Sir/madam.
On 17/06/2020 rs 2525 and rs 1515 has been debited from my bank account vide transaction id 00000hdfs[protected] and 00000hdfs[protected] although i have not done any transactions through bank or card.
Pl. See to this matter and let me know how this happened,

I got a CALL TOday from a number
[protected] don't answer this call, they are doing frauds and HACKing your accounts. In the name of naukrihiring.info or naukriopenings.info and the payment marchant gateway is one97 communication. Please be aware of this ###. Asking us to register with 10/- but the amount is getting deducted is 5000/- immediately. It is in trending that most o[censored]s lost the jobs. So they are calling us as consultant for job requirements.
Why you are giving permission to such kind of ###?

I book a flight ticket form paytm app journey date was 3 may n flight was cancel because of covid 19 then i call to airline spice jet for refund they refund to paytm on 8 june n till now no refund to me airline take 1 month to refund n now how much time will take paytm.. Today when i was checking my statement for the month, suddenly i noticed that Rs. 271 got deducted from my card on 01/06/2020. But the payment wasn't done me. It was "ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS L NOIDA UTT". I have no idea about this transaction..
I need refund of this ammount

I booked a train ticket on 23 Feb. 2020 From kota to Haridwar PNR NO.[protected] Ticket ID 7038083 through gateway of ONE 97 COMMUNICATION L NOIDA.As COVID IRCTC cancelled the train and the amount refunded through payment gateway on 18 may 2020 . But the ONE 97 COMMUNICATION L NOIDA (PAYTM PAYMENT BANK ) did not transferred the money in my bank account yet.

Today i received a call from someone and he said me that he is from quicker.com.

And he send me link of quicker and said to fill it and make transaction for rs 49 for resistation fee. When i made the payment i alost rs 10000 instead of rs 49 which payment was made by one97 communication.

I want to know my order details for which i have paid a sum of rupees 444 at one 97 communications li want to know each and every information.

Sir, I made a bill payment of Rupees 395 to a vodafone post paid. On 18th April 2020 through Paytm net banking, but the amount is deducted from bank and the payment is not completed, also not received any unsuccessful message or any notification on history, and the amount show still deducted on my account.
But the statement of bank A/C says debited to one97 Communication on 18.05.2020.My Vodafone service is terminated due to non payment recieved.

The bank statement says
Transfer to[protected]IGAIMHJUP5 on 18th april 2020 to INB One97Communication Ltd.

Please refund the amount.

Sir, i paid a bill of phone service, but money is deducted, its about one month and still the payment is not received nor is the transactions has failed. Money is not ever return, its about 1 month, the phone service is cut, still the payment is not received. I got a transaction debit to one97 communication, i paid through paytm net banking.

Dear sir/madam
I had booked two tickets from lokmanyatilak t (Ltt) to varanasi jn (Bsb) for irctc rail tickets, from my saraswat credit card (Nikhil makwana), on 21/05/2020. But due to network problem we received otp a little late. After entering otp, it was taking too much time for processing and after that screen is totally blank. Does not received any tickets and also message. But the money rs.3556.38, was debited from saraswat bank credit card. Again i booked ticket and again deducted money from card and got ticket.
Kindly help me. Please refund my money.
The 2 massage that i received:
