I was trying to install paytm apps but could not complete the registration of my bank account as i was unable trace my debit card that time. Later i unstalled the paytm apps, no transation or no registration of card details have been done, even though rs 873 has been debited by one97 communication, from account. Please let me know what i should do now, i scared that if this might continue then unnecessarily i will be loosing amount. How to stop this

I have paid rs 1899 from my account to amazon through one97 communication for purchasing mobile phone dated 18 feb 2020. But till now i didn't get any reply. So pls do neccessary action or refund my payment. Attach the payment confirmation (Otp for online purchase of rs. 1899.00 at one97 communications thru state bank debit card 5596*90 is 573888. Do not share this with anyone)

But[protected] at 7-12 am and 8-43 am, rs. 177/- and rs. 3000/- amounts are transfered to one97 communications ltd noida without my concern. Please rectify the mistake and return my amount please. I had communicated with paytm customer care... I have given all the information what they asked and they asked about txn id of amount... Then i asked city union bank customer care... They have unable to given txn id of about amounts transfers... I said the same to paytm customer care... Then they asked my account number, mobile number, txn amounts, time and date through email message... I have given to them.. After that they are asked about fir copy... I dont know why they are asking... It is their mistake... Without my concern.. They grabed my amount through my bank account... It is fully wrong thing. So please justice to me.

I had booked three tickets from pnbe to kota for irctc rail tickets, from my father's debit card (Binay kumar), on 18/02/2020. But due to network problem we received otp a little late. After entering otp, it was taking too much time for processing. So, i cancelled those tickets during processing was going on. But the money rs.1661.98, was debited from sbi bank. It is a week from cancellation of tickets, but i didn't received any refund.
Kindly help me. Please refund my money.
The massage that i received:
"otp for your online purchase of rs.1661.98 at one97 communications thru state bank debit card 5596*02 is xxxxxx. Do not share this with anyone."

Sir,
On feb 6th 2020, i ordered powerbank through one 97 communication.
Before i will give my address, payment was initiated.

Payment was declined at that time.
But amount rs.830 was deducted from my account on feb 8th 2020.

Product was not received due to not giving my address.

So far, i will not get any refund.

Please make refund to my account.

I have not done any transaction with on97, and yet they have deducted this money from my account! I will update the details and transaction id here, please arrange for a refund for the same. I saw the log in my account history!

I have not done any transaction in that time period, i was wondering how the money got deducted without any otp or approval via my debit card account

I amit kumar rai working with verma wedding collection had rented a pos machine from one97 communication in the month of april 2019 with a security deposit of 2000 which i was told is refundable, i returned their pos machine in he month september 2019 and i was told that my after adjusting my monthly rent for the current month and i would be refunded inr 500 which never happened, i then received another payment from the app on my phone for inr 3150, out of which 1764 were again deducted and i only was able to get 1365, when i called their customer service they told me that your amount 1764 is on hold as my wallet was empty, i added rupees 10 and called the customer service again spoke to karan who told me that he cannot help me and the only balance that they owe towards me is inr 10 and hung up on me, i called the customer service again and spoke to some who said and he will escalate the issue to the next level and asked me to wait another 48 hours. I never received any communication from them till date. 1764 + 500 inr is the money i need back from these thieves, its my hard earned money, i feel cheated and misleaded please help me in getting my money back

Today i bought two tickets for pvr cinema in oberoi mall, mumbai. I booked the tickets (Remember they were j seats) and payed with my axis bank debit card. Apparently, the transaction was done and i can see the money (Inr 961.48) withdrawn from my bank account. I was waiting for the tickets on my email or through a text message on my phone but that never happened. I check the free seats on line at pvr cinema and my booked tickets seemed to be not booked. So something happened. I paid, my money was withdrawn from my bank account, but i have no tickets and i need to buy them again if i want to see the movie. Could you please help me with this so that i have a refund of my money? Thank you.

I paid rs.2499/ — through canara bank debit card transaction and received a order id[protected] on january 28 at 1830 hrs, being cost of mobile on offer. No response received so far including not getting the the customer care number and company number always said as busy. If my order not considered same may please be refunded in my account at canara bank at the earliest please.

On 24th january, 2020 at nearby 3:45pm i was booking tickets of movie that time debited my a/c but couldn't got tickets.
So request you to credit my a/c same amount. Movie time is 11:45am. Movie name is tanahaji. I was used nearby app. Allready three days over but not credited

While paying the property tax to municipal corporation gurgaon, transfer of inr 1892 was made from my sbi a/c x188 today i. E. 23 jan 2020. For my property id 262c87u2xp2, address 102, 1b, olive heights., sector 56, gurugram.
But i have not received any receipt of payment.

It is not clear how this transferred amount will be credited to mcg against my property tax due

Amount was deducted from my account without any intimation today itself I updated my bank account in that update it showed my amount deducted by one 97 communication limited. 7700 rupees deducted from my bank account I didn't use online banking and no transaction but amount deducted please take it seriously give me a solution otherwise I will go through legal

I received a refund from club factory app through Paytm. They processed two refunds, on for Rs.1435 and the other for Rs. 1186, although one of the refunds were credited to me within 2 days of processing, the other refund is still pending. After checking with club factory they have confirmed that it is successfully processed from their end and they have shared the UTR number. But Paytm is not even replying to my query and just ignoring all my complaints. Please help.

While booking tatkal ticket my money has been deducted by one97 communications but my ticket has not been booked. Please check and refund. I have attached the screenshots for your reference. I made two transaction. One was responded by irctc team that the amount will be refunded. Another transaction was by one97 communications so kindly look into this and revert back asap.

I had purchased paytm fastag for my car. December 29, 2019. At 9.30 p. M. I got message in my paytm wallet of incorrect deduction of toll by zidda toll plaza which txn id is -0001110132912192130360 of rs 95/-. Sir. At that time i was at home with my car. Sir i had cross zidda toll plaza approx. 7.30 p. M. For that zidda toll plaza had already deducted rs 95/- which txn id is -0000000000010102015791. But after that i reached my home faridkot., suddenly. I got message of deduction by zidda toll plaza again in my paytm wallet. This is incorrect deduction. At that time i was at home along with my car. I had complaint to paytm on 30/12/2020 which query reference no.[protected]. First paytm asked bar code of fastag and rc of my car. I had uploaded on their app., then they (Paytm) asked image of my car (Front and side picture). I again uploaded the picture. Then they again asked order id of transaction i again uploaded the image of txn. Id. But after that they (Paytm) are not refund incorrect deduction amount and not telling about the status of my query.

It appears that the company made faulty payment with message given below while doing Jio recharge. I was doing recharge of Jio mobile phone. with the link provided of One 97 comm, Payment was made. However, recharge was not happened. it is requested to give attention to this isue
