It books my courier from (Chandigarh to kanpur) on 19/6/18 by knowing that they don't deliver courier in that area but they do not tell us when the courier does not deliver then we call the kanpur branch and they tell us so we changed the address of delivery to the nearest possible location but then again it take five days to deliver. The delivery boy go to deliver my courier but he did not give the courier to the location instead of this he gives the courier back to chandigarh and tells a lie that the taker does not takes the courier so give us proof that the taker does not take the courier and our important documents are safe and our documents are not given to us in this date. It is the worst courier service if i know then i never use this service.

Awb nos [protected] was picked on 12/06/2019 to delhi, from our company name nilor nindia pvt ltd. Normally it should be delivery within 1-2 working day. But in this case consignee did not received this material at his warehouse. And after so many reminder to local on dot office they did not take any action and did not give pod, till date 29/06/2019.
Very bad services

My uncle couriered the product in 24 june from patna to new delhi, the product reached on 25th and the information was given that it will be reach on time on 26th june. But the product didn't reached at my home, even on 27th i called the are saying wait i will tell you soon. This is disgusting there is no such responsibility towards the courier. I will never ever be going to courier from your company and also i will surely give reference to all my relatives not to do any courier from this company.

Updated by Annonymous Guy My uncle couriered the product in 24 June from patna to new delhi, the product reached on 25th and the information was given that it will be reach on time on 26th June. This is regarding the shipment [protected] which was booked on 12th June. The shipment has received in Gurgaon but they are not delivering. Customer care representative is also not speaking very badly and putting the call on hold and not receiving the call at all. The shipment was received at Gurgaon on 13th June only. Please help me out as they are not receiving the calls.

Hello there,
Sir, I sent a courier for dated 2- 7-19 from Nalagarh to Zirakpur. But that does not reach today 5-7-19, evening 5, and when I'm calling, it's not telling me anything right or cutting the phone.
it is very important, if it does not reach in time, then I will lose Rs.14000/-

Today for the seventh consecutive day, the couriers has not yet received. I am very dis-pointed with your service. I will never be courier with your company. I order the goods for the customer but did not arrive at the time. Refund me as much as i am lost.

6 parcels were couriered from Hamirpur, HP to Nahan, Sirmaur (HP) on 31st May. Only 5 of them are received at Nahan and one parcel is still missing after 14 days. No support from the managers (contacted at Ambala) and the OnDot incharge in Nahan. Parcel has products of worth Rs 5000. If not resolved, a complaint would be registered in consumer court.

My parcel was shipped on 12th june from jodhpur and arrived shimla on 15th of june. Its 19th today and my parcel is still not delivered yet. The courier company is making excuses. There are food items in my parcel. The expiry date of items are 15-20 days. Please respond to my complaint as soon as possible.

The status shows on 6th June 2019, early morning it was at their Shakarpur facility. But long wait since then. My home is at hardly 15 min. of bike distance from there. Customer care is not picking phone. Most unprofessional courier service. DTDC or Overnite Express are even better...

Courier was booked on 31st may 2019 and supposed to deliver at nahan - 173001. But not received yet and showing for the past 2 days in paonta sahib. I tried calling all the contact no. Of customer care, few are switched off, on some no answer. Also i tried calling reception no. Kirti nagar office, it was also switched off.
I do not know in this situation how can we get help from on dot. This is very irritating.

Send courier from Amritsar to Ludhiana on 31may. Still not received. All contact number are switch off. The place we're I done courier also not giving any response. Nor picking up the phone.
Pathetic service I have ever seen.

I have sent a courier on 16th may 2019 from panipat to ludhiana..
On 18th may 2019, courier received at ludhiana..
But customer didn't received the courier till now i. E. Till 30th may 2019... Courier office refused and said, they dont have any product. My tracking number is as follows :-

Status shows received at ludhiana branch but ludhiana branch is refusing the same. I am attaching the screenshot of tracking. Please look into the matter and solve the issue asap.

Have been unable to track it, the other person has not received any notification from the service and the agent who booked the parcel doesn't take calls anymore.

[protected]) was booked for me on 22 may 2019 at 19:40 h from delhi through 'on dot courier services' which was received at their dehradun hub on 23 may 2019 at 13:13h. But the courier package has not been delivered to me yet even after contacting their persons many time on this number [protected] and [protected] which has lead to undue delay in progressing of my bulk order for an event.
May i request you to look into the matter most urgently and progress this case for lack of service and compensation if any.

And when i came to bathinda office they said bymistake my parcel package gone to khana near ludhiana. So you are requested to deliver my parcel before 3 pm because this is very urgent i. E. I chose your service but it is very shameful for you that your employees neither obeying the duty nor they are punctual.

I had couriered a parcel on 24/12/2018 from delhi to bhubhneshwar orrisa . Which is not delivered till now. They promised to deliver it after 10 to 15 days after courier date. When I call then they say that they will deliver but they do not do the same.

I have send a courier to my brother from panchkula to vapi. The courier was dispatched on 1 st of may. It is 7th today he hasn't received it yet. I called the ahmedabad office they gave me the number for vapi representative. I enquired about it n he gave me delivery boys number. I called him n he said he hasn't received it. Now i called mukesh the vapi representative of the company n he started giving excuses. His behaviour was rude n abusive. Plz take action on this. My courier number is [protected]

This consignment contained a very expensive and important chemical for our manufacturing which has not yet been delivered by the courier services even after 8 days of booking. There is no response from their team in faridabad and no pod has been presented to us. I am sure it has been lost in transit and therefore we wish to claim 10 times the cost of item i. E. Approx 1 lac inr as our production line stopped for 2 days due to the delay.

Previously too we had delivery issues with the company but this time it is unbearable.
