-2020 with the help of Rupay Netbanking E-wallets. Money is deducted from the account but not reflected in the olymp trade account.
      it's been above one week, the amount is neither reflected in the olymp trade account nor in my bank account.
      No one is responding to my emails.
      I have given all the proof of transaction. Please help me ASAP..

        I heard from a friend that you allow clients to install their own EAs for trading now. But I can't find this feature anywhere! I have already looked through all the buttons on the FTT and Forex platform. I have pressed all the elements. Nowhere is it!
        Are you hiding it from your regular clients? Is this feature only for attracting new traders? Olymp Trade, I don't think it's fair! I have been trading with you for years and have the same right to use Expert Advisors. Please clarify the situation.

        As I see, I was terribly misled by some people. It has turned out that the use of trading robots is officially prohibited on Olymp. I can only use their built-in advisor. So, I’m going to read how to use it.

        Thank you for informing us about your concerns. Expert Advisors program is prohibited on the FTT and Forex platform. EA can be used only on the MT4 Olymp Trade platform.

        To open an account in Metatrader 4 and get access to the platform, you need to complete these steps:

        1. Go to the MT4 section of our official website.
        2. Log in using your existing Olymp Trade account.
        3. Select the currency of the trading account and choose standard or ECN.
        4. Create a password and click "Open Account". After you open an account, you will receive all the necessary data for the MT4 login terminal.
        5. Then download the terminal file for Windows or iOS, and download the program. If you want to enter the web-version, click Web. Mobile applications are available through direct links to the App Store and Google Play.
        6. Authorize the MT4 mobile application
        Open the application and choose «New account», then connect the existing account, after type in the server name — OlympTrade2-Live. Finally, enter your login, password and click «Enter».

        You will know that the authorization has been successful when you hear a sound signal, and the open charts will begin to show the current prices.

        You can find the Expert Advisors in the Navigator window. To see the Navigator window, you can use the hotkey ctrl+n. Kindly use these steps to install the trade Advisor in an MT4 terminal.

        1. Download and unzip your Advisor. To install it, open the trading terminal, go to “File” and select the “Open data catalog” directory.
        2. In the window that appears, open the “MQL4” folder, and then the “Experts” folder.
        3. Open the advisor where you downloaded it and then drag its contents to the “Experts” folder in your trade terminal.
        4. Relaunch the trading terminal. Then, in the upper bar, click on the “View” icon and select the “Navigator” folder.
        5. In the left-hand tab, click on the plus symbol next to the “Expert Advisors” item.
        6. A list of advisors will open, including the one that you have loaded. Drag it on to the chart using the mouse. In the window that opens, select the settings for the Advisor.

          Hey, I recently downloaded Olymp Trade mobile app but it crashes every time I'm pressing its icon. I even re-installed it but that didn't help. I need mobile trading, as I'm planning to move away and I wouldn't have access to my PC for a week, but seems that it's sth wrong with Olymp app. By the way, Olymp Plus is working, so I don't know what the problem is. Olymp Can you fix that anyway? I really need mobile trading!!

          I've cleaned my phone cash and everything starts working! By the way, Olymp App is nice, I used to it in a couple of hours.

            I tried to apply for account verification. The 1st Step uploading the ID proof is done however in the 2nd step i couldn't able to access. A message is popping out, "Your browser is not supported".

              I’ve been using the Olymp web platform for a month and everything seems OK. It comes with all the necessary technical indicators and timeframes. However, when using the mobile version of this platform, I noticed that it’s very hard to draw angled lines on charts. Level trading is crucial for me, so I can’t do without various lines, including angled ones. I’m struggling to draw a trend line, when trading via my smartphone, for example. Do you have any recommendations on how to draw angled lines in the mobile version of your platform?

                I recently opened an account with Olymp Trade. So far so good, I have traded on the MT4 trading platform. But as far as I know, a brokerage also has its own trading platform, and judging by the reviews it's quite good. But for some reason I can't trade on it, I can't switchrom MT4. Is there any way I can do that, maybe there is some kind of instruction? Or should I open a separate account for another trading platform? Because it wouldn't be very convenient, I would like to continue trading on my old account, only on a different trading platform.

                  Hi on 22 September i tried to update my live account on olymp trade with 10$ but my account on OLYMP TRADE didn't recieve the money but got deducted from my bank account so i contacted them about my payment they told me to wait for 7 days so after 7 days they told me that they didn't recieve the money and to contact my bank so I contacted my bank on 3 oct they told me to wait 7 days so i waited after 12 days they ttold that my payment was transferred to olymp trade on 8 oct due to upi issues now I've been calling olymp trade regularly and they are just making me wait I'm a college student and 757₹ is big amount for me and i please need your help.

                      In fact, I've been working with the company long enough to learn about all pros and cons.
                      I use demos and try different strategies, because I like something new, and the market is developing fast enough to focus on the same approaches.
                      But I don't fully understand why the company doesn't provide risk-free deals on a permanent basis or for less trading turnover. I would love to use it more often, but I can't, because I don't trade as often.

                      I've re-read info about risk-free trades, really, that's going to be to unprofitable for the company if it would offer risk-free trades permanently. Of course, I would wish olymp to do so but, nevermind, the company is good even without that. Now I understand how strangely my complaint looked...

