I have recharged my phone through idea app for₹399/but amount I send credited to one97 communication and not to idea cellular.my bank already debited the amount from my account.so I request to you please kindly check and refund the money.
I herewith attaching bank sms copy for your reference....

I'am Miss Hema Chowdhury having a SBI account (*****) in DUM DUM CANTT GORABAZAR BRANCH KOLKATA -700028.On 30th April I received an SMS mentioning that a transaction of Rs 5, 000 amount has been debited from my account through INB whereas I never use net banking and have never requested for it.On 1st May I received again an SMS that 5, 000 has been debited from my account through INB, On the same day 7 transactions was made...

As i was doing the payment for the registration of the online happiness programm app by my debit card, as the payment got over i recieved a message from bank saying
You debit card used on ecom at one97 communication limnoida upin for for rs.1200. On 28/04/20. I contacted the programmer but they said they didnt get any payment from my side.
So please help me out with this problem, please revert my money back as soon as possible...

As i was doing the payment for the renewal of the internet plan through the service providers app by my debit card, as the payment got over i recieved a message from bank saying
You debit for rs.699 at ONE97 COMMUNICATION LIM with txn no[protected] on 28 /04/20. I contacted the internet service provider but they said they didnt get any payment from my side. The money which was supposed to go to the internet service provider, instead...

On 16th April 2020, I used my debit card to add 800 INR to my Facebook Ad Manager. The amount got deducted from my account. The amount seems to be received by One97 Communications....

This is to inform that i had placed an online order on 20/04/20 from www.mi-home.in for the purchase of a redmi note 9 pro max. The payment of ₹16, 999.00 was debited in the name of one 97 communications and i received an e-mail with a po reference and that the phone will be delivered after 21/04/20.

From 21/04/20, the website is not working, customer care numbers are also not going through and e-mail has bounced back.br...

I have made payment of rs 4224 to nestaway technologies pvt. Ltd.
On 31st march of 2020 through one97 communication. But my transaction
Is failed and my amount is deducted from my bank account icici.
Still, i did not receive my money back from one97 communication in
My bank account.

Please have a look into this as almost a month is gone, still i did not get my money back

By mistake, i chose the gateway of payment resulting in the wrong payment to your firm for rs.6287-04 through my
Citi bank credit card ending with...1641.

I got the message from Indian bank that rs 10000 is credited to one 97 communications ltd.
And please refund my money soon...

I have cancelled these ticket PNR-[protected] AND PNR-[protected] but I did not receive my payment. Please check and reply....

I was trying to book a flight ticket on 13th April and select Paytm as a transaction mode. Amount of Rs 4966 has been deducted from my account but the payment was still showing "In process" status. My ticket was also not booked.

Please refund my money to my account....

One 97 communication deducted my money 20000. Sir when i open my account all rupees was deducted by one 97 and today i pick out bank statement then i saw all money was deducted by them by the help of paytm

Sir mera dth Recharge 325 kaf ailed Ho gaya but 325 amount deduct ho gaya...

I am note that on 9th April 2020 Rs.15 was deducted from idea sim card [protected] . With reason "for downloading sports from one 97 ". This information was communicated to me through sms by vz-ideacms.
Kindly verify your error and revers the amount 15Rs/- to my account under intimation of my immediately.

Please return my money which was transferred to your company by mistake. I was trying to add rs700...

I tried to book a train ticket from hwh to ndls on 23th march 2020 in irctc website through payment gateway paytm (According to passbook: one97 communications l) but transaction failed (Ticket not booked) but money was debited from sbi bank account, but still not refunded.
Please look into this matter immediately.
