We, Raj Gupta and my joint holder Rama Chand Gupta are holding a FD for Rs 10, 00, 000 with your FD department.
The Fd bears the no. B/12/0220/028496 and was due to mature on 26/02/21.
While I was eagerly waiting for the maturity of FD to get my money back with interest, surprisingly a few days back, I received a shocking SMS message from Team Omaxe FD that FD payments have been delayed requesting me not to deposit the warrants for encashment till further information.
We, both the holders of the FD, are senior citizens and have commitments to meet from FD maturity proceedings.
We earnestly request you to resolve our problem without delay and get our FD payments released.

On the subject cited above I am Jitender A resident of 620 Second Floor Rohtak hereby complain on insufficient water supply in Place flats from the last 10 days, for daily uses you can understand the importance of water. The Manager Sh. Rakesh Kumar is not even picking the phone too. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest otherwise I have to go to District Higher Authorities for the same.

This message is to draw your attention to the continuous water leakage from the blocked chamber in my construction site at 733 plot at Omaxe 1, mayakhedi, Indore.

Because of the leakage we are not able to construct underground water tank.

It’s almost 1 month since we raised the complaint.

I have already communicated my complaint verbally, but no actions have been taken so far.
Please try to understand this is a necessity. Again, I am requesting you to take some actions and do the needful

I have not received any interest warrant for my both FDR 023451 and 023452. I have dropping mail to [protected]@omaxe.com and also called many times many days[protected] but nobody responding .

Subject: COMPLAINT REGARDING MY COMMERCIAL SPACE NO. INTT/ELEVENTH/1108 IN 'INTERNATIONAL TRADE TOWER'
This space was allotted to me in 2011-12 and I had paid all my installments some time directly and some time through Mr Ravi Garg, Dealer. After full payment I was expecting the Registration of the space .But I am contacting again and again to Omaxe, and Omaxe is not responding.
I request to Omaxe that this above mentioned space should be registered on my name at the earliest.
I want to make declaration that I have not transfer my rights and not given any POA to anyone.

From last one and half month omaxe kalkaji staff is not able to execute our property paper
I am chasing them like anything but they are not responding,
Conveyance deed has to be executed, but omaxe lawyer Deepak garg is not responding, neither on call neither on mail,

We are not getting any revert from them, why they are getting our Registry done

Bank is changing heavy interest, your staff is not thinking of that,
If you people will pay that interest I don't have any issue in delay of documents processing

I have purchased a part of commercial project (INTERNATIONAL TRADE TOWER) in New Chandigarh. My ID is INTT/783. It is very sad to that I am not getting my assured return payments in time. Every time I have to visit your office for my payment. I visited your office in Aug 20 when I was not received my payments from March 20 to July 20. Then it is came to my knowledge that my annual cheque was lost by the company. I send them the copy of the cheque then they released my March to July payments in Aug 20.
Then I visited your office for Aug and Sep 20 payments in October 20.
Then I visited your office for Oct and Nov payments Dec 20. One of the company representative promised me that your Oct and Nov 20 payment will credit in your account by 4th January 21. But I received only Oct 20 payment.
After 4th Jan 21, I messaged your team to release my Nov and Dec payments and even requested them that I need money to pay off my liabilities. But even today I do not receive even my Nov'20 payments.
Please take initiative to release my payments.

i am investor of fixed deposit of omaxe . MY 3 FDR Nos are B/12/0719/026955, ...956 & .. 957 dtd. 22.07.2019 to be matured on 22.7.20 for Rs. 5, 00, 000/- each (total 15, 00, 000/- Fifteen lacs). Cheques issued for Fixed deposit was returned by bank (dishonored), kindly repay my FDR amount with interest as i am in urgent need of money .

I have purchased villa No. 996 in Annex Omaxe City -1, Mayakhedi Indore (MP) 3 years back. At the time of taking possession, it was not completed to the omaxe standard. I was told that the team will take care and complete it after the possession. I regret to bring it in your notice that, nothing is being done till date. Rather the condition of villa is deteriorated further. Many of the walls got cracks., seepage is there in almost all the walls of villa, In spite of bringing the same in local authorities but ear is not given to it.
Please look in to the matter and resolve it immediately.

