    I am the regular user of paytm. I had some issues with paytm service which they never resolve. They don't understand what i am saying. When i want to report some issue, i don't have option. You simply tell that go to help and report. When i go to help i have to select one option. If i want report issue other than what you mentioned in that what should i do. When somebody ask these type of issues, you never bother. Since i started using paytm, i had some issue. You please read it clearly. When i want to recharge, after pressing"proceed recharge", it should ask "have a promo code?" which it never asks. 990 times out of 1000 times i recharge, it's getting recharged directly without asking promo code. When i reported this, they hvnt solved yet. They are asking that have you pressed "fast forward button?" i clearly told that when i pressed "proceed to recharge" option. How can we press two options i. E. Fast forward and pressed recharge same time. You people (Not even single person) don't have common sense? After telling the same thing atleast 10 times, again and again they are asking same thing. You don't teach your people atleast try to understand what the problem actually?. I don't bother about offers but having announced promo codes, why should not we avail those offers because of your problem and irresponsibility? Particularly when i recharged more than 100 rs it never asked promo code. You should carefully listen what i am telling now. If your intention is not cheating, why you put "have a promo code" option only after pressing "proceed recharge"? Why not before we press proceed recharge so that we can cancel the transaction if promo code not successful or entered wrong etc? You should answer my question. For last one year apart from not solving problem, you have not given correct response. When people have nil knowledge about queries, they should atleast direct them to higher officials or technical people (Hope atleast they have some common sense and knowledge). I definitely sue you in this regard if time permits. Thank you.

      The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the money has not been added in my paytm account.

        My paytm account is registered on +91-[protected] through which i transferred the refunded amount to the bank account
        Doi: november 25th, 2017
        Wallet txn id: [protected]
        Amount: 1099
        The transaction is still showing pending status. I did mail at [protected]@paytm.com but i got reply that its noreply mail id
        I even called several times but customer care is replying that the transaction id is wrong.
        Moreover, i tried to log the complaint by app but its keep showing wait for few hours.
        Please guide me how to resolve the problem or how to contact paytm team.

          But sir problem is. When i go for login on paytm seller app. Message is your id is not registered on paytm seller.
          And when i go for sign up enter this id then message is you are already registerd with this email address as seller account.

          And when i go for sing up again and entring my gst number then message is plz enter valid gst number..

          So sir please solve my problem..

            My booking id is [protected]. I was flying from delhi to goa and goa to delhi on 19 jan 2018 and 23 jan 2018 respectively. I (Got a message from indigo that fklight has been cancelled so i called air asia also for the flight dat was changed from 21.50 to 16.30. I booked the ticket through paytm for rs. 20289. Indigo airlines said for full refund but air asia is not ready to accept their mistake that if the flight has been preponed by them they are not giving the refund. But if they give the full refund then they are giving 16063. Whereas i paid 20289. Paytm said they are giving discounts and offers... But they are fooling the customers by charging more. I want the full re4fund by paytm as they should talk to air asia and get the tickets cancelled and refund me full 20289.

                On 13/9/17 an amount of rs.15000 has been transfered to your account and again an amount of rs.2760 also been transfered to your account. Have you collected the amount on whose behalf.

                In fact that amount is suppose to go to hotel om towers jaipur, from our side we have to transfer the amount to om tower. Please clarify on whose behalf you have accepted the amount.

                Actually the amount is suppose to go to OM Towers hotel, they have complained yesterday that they have not received the payment, upon verification it has been found that an amount o f Rs.15000+2760 has been transfered to one97 communications account. we want the amount to be refunded.

                  I attempted booking tatkal ticket for mahabodhi express on 15th october 2017.                       I dont know wheather it was paytm, irctc or my bank that helped. I had my concern shared to all the above three mentioned. But anyway, after 17 days of long wait my cash is refunded

                      I had the same problem. I cancelled my tickets on 21st october and received refund on 7th november, try mailing irctc at care@irctc regarding your concern. Also try calling them in their official number
                      Even after answering all the 20 questions correctly they put me in the 15000 slot rather than 25000. Sick of these frauds by renowned companies and they don't even attend call. God knows how to connect to these people.

                        I am very much puzzled from paytm services this is not first time. Lots of time money deducted of various people. Today while booking taatkal railway ticket in the irctc website i was paying my money for ticket from rupay debit card of punjab national bank in the paytm option when i entered my card details in the given text box in the payment option page next page appreared & ask for one time password i was waiting for 3-4 minutes i did'nt get any otp so i left that page afterfew hours i saw my account statement rs.666 deducted from my account i was shocked that how is it possible. Because at that time it was shown in the screen sytem error. I am very much tensed i want my money back already i have lost lots of money in the cyber crime please help me sir.

