Hi Sir,
I'am Miss Hema Chowdhury having a SBI account (*****) in DUM DUM CANTT GORABAZAR BRANCH KOLKATA -700028.On 30th April I received an SMS mentioning that a transaction of Rs 5, 000 amount has been debited from my account through INB whereas I never use net banking and have never requested for it.On 1st May I received again an SMS that 5, 000 has been debited from my account through INB, On the same day 7 transactions was made of Rs 5, 000 each, amount of Rs 2, 499 two times and amount of Rs 3, 078 so Total of Rs 43, 076 has been debited from my account in two days.
I tried to block INB while replying to the TXN message which was mentioned in the SMS to **** but it says kindly message from registered mobile cannot process your request, just wondering if my mobile is not registered then how I'am getting my SMS in registered mobile (****) of my TXN details.
Kindly request to help and coordinate to recover my amount and get back my debited amount in my account and block the Net Banking option for my account.My Account and Txn details are mentioned below.