I have purchased a flat in your project named "GH-4 (Residency-II) Phase-1, Omaxe Integrated Township" situated at Sarsawan, Near Shahid Path, Sultanpur Road, Lucknow. My property no. is ORL/AMBROSIA-H/104 and my client ID is ORL/6445. I have made the full payment and got the registry done during the m/o Feb 2020. After that, I had to wait for almost six months for the possession due to COVID-19 lockdown. The possession of the flat was given by a representative from Omaxe namely 'Shivam'. During the time of possession, the flat condition was not good as there was some seepage on the walls. Shivam told us that this would be repaired soon. We trusted him as we had full trust on the brand name 'OMAXE'. But thereafter, no repair work was carried out and the condition of the flat became more pathetic and unhygienic. The seepage was all around and the complete view of the new flat got tarnished. Repeatedly we requested the authorities out there to address our issue, but nobody is caring. They are just making excuses saying that it will be done.
I purchased this property mere by market reputation of the company's past projects, but i am shocked to see the results in my case. A new property purchased having this type of problems from the starting, with nobody caring to listen to it. I am at present posted at the Embassy of India, Tokyo as Assistant Consular Officer and my brother looks after my property. He ran after the company officials present at the site since past so many days, but no action has been taken.
I request you to please look into the matter urgently and address my problem.

I am Arun Sing, Plot No 980 -A in Omaxe City 1 at Indore. From last five days ontinuously I am visiting in your office which is in Orbit Mall regarding complete the registry formalities. When I visited I have to wait 2 to 3 hrs but after that I didn't get proper response from anyone, also the security guy are not aware to behave with a customer. Just I want to know that will expect like this or it necessary to behave with customer. Expecting your reply.

I Have FIXED DEPOSIT WITH OMAXE LIMITED FDR NO. B/12/1019/027745 Having Matured on 20/10/2020 .The Principal Amount INR 50000 PDC issued against it are getting unpaid till date also not receive the interest amount
We are giving lots of reminders to the company by email and telephone calls but not one able to reply on the emails and even not attending phone calls .
I totally confused how the company treat with their investor like that without answering and any reply .

We need our money urgently and hope by this we get any reply,

When we called Omaxe customer care they told us not to submit the maturity checks as their office is not opened due to Covid 19. But after the unlock-Covid19 we didn't get new checks or didn't get any communication from omaxe. When we call omaxe customer care, they just told us to call Mr.Dheeraj. Mr Dheeraj do not bother to pick any call. Please have a look at our problem and do needful. Thank you.

I had a plot in secotr 28 rohtak with plot no. 113, documents for registry with fee submitted in march but then unfortunately lockdown happened followed by some registry blockage in haryana.But as now every thing is working well since last 2 months but still no firm date for registry is finalised by omaxe.Every time i contact on their customer care no. They mention for further 15-20 days time.....

I have purchased a shop in omaxe connaught place whose number is ocpk/first/377.since September I m not getting rent installment.This type of irregularities are not good for your reputated organization. I invested in Omaxe Cannaught but in lockdown, my assured return has been stopped, in between they started giving 25%, and then they are delaying that payment to 2 months,

I have cheque with me till March 2020 For INR 16047 each, which u feel they should give.

I am thinking of going legal.

I had invested in their similar scheme in Amritsar Mall and I am not receiving the assured returns, nor any communication from them.

Their cheques are getting bounced and they don't respond to phone calls or messages. Even they do not return the signed agreement.

Once you give them your Money you are turned into a beggar to ask them for the monthly assured returns.

Please avoid investing in such schemes of Omaxe.

It's a fraud.

Therefore my advice - Avoid their schemes and their channel partners, who are only interested in their commission from sales from selling such fraudulent schemes.

Hi Sir, I have property in your reputed property omaxe Connaught place because of covid i can understand no payment of commitment payment but i am thankful that i trust faithful company who care for there investors. As per company policy i received payment again with first of all 25% than 50% and i am hope full when every thing is right i received full payment.
Issue is this sir i have not received payment from August and till now. Harsha in kalkaji office is not responding well not even pick call and i have not information when i received my pending payment.
Please share any responsible person number whom i contact for this issue because Harsha is not responding well. Request you please do needful at lest response.