As trading is primarily about the ability to choose the right moment to enter a trade, we provide risk-free trades only as a special treatment on the part of the company. Risk-free trades are available on the Expert level with 5% of the deposit. The Expert level offers the best conditions for traders with the greatest number of tools and privileges. Risk-free trades are included in the privileges list as they safeguard your money and allow trading without risks: return the amount in case of the loss or earn in case you have made the right predictions.

                      To get an Expert status through a deposit, you should deposit no less than $2000/€2000 (depends on the account currency) into your trading account. You can also upgrade your status by getting experience points for the trades in a Trader's Way on your live account.

                        Hello my name is Jijo Das, I have a olymp trade account, my trader ID is 61054544. email: [protected]@gmail.com

                        I have requested and withdrawal of $54.6 on 12/10/2020 ( 12th October 2020).
                        the withdrawal amount has been deducted from my my trading account balance yesterday only, but it is not credited into my upi account till now.
                        My UPI ID : [protected]@upi.

                        Olymtrade is showing me this message in the withdrawal page.

                        "We will process your request as quickly as possible.
                        The requested withdrawal amount has not been debited from the account and is available for trading.
                        The money will be debited from the account when the request is processed.
                        If the balance on your account is less than the requested sum, the request will be cancelled."

                        But the amount has been deducted from my olymtrade account.

                        According to Olymtrade policy.
                        When will the money be debited from my balance?

                        "You may continue trading using your total balance; your requested withdrawal amount is not debited from your account until the funds are transferred to you.
                        If a withdrawal request is processed in installments, the funds will be debited in installments when each of the installments is paid.
                        You can therefore use your full balance until your funds are actually transferred."

                        But the withdrawal amount has been deducted from my unlimited account and it is not been transferred to my upi.
                        We have a group of more than 1200 olymtrade traders, I stated my issue were there but no one face this kind of issue earlier.

                        I am attaching all the documents and screenshot with this mail kindly check and reply me with a solution.

                          I've done a deposit of 100$ on 23/09/2020
                          And the amount is not yet credited to my live trading account. I dont know what happened to my money.
                          I am frequently contacting with them on both emails and phone calls. But every time they says that their financial team in working on the task and wait more. They gives me the same reply for the last 13 days. I dont know what to do next, but i will surely warn all my friends and relatives about my experience on olymp trade. At least their money won't lose in such a platform.

                          This is exactly how your customer support team responds to me.
                          They dont dives me a promising date. They want me to wait for my own money for an infinite time.
                          And the saddest thing is that our government is helpless. These platforms should illegalise if our gov. Cant take control over them.
                          So guys, i am advising you from my own experience that never invest a single penny on this platform.i repeat NEVER INVEST A SINGLE PENNY ON OLYMP TRADE.
                          You can try intraday trading or something like that.

                              Every time i trade in my last 1year trading every 80% of my trade lost in last second the graph will not show proper and most common is in last second they change the trade.

                                It seems like olymp trade wasn`t prepared for 6 years celebration which is now. There are only new design, the article in blog and color theme in the platform now. The main theme of celebration is «inspire» and continuous improvement. Of course, the inspiration is good and the new theme is also cool. But, i think, clients would like to get more useful presents. I`m a little disappointed. Other companies organize giveaways. Do any other surprises await us?

                                  I started trading with olymp trade, so i will always respect this broker. However, there are things i can't understand and don't allow me to maximize my trading profits. I am talking about how you understand automated trading. Regretably, but the olymp trade trading platform does not support this and i understand that i need expert advisors for my trading.in fact, this is the only reason why i am looking forward to switching to another brokerage.

                                  In fact, it is no longer a problem) Since Olymp Trade has added trading on the MT4 platform to its functionality, it is no longer relevant. Since there is automated trading on the MT4, I don't have to change my brokerage anymore. In fact, it's very cool that a broker is constantly developing and adding some new features for its clients. Because many brokers wouldn't do that, it would be enough for them to have what they already have. But Olymp Trade doesn't stand still, and constantly surprises its clients with different innovations. It's cool that I can keep working with it and get even more experience in trading :)

                                    My account ID is 35309140. Please credit the money which was due in the first week of September 2020. It is because of non receipt of money that I discontinued my activity. Now I got a message saying Im going to be fined $10 for inactivity.

Aur ham apka situation jante hai aur ye limit traders ko risky decision se bachane ne like hota hai. Ye limit activate hota kahi karno ki wajah se, jaise ki apka trading karne ka tarika, air ye limitation apko darshata hai ki ap risky trade kar rahe. Aur hamare customer support ki taraf se apko call back kiya gaya tha, jaha par apko limit ke bare me jankari di gayi thi.                                         Why is there no 1-minute time frame in the fixed time desktop platform? I see only 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour and so on to 1 month. But one that i need does not exist. Why?
                                        It`s unendurable. I need this time frame. I use a scalping strategy and open a lot of trades when it`s high volatility. I want to earn on tiny price movements. But how am i supposed to do this, if there is no 1-minute chart? Fix it, please. Or tell me, how to find it.
