I purchased a HEAD RADICAL YOUTEK Tennis Racket on 31.08.22 from Om Sports, DLF Supermart Gurgaon.
I initially got doubt that product is not genuine as pointed out by several members and also product did not have HEAD QR code and original cover.
On top of that when I asked them to help me claim warranty (6 months manufacturer warranty was mentioned in bill) they denied.
HEAD does not provide warranty on this product and I was mislead into buying the product citing warranty by brand which is not applicable.
On asking owner he said for rackets they do not have tie up with HEAD INDIA and Om Sports will help in case of any issues.
This means they are providing their own warranty and also product is not a genuine one when compared with other HEAD products at other shops. Was this information helpful? |
