In my bank passbook, it is reflecting that a payment of Rs.3000 has been made from my account with State Bank of India. Out of which Rs.1000 was paid on 24/11/2016, Rs.1000 & Rs.500 was paid on 29/11/2016, Rs.500 was paid on 06/12/2016 to One97 Communication Ltd. This payment was not made by the authorized user i.e. me as I have never made any financial transaction with One97 Communication Ltd. This shows that unauthorized credit transaction has been made to you from my bank account.
So I request you to look into the whole matter & solve this issue as soon as possible. Further I request you for the refund of Rs. 3000/- that has been wrongfully credited in your account.

What the hell team support i have complaint an hour back and it's showing that resolved but still not received my amount plz don't cheat the customer yaar really fade up of typing the complaints again and again all the paytm member be supportive not irritating plz credit my amount my mobile number is [protected] plz plz request u all i have no more patients and dond delete the complaints without solving it.

Updated by Nita Gupta On dated 3/12/16 I have credited 3500/- amount to paytm wallet but the amount has been deducted twice from my account I tried to call the customer support number but all numbers are bullcrap not helpful at all so I am just requesting to credit my amount 3500/- I am waiting for your reply so pls credit the amount ASAP and from now never cheat your customers like this not good at all and my number is [protected].

Updated by Nita Gupta Yesterday i have credited 3500/- to my paytm wallet and i got an otp i tried with that otp after that it was showing that the amount didnt get credited to my wallet and i tried once again and that time amount got credited but it was debited twice from my account i got an msg so i want to say that please credit the amount of 3500/- which has been debited twice to my account ASAP. regards nita my number [protected].

On 2nd of May I received a call from your office that I have won bajaj motor cycle in Idea season 8 contest. Thereafter, I completed all the formalities. Then I was asked to sent a demand draft of ₹12900/- and I sent a demand draft of ₹12900/- to your office in 10th of August. Thereafter, I again and again contacted your office through Email and on 14th October I received the following message:

"We are raising the PO to the vendor we will confirm once it is done."

Thereafter, no response from your office has been received. Kindly look into the matter.

Paytm says money was transferred to my bank account on 234th from my wallet.However my bank denies any knowledge of the transfer.Transfer id provided by paytm not acceptable by my bank.Despite repeated ticket opened & escalation to grievance officer, no steps taken by Paytm to release my funds.Their helpline[protected] is a robot which tells us to mail at paytm/care though no response, no humans seem to be working for this company

I order one mobile from paytm for giving gift to my daughter on Diwali. But after Diwali I received a message that your order has been dispatched. But when I conform from my daughter she told me that I have not received any parcel. Then I complaint to paytm as well as delhivery courier partner of paytm. After complaint 3to 4 times delhivery courier sent me delivery proof but on that there was some fraud signature. Then I complained it to both but after 2 month there is no response. I am very worried.

I have Videocon D2H HD set top box. But from last one month it is not working. I have booked many complaints through mail/phone. But every time they says within 48 hrs. Problem will be solved but till now problem is not solved.

Dear,
I'm purchase lenovo laptop 310 on paytm via sbi credit card at 9th, Nov.16. But product is defective and deal of laptop threatening on call I'm replace laptop in onetime than after we are not replace it. Therefore I'm cancel my order on 14th Nov.16. So many time I'm sent mail for refund my money.
They are reply me we are working on your complaint. There are not give me proper answer and not give me proper day when they refund it.

I saw an offer on a website saying that if i pay through paytm i will get 100% cash back. then i paid through paytm but i didnt get cashback and when i reported it to them, they didnt even replied. i mailed them twice til now no response. this s not a right way to treat a customer. i didnt expect this from paytm. poor customer satisfaction. i think you gonna loose valued customers if you do like this

I visited Paytm office in Sector-6, to find rude behaviour staff starting at the entry point.

I went for Business development with Paytm and asked at reception to guide, wherein they did not entertain and said we dont know anything and used absured language.Upon requesting for contact number in order to fix prior appontment to avoid waiting, they say we dont know anyone in office and Number

I ordered a intex power bank from paytm and which is not working properly. First they approved my return request as the policy of 15 day return i return it by the courior and gave 300 rupees to the courior. And now after 13 days they cancelled my return request and they denied to refund it. I mailed the company many times but they dont give positive response. Please solve this issue, i m so frustrated by that company.

There is one bug in their software but they did not accept it.when you book any flight then if you select any date and refresh the page and again select the same date then if your cursor touched above date you are selected then wrong date is selected. i called them multiple time they also accept issue is there .they have to check with their technical team, but there is no response.

Wallet upgrade request has been raised, the request is pending for the last two months. Every time issue is raised only auto-generated mails are received, the customer care IVRS has no option to speak to the customer care executive.
The ticket 05925599 is the original ticket number, all the related concerns have been pertaining to the wallet upgrade issue.

I am really shocked and disappointed to know that i have been duped into playing a fraud game called "car hi car competition" conceptualized, organized and hosted by one97 communications ltd.in association with vodafone india. After
The last date of the play i was eagerly waiting for the winner announcement... Please do not accept the above transactions and kindly reject. Do not present for payment.
I have also lodged the police complaint and also blocked my credit cards.

Sbi credit card division informed me to forward these details to your end for not to present for payment.

Hello sir

I had bought "amosta eduone 7d2a tablet 4gb (Red)" from paytm with order number [protected] on august 8 2016 8:26 am by paying the quoted price rs.35. But the order was held cancelled the next day, saying it was declined by the seller.
Although, money was refunded but my order was cancelled and i feel cheated for the same.

I ordered a wrist watch from Paytm. And when my order is delivered to me, I found the box empty. Now I am trying to contact Paytm but I am not able to contact them on their contact no. which is uploaded by them on their website. I take a number by the deliveryman and I contact that number and then he asked me to send the bill image on Whatsapp. Now he is saying that he mailed those images on their email-id. And he is asking me to contact them. Nut I have already mention that I am not able to contact them. So now what will I do ???

I am surprised & agitated to see this 'one 97 has deducted 3000 rupees from my account.

Please help me.

I have never ever done any transaction with such firm.

Fortunately while checking my bank statement for other reason, found this 'unknown person/unit has taken out money without my permission at 23:31 hrs.
