I had couriered a parcel with footwear docket no. [protected] on 13 february 2019 from vkg enterprises sco-103 sector 16 faridabad to deepak footwear c 481/a, chawala colony, bulabgarh.
The courier has not been delivered.
For this courier i had also complained in faridabad branch to mr sallaudin mansoor ([protected]) and mr patra ([protected])
Still neither is the problem resolved nor has the parcel been delivered.br...

I booked a packet from gurgaon to delhi on 15th of april courier no is [protected] through On DOT courier, they had ensured me it would be delivered on 16th april. bt still its not deliver to destination, there was hospital treatment documents for claim. its already delayed by courier company. and already claim file timeline pass out. so On Dot would give me the claim amount. i m taking daily flowup from Sukhrali, gurgaon branch bt they are...

My consignment no is Ondot [protected] As per tracker my consignment reached your delivery boy on 27 april 2019 but he didnt deliver the same. He made excuses. On Monday he told me that he will deliver by evening but again he failed to deliver. Today I am trying to reach him but he is not receiving my call. This is what you call service. This is ###. I booked a packet from aligarh to bangalore on 6th of april vide receipt no [protected] dated 06.04.2019. On booking time they assured me that packet must deliver on or before 9th april 2019. After assuring him delivery date i booked that packet because my brother flight was on 10th of april-2019, but that packet delivered today on 13 april-2019,

My courier booked vide awb [protected] was booked on 4th apr'19 from dhuri, punjab and was directed to pune. Till date, i have not received my parcel and no one is responding over call. System shows it has arrived at pune 3 days back but still i did not received it. The parcel contains some essentials which were to required to be attended on the ram navmi festival which seems to be difficult now....

This is to iform you that my consignments is booked on 23 mar 19 but the consignment is not delivered till now and when i m contact branch office in thare contact no they told that our delivery service is on weekly wise that mean they are not workin in courier service they are working like transport its means they ere cheating with custmer plz take action against for the same

We delivery material from jind on dot courier with docut no. [protected] on dated[protected]. On your tracking portal it will show deliver on dated[protected] but till it is not delivered. I talk to our local dealer he said on 6-4-2019 we deliver in one hour. So i want why it is not deliver. Or it is shown deliver on 1-4-2019

The people in working in on dot courier are not resposible person they are not good for this field, my package is booked on 23.03.19 from udaipur but till now i not rcv in my location and tracking is so fake so i eould sujjest you yo plz take a serious action against that person who is responsible for aal this

Courier (Documents only) dispatched on 26 march'19, till date not received; ondot using franch cargo for local delivery, again not delivered & courier returned, past 2 days trying to see who will do delivery, extremely frustrating as these are important bank documents. More than 10 days & courier not delivered

We have booked a courier from hdfc bank ltd mansa to hdfc bank ltd gurgaon om dated 4 march 2019 but still courier not delivered.. It shows the poor service that is provided by your company... Check and resolve my issue urgently... Pod no [protected]... We are regularly following up with the courier agency located in mansa... But he doesnt pick the phone.. A very poor service provided by the courier... It is almost 25 days that courier not...

It gives me very bad feeling to share that after 16 days still courier is not received. There is no intimation for any sort of related to this consignment, even after so many discussion on this no [protected] which belong to shimla on dot office.

Vendor has delivered the parcel on 11thmarch from kanpur and we have still not received the parcel.. Tracking is showing in mumbai from 16th match.. Complaint number is not working.. Refer to the above reference, i have a parcel booked from ludhiana dated 13.03.19 for bhopal in the name of rahul vaid awb [protected].
Even though after 120hrs there is no update on the same and call centre ([protected]) too is not responding professionally.

These guys are very unprofessional didn't value for customer money and time.

My self chanderkant send a cargo to hyderabad on 6/3/2019 it reach to your hyderabad office at 11/3/2019 but they not deliver to party till now on 14/3/19 time 12.45 pm. They said they they have only one vehicle and one person how they cover while hyderabad so it take time i told that i was a delicate food item if it was damage or eaten by any suspect animal who will responsible it was 27 kg cargo not an less weight.
It's a huge amount...

I have send a packet dated 05/03/2019 vide pod no [protected] from amritsar to mumbai thru on track which is your fast service with a cost of rs 230 but as of today packet not delivered. As per your office this is fast service and the tat for the same is 48 hours.
