Hello!
You wrote on the site about double your deposit bonus! If the trader top up the account by a certain amount, then the same amount must be credited with the bonus.
I created an account and top up my account with $ 100. 20 minutes have passed, but there is no bonus.
Why didn’t you give me a bonus? Is this promotion over? You must warn about the end of such promotions. It is unprofessional of you to leave an advertisement for a promotion when it has already ended.

    Started to trade on olymp trade just recently. Actually, i like everything, just not enough indicators. I also started to trade on binomo, but there are even fewer indicators, i thought there will be more on olymp trade, i read that there should be a whole bunch of indicators, more than hundred. But so far, i see only 20. Are they available only for vip-clients? Before i was trading on forex through metatrader, so it was even possible to add your own indicators there….

    Sorry, my bad, I didn’t notice that platform with technical analysis, lol. I just didn’t check in other places, that happens :D Now I see, there are really many indicators here on the platform.

      I just started to be interested in the investments on the internet, was trading on olymp trade platform on demo-account and now i would like to trade with the real money. I read that here you can start trading with 1 dollar. I want to deposit 3-5 dollars just to make a few deals and see how it’s going, but i don’t know how to do it. I cannot deposit. Could you advise me what to do?

      Ok, I got it, the minimum deposit is not 1, but 10. I thought that 1 dollar is the minimum deposit, not the minimum cost of the deal, now I understand I will deposit 10 dollars.

        I’m trading options for more than a year on olymp trade and recently i got interested in forex platform. Although everything is a little bit different there, i think, i will manage to trade there with the same strategy, that i’m now using for trading the options…but so far, i can not get through the multiplier… it’s very big and i don’t want to open the deals with such a big multiplier. I watched some videos on youtube, where traders can change the multiplier, but i’m not. Please help me to change that…

        I found in setting how to add this option to the panel, now I can change the multiplier by myself in every deal…Thanks, now it’s a great platform!

          I’m trading on olymp trade platform for about a year already, slowly i learned how to open the deals correctly and even started to make a little bit of money! Lately, i’ve been reading a lot about the mobile application and decided to install it as well. I found it in play market, installed it, but it didn’t launch. Why didn’t happen? I made everything right and actually it is hard to mix something there, everything is installed automatically. Maybe i should download it from somewhere else, for example of the website?

          I got it, the thing is that my phone has tricky OS :( Not every application from Play Market will work on it, and here I’m just not lucky with Olymp Trade. Before I didn’t really install anything on my phone and didn’t know about this specific, and now it is clarified…

            Recently i started to trade on your platform. i thought it was ok, but i used to trade according to tech analysis, using different indicators. I found the tab with indicators, but not all i need is available here, there are only the most basic. Is there a way to add some indicators to the platform? I read in reviews, that here i can use many indicators, maybe, those people used some additional software?

              When i started trading on olymp trade, i made a small deposit from the card. Now i want to start trading seriously and i want to deposit bitcoins so i could withdraw my profit later on also in bitcoins. However, i don’t see bitcoins as a deposit option. I know for sure that it’s possible to deposit bitcoins, i read about it on the forums that some people did so. How can i do it?

                Please advise why during the different time there are different assets available? Sometimes when i want to trade certain asset it has too low payout ratio, and sometimes it is unavailable for trading at all. I like to trade during the weekends when i have a lot of free time, but neither euro or pound are available at that time. Is it so, because i have a too-small deposit?

                The profit rate of assets depends on market situation (volatility, liquidity, region of registration). Volatility is a statistical measure of the dispersion of returns for a given security or market index.
                The liquidity is a value determined by the activity of changing the price of an asset due to the large volume of supply and demand. The deals are always closed with the same rate it was open.

                Saturday and Sunday - are the global days off for the exchange market, neither currency pairs, nor assets are available on a centralized exchange at weekend. Trade is available only on the Bitcoin / USD and Crypto assets.

                  I had problems with the money withdrawal on olymp trade. But let me start from the beginning.
                  I made 30 dollars deposit on olymp trade. At first, i didn’t trade them, i was trading on the demo account, but then i learned how to trade and started trading on real money. I made almost 50 dollars in a month and decided to withdraw my 30 dollars in order not to lose them.
                  I requested a withdrawal to the card, the same way i made a deposit. Everything was ok in the beginning, but then they have requested document verification. I sent a photo of my id, but the verification wasn’t completed. Now i don’t know what to do and how to withdraws my money. I’m ready to go through the verification if there is something else necessary, please explain, what should be done.

                    I started trading on this platform not long ago. At first i deposited $50, and managed to receive a profit of $20. So i wanted to withdraw these 20 bucks in order to check the whole withdrawal system. That said, i requested withdrawal to my credit card, and did everything strictly according to the website. However, the second day is coming to an end already, and my funds still haven't arrived. I visited the online bank cabinet, and there is no money at all - either in the received transactions or in pending ones. What's the matter, why haven't my funds arrived yet? Is there some kind of problem?

                      In fact, I'm currently not trading with Olymp Trade. I decided to take a small break, because studying doesn't really leave me much time for that. I've heard though that Olymp Trade might charge commission fees after half a year of inactivity. A month ago it was just half a year, and they charged me $10. It's OK, but I don't understand why they've charged me another $10 today, it's been just a month since then?!

                      Thanks, now I got that the commission is charged monthly after you’ve been inactive for 6 months. Well, in such case it’s easier to make a deal with minimal volume once, this is mire beneficial anyway, even if the deal will be unprofitable.