                            I ordered a mobile vivo v5s [order id:- [protected]] from paytm on 27th sept, 2017. I received the product on 3rd oct, 2017 and when i had a look at the parcel the way it was delivered was not up to the mark, no invoice was provided, also it wasn't covered in any sealed shipping bag as well. Moreover when i opened the outer box-packing of parcel, i noticed that the seal on the mobile box was damaged which means that the phone and accessories inside could have been damaged/ changed/ tempered. For the proof of concept of my words i have also made a complete video while opening of the package as soon as it was received by me pfa.

                            First of all this means that the vendor that are added on the the paytm are without being verification for their background, performance, and quality check. Due to which the customers lime are cheated. Selling sealed open used phone while mentioning the new mobile description on-line is a straight case of fraud and cheating innocent customer on-line and should be punishable in terms of it information technology act 2010, and indian penal act.

                            Further coming to the service part the is the prime criteria of paytm being a middleman or the platform service provider. I had raised a return request (Which is as per the return policy of paytm and seller) for it on 27th sept 2017 and i was assured by the paytm that the the refund will be initiated by 3rd oct 2017, but there is no action as of today 20th oct 2017. Since 3rd oct 2017 we have raised this concern several time on paytm mobile app but there have been no response at all. This act of paytm has spoiled all trust on them. I am highly stressed and feeling being cheated delivering a damaged product by mentioning the fake products details on the site of paytm. This kind of act of paytm has brought mental harshness, wastage of so much of time, efforts, blockage of money of small customers/me as was waiting for product as needed it but due to their pathetic service unable to have one yet and also wasting my time on return communication, money is blocked as well.

                            Still taking it on the lighter side for the last time i request you as per return policy of product purchased by me (Pfa) i really want a replacement of the product on the contrary no refund needed and also need a proper action/compensation for bearing all pain from paytm for not fulfilling all committed customer services. Further the compensation should not be less than the amount (Rs13500) that of the mobile phone. If i do not receive the solution to my complain i will publish the attached video on-line on you facebook, twitter and instagram account. Also the complain will be registered in nearest police station and the consumer court against vendor and paytm both and all other legal proceeding will follow.

                              refund money of payment gateway in irctc

                              I have booked a train ticket from ang to bsb on 17th oct 2017 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure twice (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from idbi bank account, but still not refunded.
                              Plz look into this matter immediately.

                              Today at around 7:00 PM I booked two tickets for my sister and mother using IRCTC Rail Connect App. I chose to pay the amount of Rs. 630 using PayTM because my debit card is saved in the PayTM app.

                              After I entered the Bank OTP, an amount of Rs. 642.38 got deducted from by account and transferred to PayTM Noida (screenshot attached). But finally, PayTM did not transfer the money to IRCTC and the ticket booking failed. (screenshot attached).

                              When I called PayTM customer care number[protected] to report the issue and request a refund, I was told by a computer voice that in case a transaction failed, my money will be refunded to my wallet after 30 minutes. I also received an SMS regarding the same. (screenshot attached).

                              When even after 1 hour, I did not receive a refund, I called their supposedly 24x7 customer care number multiple times to reach a customer executive but all I heard was computer voices. Shame! Even https:// paytm.com/care was also not of any help because no order id was registered by the paytm app for the transaction.

                              I do not know if I will ever get a refund. If I don't, I will never trust PayTM again. I am attaching all the screenshots here for all of you to go through. I do not know if PayTM is doing such frauds in a planned manner. Also If I get a refund I will update this post.

                                We received damage product from gati and the same we informed to you by helpline number to replace or refund our money. The complaint number given by call operator is 40043190 and assured us for the refund of money paid by us.

                                    I hv ordered for pigeon aluminium pressure cooker 5 lte on 12th may 2016 on paytm.com app.. My order no is my order id is [protected].. Bt on 17th may 2016 i received 6 pcs stainless steel drinking glass. Same i informed paytm abt wrong product received... They asked me for images of product received, invoices & packaging.. After validating they approved my return request. Bt when courier boy came to me to collect return pickup they refused to collect... They were asking for pressure cooker that i didn't received.. Refused to collect stainless steel glass that actually i received... I informed paytm abt dis that courier refusing to collect... Paytm giving me assurance that within timeline it vl collected.. Bt it couldn't get collected after my all efforts...& after timelines paytm rejected my return request...& i lost my money... That's wht paytm does with their customer... It was rs 1085 product.

                                      I have booked a train from hyd to vskp ticket on 23rd sep 2017 in irctc through paytm gateway and transaction got failure (Ticket not booked) but money got debited., but still not refunded.
                                      Plz look into this matter immediately

                                      One97 Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Money got deducted from my bank account but it still shows payment confirmation awaited.I didn't get my google play code.
                                      On 14 September 2017 an amount of total Rs 5551 ( Rs1500, Rs1500, Rs1000, Rs1500 and Rs 51 ) was deducted towards ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS from my Andhra Bank account Venkatapuram branch Secunderabad 500015 please do the needful help.
