One 97 communication deducted my money 20000. Sir when i open my account all rupees was deducted by one 97 and today i pick out bank statement then i saw all money was deducted by them by the help of paytm
Plz help me to recover my money

Kind note the below transactions are done without my knowledge.

An amount of inr 1, 000.00 debited to ac xxxxxxxxxxx2911 on 09-apr-2020 16:22:42 on account of pca:[protected]:99017018:one97 communications l noida ind.

An amount of inr 1, 200.00 debited to ac xxxxxxxxxxx2911 on 11-apr-2020 11:32:32 on account of pca:[protected]:99017018:one97 communications l noida ind.

Request to check & refund my amount.

Sir mera dth Recharge 325 kaf ailed Ho gaya but 325 amount deduct ho gaya

I am note that on 9th April 2020 Rs.15 was deducted from idea sim card [protected] . With reason "for downloading sports from one 97 ". This information was communicated to me through sms by vz-ideacms.
Kindly verify your error and revers the amount 15Rs/- to my account under intimation of my immediately.

Please return my money which was transferred to your company by mistake. I was trying to add rs700 to my paytm wallet on (01.03.2020) but due to some technical error my payment is not proceeded to my wallet after deducting from my bank account. I tried to book a train ticket from hwh to ndls on 23th march 2020 in irctc website through payment gateway paytm (According to passbook: one97 communications l) but transaction failed (Ticket not booked) but money was debited from sbi bank account, but still not refunded.
Please look into this matter immediately.

On 30th march, 2020, i paid rs 555 for recharging my jio sim via ccavenue. However, my sim was not recharged. When i contacted ccavenue, they said they had paid rs 555 to one97communications.

My transaction was done via online banking: bil/onl/[protected]/one97comm/[protected].

I request one97 to kindly refund rs 555 because this money has not reached jio.

On 15.3.20 i received a message for online kyc update of my account. Then unfortunately i opened the link & filled it. Then i came to know that rs 551089/- has been deducted from my account in 11times. I have gave a complain about the matter in the state police cyber cell and concerned bank. I have enclosed the photo copy of the bank pass book for verification. So kindly do the needful for which i shall return back my money

Iam an idea customer and everyday rs. 5 is being deducted from my account. I have not downloaded anything from internet but still i m getting message from iz-ideacms mentioning that...

It has become a daily practice and i have even tried to unsubscribe this service but in vain. Every time i send a stop message to 53111, it gives a message back saying unsubscription failed.
Very annoying. Please help to get this sorted.

On date 29 -February, 2020, i had paid Rs.599/= through S.B.I. Net banking from my Saving Bank Account No. [protected] for recharging of Jio Sim No.

Some fraudulent persons and tricked many others (S also reported on abp news) in sending a message to update kyc and gave a number to call to update. They tricked in getting access to teh account and siphoned off the money. Immediately fraud was discovered paytm was informed and also a compliant lodged with teh police.
The matter was also reported to the cybercell of paytm. They have done nothing to recover the amount where as all teh transactions were online and done into various bank accounts.
Paytm should take responsibility for fraud and help to recover the amount of all the customers.
They should asked to deal with police and the investigation done as fraud has happened due to the services being provided by them

I have made a payment to "one97"
Here with i enclose the image of my payment credited to one97 account.
And even i herewith attach the image of one97 which gives the information that"one97 communication ltd. Is india's leading mobile company. One97 runs"paytm", india's largest digital goods marketplace".
So if i have made a payment to one97 then"only one97 is responsible to either deliver my product or refund my money"

I would like to inform you that rs 329/- paid by me on 31january 2020 through net banking for recharging my jio mobile number has not reached to you and hence i had to get my mobile recharged from other agency.

I had tried to book railway tatkal ticket using IRCTC railconnect app on dated 7th march 2020, at a time of payment i choose paytm gateway, but unfortunately transaction got failed, hence amount of RS 672.70 debited from my saving account o[censored]nion bank, it show in passbook payment to one97 communication delhi[protected], and till date 11th march 2020 i don't got any refund.so concern please look in this matter, and take action to refund my money as soon as possible.

I was trying to install paytm apps but could not complete the registration of my bank account as i was unable trace my debit card that time. Later i unstalled the paytm apps, no transation or no registration of card details have been done, even though rs 873 has been debited by one97 communication, from account. But[protected] at 7-12 am and 8-43 am, rs. 177/- and rs. 3000/- amounts are transfered to one97 communications ltd noida without my concern. Please rectify the mistake and return my amount please. I had communicated with paytm customer care... I have given all the information what they asked and they asked about txn id of amount... Then i asked city union bank customer care... They have unable to given txn id of about amounts transfers... I said the same to paytm customer care... Then they asked my account number, mobile number, txn amounts, time and date through email message... I have given to them.. After that they are asked about fir copy... I dont know why they are asking... It is their mistake... Without my concern.. They grabed my amount through my bank account... It is fully wrong thing. So please justice to me.
