I have given a letter to be couriered to koramangala ACMA Office which is just 6 km from my house at BTM Mico layout on saurday 1/6/12 at MICO LAYOUT ,3RD CROSS ON DOT COUROIER SERVICE ph no:41201120 vide AWB NO:[protected] dt 1.6.12 at 10..00 a.m I was promissed it will be delivered same day before 5.00 p.m ,failing which positively on monday 3.6.12 before 10.00 a.m.To a great shock today is tuesday 5.6.12 9.00 p.m still courier not delivered.On enquiring I was told it is misiing and they will trace and deliver by tomorrow i.e 6.6.12.I am keeping my fingers crossed as to what to do.Similar complaints recd from my friends say that they will wait for minimum numbers of letters and then only deliver oterwise for one letter they incurr more cost.this is what is india and courier service

I would like to complain regarding the delay made by Ondot couriers and cargo ltd in delivery of courier booked by myself on 26-May-2012 from Gurgaon which was supposed to be delivered on 28-May-2012 at the given address of Chennai. The booking clerk confirmed that the courier will be delivered on 28-May-2012, but till date i.e.29-May-2012 it has not been delivered at the given address. University, Bijapur, Karnataka - 586103 consisting of applications towards UGET 2012 Medical Entrance Examination to Bijapur Vide Consignment No:[protected].

The University Office informed me that they had not received any courier in this regard. The examination is on 20/05/2012 at Hyderabad from 10AM. I did not receive any Hall Ticket so far for the Exam. Please do the needful justice in this regard & kindly take action against wrong. I want to go to the necessary court for justice if no action taken in this regard.

I have sent a courier thru On Dot Courier whi

ch still has not been delivered. The service is worst in Class, where no one takes up responsibility to answer a call or give any response.

Everyone gives somebody else's number which ultimately is of no use. It was a big blunder on my part to book thru this courier service. I would advise and warn people against this fraud company. Never ever sent any thing worth a single penny with this company. I request Govt official to take a note and action against these sort of fraud firms.

We had sent a packet to Tata Cummins, Jamshedpur, by On Dot Courier, Date 18/4/2012. The packet has still not reached Jamshedpur. Tracking shows that the packet is still at courier's Kolkatta office. In spite of repeated enquiries with the agent at Nashik and e-mail to the company nothing happened in last 8 days. No one picks up the phone when numbers mentioned in the website are dialed.

I have registered a urgent courier through Ondot Couriers & Cargo Limited to Jammu. After 5 days I asked the local office about the status.He gave me a number and asked me to confirm the status on that number. When I called the number, the number was incorrect. I thought I should contact head office to find all details. So I checked ondotcouriers.in & ondot.co.in & ondot.info for the contact details. I found 42 numbers given on the website including the 11 delhi head office numbers. When I called these numbers I found each and every number "does not exist". Now I have only one number working that too is local. I will not able to trace anything if this number too will be out of service. Such situation creates a sense of fraud. Please direct all companies to update their profiles time to time and punish them if they don't.

This is the complaint against the Non-Delivery of the Packet from the Chandigarh which suppose to be delivered at my Home address Manoj K Singhal 437-A Devli Village, New Delhi-110062 .On Dot courier from Chandigarh registered my packet from Dream Weddings by Rashmi Bindra from Chandigarh on 21st Feb,2012 which suppose to reach me on 22nd or 23rd Feb, 2012 but they didn't delivered the packet within stipulated time and when inquired about the packed they said that they have delivered the packet at my home but they didn't and then misbehaved to me. i have made around 30-40 calls to various mobile no.of this company.The Packet No.was AWB[protected] which they delivered on 5th March,2012.Due to the delay i have lost my Rs.50,000 contract of my client due to this delay. I want to file a complaint against this delay against the On dot courier services against the compensation of Rs.1,00,000 for this loss in my business.

Kindly consider my application and take the strict action against the courier company and help me in the getting the compensation.

my father send me a courier on (3rd feb'12) friday through ondot courier from punjab which i have not yet received it's been 6 days now. it was very urgently needed by me as it was having some confidential documents. when me and my father inquired about the courier a lady at karnataka ondot office in domlur region behaved with ill manner. she started brawling with us and never treated us with hospitality. plus she then started ignoring our calls as well.. this was the first time i have seen a person who is there for help of people behaving in such a way... this was a horrible experience for me and i think i will use ondot services ever again and also will advice the same to my contacts...

