Today I was purchasing an online train ticket from IRCTC web/app at the time of making the payment through credit card For Rs 2587.53 at the last moment I found that the money has been debited from my account and credited into the account of One97 Communications, Noida, copy of the text message received from the bank is attached as proof, It is requested to the organisation to please get my amount of Rs 2587.53 without any delay as this is an auto fault transition,

In fact, I was purchasing an online ticket from the IRCTC website/app at the time of making the payment an amount of Rs. 2587.53 was credited into your account instead of IRCTC from my Bank, I am attaching the receipt for the needful, You are requested to please return the same amount of Rs 2587.53/=, since, it is an error in transition.

मेरा नाम पूनम भाटी है मैंने 14.09.2021 को paytm से RBL क्रेडिट कार्ड का 36935.87 रु का पेमेंट SBI नेट बैंकिंग से किया था PAYTM पर पेमेंट फेल हो गया पर मेरे sbi एकाउंट से पेमेंट डेबिट हो गया, paytm से बात करने पर उन्होंने कहा कि पेमेंट हमने रिफंड कर दिया है पर मेरे खाते में पेमेंट क्रेडिट नही हुआ sbi कस्टमर केअर में बात की तो उन्होंने कहा कि पेमेंट मर्चेंट को कर दिया है। पर पेमेंट कही पर नही हुआ है

But the transaction failed and I have already coordinated with SBI Branch. But SBI is saying that the money is gone TO TRANSFER-INB One97 Communications Limited . With Transaction id IGALYKEFV0 transaction no[protected].So please i say send my money back.
