        I have done the payment of a form using paytm but payment got failed and form didn't got submitted my money got deducted from the bank account to the one97communications Rs3300 which is payment fee but the the institute to which I have done the payment didn't received money.
        Bank person are also saying that money is deducted from the account and the institute also didn't received the payment .
        PLZZ tell me when I'll receive the refund.

                Hi Sir,
                I'am Miss Hema Chowdhury having a SBI account (*****) in DUM DUM CANTT GORABAZAR BRANCH KOLKATA -700028.On 30th April I received an SMS mentioning that a transaction of Rs 5, 000 amount has been debited from my account through INB whereas I never use net banking and have never requested for it.On 1st May I received again an SMS that 5, 000 has been debited from my account through INB, On the same day 7 transactions was made of Rs 5, 000 each, amount of Rs 2, 499 two times and amount of Rs 3, 078 so Total of Rs 43, 076 has been debited from my account in two days.
                I tried to block INB while replying to the TXN message which was mentioned in the SMS to **** but it says kindly message from registered mobile cannot process your request, just wondering if my mobile is not registered then how I'am getting my SMS in registered mobile (****) of my TXN details.
                Kindly request to help and coordinate to recover my amount and get back my debited amount in my account and block the Net Banking option for my account.My Account and Txn details are mentioned below.

                  You debit card used on ecom at one97 communication limnoida upin for for rs.1200. On 28/04/20. I contacted the programmer but they said they didnt get any payment from my side.

                    As i was doing the payment for the renewal of the internet plan through the service providers app by my debit card, as the payment got over i recieved a message from bank saying
                    You debit for rs.699 at ONE97 COMMUNICATION LIM with txn no[protected] on 28 /04/20. I contacted the internet service provider but they said they didnt get any payment from my side. The money which was supposed to go to the internet service provider, instead of going to isp it went to the one97communications.
                    So please help me out with this problem, please revert my money back as soon as possible

                        This is to inform that i had placed an online order on 20/04/20 from www.mi-home.in for the purchase of a redmi note 9 pro max. The payment of ₹16, 999.00 was debited in the name of one 97 communications and i received an e-mail with a po reference and that the phone will be delivered after 21/04/20.

                        From 21/04/20, the website is not working, customer care numbers are also not going through and e-mail has bounced back.

                        Can you please confirm the status of the delivery or alternately process the refund at the earliest.

                          I have made payment of rs 4224 to nestaway technologies pvt. Ltd.
                          On 31st march of 2020 through one97 communication. But my transaction
                          Is failed and my amount is deducted from my bank account icici.
                          Still, i did not receive my money back from one97 communication in
                          My bank account.

                          Please have a look into this as almost a month is gone, still i did not get my money back

                            On 16th april 2020 while making payment for renewal of car insurance with royal sundaram insurance company,
                            By mistake, i chose the gateway of payment resulting in the wrong payment to your firm for rs.6287-04 through my
                            Citi bank credit card ending with...1641.

                            I am not a paytm customer not i have an account with you. The transaction has taken by accident.

                            You are requested to check at your end the credit and arrange to reverse the entry to my citi bank card account.

                            If i need to follow any procedure for claiming the wrong payment please inform me.

                            I have been trying to contact over phone or mail. The phone numbers are not reachable and all the mails sent has been returned