                      - making a deposit;
                      - withdrawing funds.

                        How u doing bro? I hope you got your money back! I am pretty sure it was a problem with your bank since Olymp is my favorite broker and I have never had any problems with withdrawing the funds. I can't believe that they can spoil everything by not paying the funds. So make sure to check the bank you cooperate with carefully. Good luck ;)
                        Have been a client of Olymp for six months now. I can definitely be the living proof of their proper attitude to withdrawals. The first time it took me a while to complete this backwards transaction to my account. The matter was with a bit complicated account verification procedure. Once completed all have been working smoothly ever since.

                            Can you tell me why are the payout rates constantly changing? Of course, I always can choose some asset with a maximum payout rate of 82%. But what if I've got the whole day planned out, and by the time I have to open a deal on a certain asset its payout rate will be super low?

                            The liquidity is a value determined by the activity of changing the price of an asset due to the large volume of supply and demand.

                            Don’t worry, I’m sure, that everything will be ok:)I heard, that the delays sometimes happens in case of the banks transfer, but Olymp Trade from its side is doing everything right, I’m sure. I never had any problems with the withdrawal, probably, because I have my account in largest private bank in the country and it works really good.
                            In the beginning, it was even unusual for me to work on Olymp Trade platform, it’s too simple. I have a degree in economics, I studied different financial disciplines at the university, types of analysis and so on. I already used to formulas and accountings. But here all the deals are completed in one click. Further, I just get used to it, figured it out. It is very convenient to do the technical analysis here, I went through basics at the university, but on this platform, it is very easy to set the indicators and analyze. So eventually the trading turned out to be simpler for me than I thought. Of course, there are some specifics, but you can learn anything, but I’m happy with the results so far, and actually, I think that trading on Olymp Trade – this is a great opportunity for the earnings and just developing of your financial literacy.

                              they block my account and not give me my full money

                              When i loss at that time they not verify my account and when i am starting gain profit they block my account and when i contact customer support they told me that i violates their policy and simply they block my account and they give me money which is nearly less than around 70000 ₹.
                              I submitted all the documents but still they block my account.
                              So i request all of you that don't trade in olymp trade it's a fraud platform...

                              Hey there, i've noticed that the deal opening fees on forex are always different. And whereas one can still see the amount of this type of fees before opening a deal, the fee for moving a deal to the next day is completely invisible. Why can't i see how much money i will be charged for moving an order a day later? This situation does not suit me. I'd like to know how you explain that.

                                I have requested for withdrawal of amount of 30$ on june 1st, till date, i never got my amount back. It has been almost 50 days.
                                When i call them, they gave me arn number and inform they asked me to inform bank to know the status of arn number. But, my bank didnt even know about arn number.
                                I informed the same to olymptrade, then they asked me to provide bank statements.
                                I provided them from may 15th to june 14th — i sent this info on july 7th. From june 15th to july 7th, i sent them as unbilled transactions, as my bank will be generating statements on every 14th of month. But they didnt agree for that, they said, they need pdf file. I waited till july 14th to get the statement generated.

                                Then i sent the bank statement from june 15th to july 14th on july15th.
                                After 2 days, financial team responded on july 17th and they asked bank statement till july 17th...!!! (For extra 2 days)...!!!
                                As per the rules mentioned, they said, between 1 to 30 days, amount gets credited. But i sent for more than 45 days of my bank statement. Still they are asking for extra days too...

                                When i call customer care, they are saying, we are forwarding to financial team. But financial team never responds...
                                This is what daily happening, almost 50 days...!!! No response till now...

But when we withdraw funds, this is not only Olymp Trade and you, there are also banks, payment systems and aggregators. Financial system is not perfect, that's why such things sometimes happen.                                 They have been notified 20 days back... Not sure what they are doing...
                                Of course, Olymp Trade doesn't lack advantages, but personally I would highlight their flawless support work. Considering that I'm not even a pro yet, you can imagine what silly ### I kept doing in the beginning xD And whenever I had any questions, I immediately texted the support. Surprisingly enough, they always replied me within a minute, and soon the problem was solved (because I was just being silly, you know xD). And in general, I liked their positive attitude to me, even though in the first several times when I texted them I even wasn't their client yet. Olymp Trade support is THE BEST, seriously!
                                This is very weird, I’m already for more than a year constantly doing withdrawals from the platform, and trading even longer. I didn’t have any problems with Olymp Trade at all. And the withdrawal is usually done on the same day, maybe, because, I’m withdrawing to e-wallet…But I don’t think, it would take whole 50 days to transfer the money on the bank account…

                                  I'd like to top up my account with astropay card, but there's no such option among payment methods. Could it be that you cancelled it? I read in one of the reviews that you used to support this payment method, there's even a screen to prove it. To me, this method is the most convenient. Could you please tell me what i should do for that?

                                    Well I don't know, personally I had no problems within a year of trading on this platform. To me, Olymp Trade is a good and reliable company, I totally trust them.

                                      Hey there!
                                      I'm trading on a Forex platform. As far as I know, it allows to choose how much the amount will increase that I allot for a deal (the multiplier feature). Yet in my case it is determined automatically. It's just that before opening a deal, I see the multiplier that I'm going to have, and I can either accept the deal or cancel it. What's the matter, why cannot I actually choose the multiplier?
