Today I was purchasing an online train ticket from IRCTC web/app at the time of making the payment through credit card For Rs 2587.53 at the last moment I found that the money has been debited from my account and credited into the account of One97 Communications, Noida, copy of the text message received from the bank is attached as proof, It is requested to the organisation to please get my amount of Rs 2587.53 without any delay as this is an auto fault transition,

In fact, I was purchasing an online ticket from the IRCTC website/app at the time of making the payment an amount of Rs. 2587.53 was credited into your account instead of IRCTC from my Bank, I am attaching the receipt for the needful, You are requested to please return the same amount of Rs 2587.53/=, since, it is an error in transition.

It is a cyber crime and fraud . If my said amount is not returned back to my account then I will take legal action

मेरा नाम पूनम भाटी है मैंने 14.09.2021 को paytm से RBL क्रेडिट कार्ड का 36935.87 रु का पेमेंट SBI नेट बैंकिंग से किया था PAYTM पर पेमेंट फेल हो गया पर मेरे sbi एकाउंट से पेमेंट डेबिट हो गया, paytm से बात करने पर उन्होंने कहा कि पेमेंट हमने रिफंड कर दिया है पर मेरे खाते में पेमेंट क्रेडिट नही हुआ sbi कस्टमर केअर में बात की तो उन्होंने कहा कि पेमेंट मर्चेंट को कर दिया है। पर पेमेंट कही पर नही हुआ है

But the money is credited to One97 Communications. This amount I need to pay it in hospital. Please refund the money which is debited. I request you to send my money back

But the transaction failed and I have already coordinated with Paytm and Cred App. But both are saying that the money has not arrived and they need to coordinate with Our Merchant. I am money back. Updated by parveenrawal I have one transaction of the amount 6002 rs. Deducted from my SBI Account on 09.09.2021 from paytm UPI. But the transaction failed and I have already coordinated with SBI Branch. But SBI is saying that the money is gone TO TRANSFER-INB One97 Communications Limited . With Transaction id IGALYKEFV0 transaction no[protected].So please i say send my money back.

I am a Deepak kumar I have done credit card bill payment
using by paytm wallets A/C amount is Rs 4284 by mistake invalid save credit card no ending no 5009 but my ICICI credit card ending no 9005, but has been payment done by 5009.
I talk with icici customer care executive many times but icici bank.customer Executive said attached credit card no details is not valid and I have no any one payment received

Kindly check the detail & resolve my issue as soon as possible.

There is fraud of Rs, 542.80 via transaction no. [protected] dated 16.09.2021 made by my credit card via Paytm PAYUIB mode. I had made a payment to One97 communications Ltd for the order of product, after payment there is SMS receive via PAYUIB that Rs. 542.80 receive to KALUBHAI BATUKBHAI KATARIYA from PAYU Team.

Now till date nor even product receive nor even my money ...
Kindly help and resolve ... please call my money back please.
