Sir
I had couriered a parcel with footwear docket no. [protected] on 13 february 2019 from vkg enterprises sco-103 sector 16 faridabad to deepak footwear c 481/a, chawala colony, bulabgarh.
The courier has not been delivered.
For this courier i had also complained in faridabad branch to mr sallaudin mansoor ([protected]) and mr patra ([protected])
Still neither is the problem resolved nor has the parcel been delivered.
I have attached the courier slip.
Please look into the delivery of the parcel.

I booked a packet from gurgaon to delhi on 15th of april courier no is [protected] through On DOT courier, they had ensured me it would be delivered on 16th april. bt still its not deliver to destination, there was hospital treatment documents for claim. its already delayed by courier company. and already claim file timeline pass out. so On Dot would give me the claim amount. i m taking daily flowup from Sukhrali, gurgaon branch bt they are not entertaining me.

On Monday he told me that he will deliver by evening but again he failed to deliver. Today I am trying to reach him but he is not receiving my call. This is what you call service. This is ###. I booked the above parcel, which contains important matter for the research purpose, on 16/04/19 for iit jodhpur. The ondot booking courier person told me to deliver this parcel within two working days, so i was expecting the delivery on 19/04/2019. But in vain, till today the parcel status is in transit phase. I dont know why? This is not for the first time, i have sent any parcel to iit jodhpur, but yes from on dot it is for the first and last time (If my issue will not be resolved in two working days) besides my multiple attempts to call customer care and toll free, mail twitter, i got no rpely. Therefore i strongly recommend you to look into this matter, and send the sample as soon as possible

This is to inform you that courier was sent from patiala on 9th april, 2019 and i did not get yet. I called your concerned person but he is making excuses and it is not delivered yet which were supposed to be deliver on 12 april, 2019 the receipt no[protected]. It is very confidential and urgent document. Everyday i am calling but he is saying you come and collect and sometimes he is saying he do not have boy to deliver. I am pissed off from your service. This is not the first time it is second time because for first courier also he did the same which was delivered last week but this time he is doing the same. Kindly take the stringent action against them. I am 101% sure that next time i would not use your service.

I booked a packet from aligarh to bangalore on 6th of april vide receipt no [protected] dated 06.04.2019. On booking time they assured me that packet must deliver on or before 9th april 2019. After assuring him delivery date i booked that packet because my brother flight was on 10th of april-2019, but that packet delivered today on 13 april-2019,

So please book a complaint against courier service for poor delivery.
Which cost lot of losses for us for non delivery of impotent documents.

Courier guy(ph#[protected]) called me asking me to come on bus stand to take delivery when I refused he shouted on me very badly & refuse to deliver the product even though he was standing on my local Bus stand. Claiming he didn't get salary for last 3 months so he won't deliver it today.

Consignment no. [protected] was booked from jammu and kashmir on 22 march and was meant to get deliver to new delhi within 3 days as it was sent on urgent basis. But till now i. E;1st of april there is no clue of this parcel. On tracking it shows“intransit to south delhi hub" no progress shoen from 23 march. I tried almost all the customer care contact numbers but no one is picing up the calls. I want my parcel to get delivered on urgent basis otherwise i vl tk legal action.

My self chanderkant send a cargo to hyderabad on 6/3/2019 it reach to your hyderabad office at 11/3/2019 but they not deliver to party till now on 14/3/19 time 12.45 pm. They said they they have only one vehicle and one person how they cover while hyderabad so it take time i told that i was a delicate food item if it was damage or eaten by any suspect animal who will responsible it was 27 kg cargo not an less weight.
It's a huge amount cargo who will responsible for any damage cargo recipte no. [protected]

The packect contains very important document and due to delay there will be heavy loss to me. If i will suffer by loss i will sue your co in court and consumer forum

Lost my parcel with pod no [protected] worth Rs 15000 and the customer care dont respond anything every one is ignoring the complaint the parcel was lost from 23/2/19 and on regular followup with customer care no response is there they are switch the issue on one other and this all loss is on our side they are just not bothered about anything