I would appreciate if you can help to get rid out of this hectic situation as I am fed up with the service of Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd.

Its been more than 12 days but an urgent courier, carrying medicines, has not been delivered yet.

Cons. No. for the courier is[protected] which was sent from Kolkata on Friday, January 27, 2012 has not been delivered yet (Till 02/09).

As per courier website, this has been delivered on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at TransYamuna Location, dont know where this location is actually. I tried to contact carrier company so that I can pick that load from their branch but all the contact nos# provided on their website are incorrect.

I am in dilemma whether I would be able to receive this load anyhow as the courier has some urgent medicine which was supposed to be delivered on time.

I tried to raise a complaint on their website regarding this but that website has some technical issue due to which Enquiry and Feedback options on their website is not working which do not allow to raise any feedback.

I will really appreciate if anyone can help me to get out of this stinking situation.

Regretted to mention that after 4 days of despatching the consignment still it is undelivered at destination. Doket no. is[protected], Dated 23/01/12, From Hisar to Udaipur. Kindly look into it and revert back immediately.

I am facing same sort of issues from the last 5-6 months while i am using your services from the last 10 years.
Earlier your services was like the name 'On Dot' depicts but not now.

You need to improve your services then only customer will prefer you. I am planning to switch to other courier due to this issue.

The package had been sent from Chandigarh to Chennai, on Friday 11, November2011.
The ondot.info website shows, the package has been dispatched on Saturday-November 12, 2011.
There is no status update against this item on the website until now. The AWB number is[protected].

I spoke with the customer care representatives and I'm not really getting a proper information from them. They say, the package would come today, tomorrow and everyday I'm calling them and hearing the same thing. While I contacted the Chennai Center, they said, it has been delivered to the Chennai Egmore office on Nov17, 2011.But not yet delivered the parcel...

Dear Sir,

I have booked a parcel to be delivered over my home town on 25th Sep 2011, with one of the agency of ON-Dot Couriers & Cargo Ltd, with a commitment to deliver it by 3 to 4 days.

Whereas even after 7 days the courier didnt reached the destination, and from then till now i am rigourously following up with the agency and the mumbai headoffice of the courier company. Every time i am getting response that they are not able to track the parcel, whreas last week the said the parcel is missing and they are no way able to track the same.

I have also came to know that the destination to which the parcel was destined, is a NO SERVICE ZONE for On-Dot couriers, and the agency has provided wrong information to me and picked up the parcel from my Mumbai address. Its a pure fraud activity. Kindly suggest what legally i can stand to recover my items or the value of the items over the parcel.

FYI, the parcel was containing clothes and no such aricle which is prohibited as per the guidelines.

I have despatched a documents through courier service ( ON DOT COURIER SERVICE ) from Bhadra ( Orissa ) to Durgapur ( West Bengal ).
POD No[protected] on[protected] and it supposed to deliverred to Durgapur maximum on[protected] .
But till now it is not being despatched.
It was verry verry important documents and the matter is affecting my service carrier.
But when i called several time to the concerned person of kolkata and bhadrak they are not co operating us.

I have sent a courier (AWB –[protected] through On Dot Courier and Cargo Ltd. from Noida to Jammu (J&K) on 3rd August and courier has not been delivery as of now i.e. 13th August (8 pm). While tracking the airway bill on On Dot website. It is showing out for delivery since 6th August but not sure how many days it should actually take for delivery.

Have been calling customer care/on dot office since 8th August itself and even spoke to person, who registered this courier but it didn't help at all. Even many a times, numbers available on their website are either not responding or the people have already left the organisation.

I could somehow manage to get the number of Jammu concerned person from On Dot on 12th August since all my calls to them here was not all working. The person in Jammu was initially not responding to the numerous calls made and when he picked up, instead of showing empathy to the customer pain, he was rude and not accepting the fault of On Dot.

Appreciate if strict action is taken against such a pathetic and delayed service provided by On dot without understanding the importance of courier delivery on time and the emotions attached.
