My original pharmacy licence was posted through ondot courier service on 5/7/2021 from bathinda and till now i dont recevie my parcel . Due to non deliver of my important document my licenece date is expied and i pay online licence fee sum of 3500 which is also waste so now expect from you that you have taken strict action on this otherwise i take legal action to the concern persons or authority.

Hope for a positive response!!!

                    I booked a courier from Bihar to Delhi on 7th May and it arrived in Delhi on 11th. Since then there has been no update on the tracking and it hasn't been delivered. I have tried all the customer care numbers but none of them are in service. I also emailed their customer service and no response there as well. My package is a return of a product that was worth Rs 7000.

                      I have ordered from a book store some books. It's been 14 days and I have no clue where the product is . AWB no is fake, all the contact nos are fake. They are such a fraud. I don't know whether or when it will reach me . I've lost my 5000 rupees 😑

                        Hi, I am Amit from district Moga, Punjab
                        I have booked my laboratory reagents that used for blood testing and are very temperature sensitive from your courier service ..The date is 4th May .and courier number is [protected].
                        My courier is reached in that city on 6th may but still not delivered. My reagents are deteriorated now. My ten thousand worth of reagents are damaged. Now who's the responsible .. Your Moga branch people who are booked my courier they are very irresponsible.whu theh book my courier if they don't have proper service. In future I recommend to all not to book their courier from your service.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam,

                              Pl help us with the delivery status of Way bill no. - [protected], dated 15Th March, 2021 sent through Ondot couriers.

                              It's been 7 days now and delivery is still pending as per your website tracking status. The service seems too delayed.

                              Pl see this packet is very very important and urgent. The documents were to be delivered at the address within two days as last date for it's submission was 20th March, 2021.

                              The customercare dept of ondot couriers has replied very poorly and told me to call their local counterpart and track courier myself. The status of my courier is still unknown since 17th March as per their last updated website.

                              Please do the needful immediately and confirm me.

                                Today i received call from[protected] this number they asking me about my address to diliver my parcel of documents government official so i thought it was real but after that they calling my family saying same thing and giving our numbers to various call center, it is harassment please take action . On trucaller the name showing shalakha desai.
                                My request to everyone dont fall for this type of fraudster.

                                    Courier agency Rajeev associates Prem Nagar Ambala authorized agent of ondot couriers calls and asks to pick courier from their office as they don’t service the location which is within mc limits of Ambala.Why money was taken and courier booked if they don’t deliver.                                       We have booked consignment on 29 January 2020. Consignment no. Is [protected]. We are not getting the courier and also it is showing out for delivery from 1 February. We contact to the branch office and delivery boy many a times but they are not responding in right manner and just ignored our calls. We required our courier urgently.

                                        On 9th january 2021 i placed this courier order through ON DOT COURIER which contains sweets ( mithai ) in two packets worth 4000/-+ . Its been 8 days now its not yet delivered to dhamtari & raipur . Pathetic services . No ownership v poor management . Kindly give me my 4000/- refund because by the time you will post ma sweets to destination it will be in rotten state .
                                        Infact i informed clearly to them it contains sweets they replied it will be received within 4 days . Um angry to the core i want to file a complaint serious grievance against this .
                                        Out of two packets, on one receipt the bar code no was # [protected], other receipt i dont remember .
