Kindly let me know the current status of above AWBs.

We send a courier thru ondot courier docket no. [protected] from kala amb (Himachal pradesh) to dehradun (Uttarakhand) on dated 07/03/2020.

But after many followups we are not able to track courier and courier value is almost 1 lakh inr, and our customer shouting on us and raising debit note on us.

We request you to kindly resolve this issue asap otherwise we are going to take legal action.

Dear sir, we are from newry drug pharma. We are your coustomer since 2001. We have booked a parcel from your patiala office on dated 29 feb 2020 for mohali sector 94 wide parcel no. [protected]. But till date its not delivered by courier. On 2nd march i contact with your office at patiala regarding that parcel they told me that parcel will be delived today. But sir, today is 7th of march my parcel is not delivered till and no body can atted my call. Please see into this metter

Still waiting not a single call from on dot courier still waiting in this forum i have complain approx a month back still there is no resolution happen when my package will be deliver i have given on dot courier tracking id too to this forum is this forum comfertable to resolve, , , , member kindly suggest & the company jaimadi garment from delhi is also fraud both are same

Courier will dispatched and courier boy call me and ask about adresss and he say he will deliver this courier tomorrow but he will not pick my phne he call me date[protected] and today i call on dot service centre in zirakpur he send me a contact of delivery boy who dispatch the courier in my area. And i call him he say i don’t have any courier and misbehaving with me and cut the phne and the courier centre also didn’t pick my col.[protected] this my courier no and courier will dispatch on shusma infinum building 14th flloor unit no 44 this is my office adress pls resolve my problem as soon as possible

I have still not received a call nor my parcel from on dot request you guys kindly help me its almost a month ... kindly suggest me what legal i have to do against this . i am totally feed up now these guys are just bloody cheaters

Hi this is aslam my party have courier me a parcel of 25 kg from on dot courier from delhi on 20/1/2020 i have already make all payment to my party too.. As on dot courier has taken the parcel on the name of m. A creation tracking id bill is been attach tracking id is [protected] now its almost 20 days parcel is still not received nor a tracking is been shown from on dot sides i have trying to call all customer care & on dot branch no one is receiving the call or the phone is only ringing

This courier company is fraud why is goverment not taking any step against this courier company kindly help me to reach the parcel

My docket number is been attached its almost 15 days

A courier bearing awb no. [protected] was despatched from pathankot, punjab to bhubaneswar, odisha through ondot couriers & cargo on 19 jan 2020 which was not delivered till date (31 jan 2020). No customer care service responds, not even they pick up calls, the courier is not being tracked on any site. The agent at pathankot found through his sources that the courier was despatched from new delhi on 25 jan 2020. The service of ondot is very unprofessional. Pl look into the matter.

The parcel was booked from surat on 21/01/20 to vasai mumbai
This shd be delivery on 3rd or 4th day as there is no tracking also available on on dot on side as they dont have there own portal still no customer care is there i have try to call all mumbai & out of mumbai customer care some of the phone was switch off & some was only ringing i dont undestand how to contact them my docket number is [protected]

My document not deliver yet. Kota to kolkatta i sent my document on 21 dec and still this is not delivered yet. Kolkatta corirer person said me that where parcel should deliver that palce too much distance from here thats why we are unable to deliver your document that place

I had booked my packet/ parcel by ondot courier service on 28 dec 2019 from panchkula haryana, to be delivered to kharghar navi mumbai address. The reference/ docket number is [protected]. Till today 17 jan 2020, the parcel has not been delivered. Various phone numbers of the courier agency are non functional and cannot be contacted. The online tracking service is also not functional. The parcel seems to be lost in transit. It contains self attested photocopies of my important documents and also my photos. These could be misused if fallen in wrong hands

My courier was booked on 26 Dec 2019 from shimla to Surat through ON DOT Courier service. today on 9 Jan 2020 still i have not received the courier. i called Surat office but not getting any proper answer. their response is highly irresponsible . also online status showing out for delivery since 6 Jan 2020 with remarks of wrong address/mobile no. given, which is completely wrong. the lady on the phone read my number when i called them and inquired about my courier . so how can number be wrong?
also they are saying that you come and collect your parcel from our office as we don't deliver at your location.

I got a call from on-dot couriers. There was a lady who says to me, you have a courier, please share your information. When i asked what is the courier or where the courier comes from. She says we can't share information. I said cancel that courier i don't want that courier. After 1 hour, they keep calling my relatives and asking about my brother's contact number and my home address.
When my relatives informed about this. I was totally angry with the on-dot courier service. I don't understand, where they get my relative's number. They are doing totally wrong, by asking my details to my relatives. I said to cancel the couriers and they keep calling my family member. Please if anyone who belongs to on-dot courier service, please look into it.

Someone called from ondot services and asked me what was the price of the product which was in the courier and said that they will refund that money but later they started asking about my bank details as well as they want me to link my bank account to their u. P. I and also ask me to forward a message (Probably the otp) which i will receive on my phone i refused that because there is no need of otp to send someone money.

I request ondot if they have misplaced my parcel please refund my money genuinely.

Please resolve it.

[protected] is my consignment no. It has been 8 days and has not reached the destination. None of the phone numbers work. Tracking service has been showing that it has left it's rangpuri hub 6 days back. What the # is this? Are you a fraud? If you can't do your work, why open it in first place? Looters. #ing disgusting. I may have to sue you soon if my parcel is lost.
