I was tired to book railway ticket on 3.01.2017 at approx 1.30 pm but not succeed but my payments trough tipsy card through one97 communication debit my account 816.56 but till date amount not refund to my account.I am really surprised when debit do fast how credit not done . Kindly refund my amount to S.B account Canara Bank[protected] immediately unless delay

I had transferred 300 rs on 02/01/2017 to bank account from paytm wallet. status is successfully transferred to bank account but i dont yet get money credited in my account. I sent so many emails to Paytm but they not responding. They are avoiding me. I sent emails, make calls, contact with customer care, but they aren't giving me any single reply. Plz help me. order id is. [protected] please get e my money back.

Sir I transfer money Rs.600 in my bank account from paytm wallet. It show succes. But I not receieved it in my bank account. I contact with my bank, but they said to contact with paytm. They not receieved money. I done email to paytm but they not give any reply. In tranjaction ther given ONE pay tranjaction id. which I attached below. Please sir take action.

On 23th December 2016 I added Rs5000 from my Bank of Baroda Debit card my money is deducted from my bank account but not credited in my wallet paytm shows transaction failed and money refund to bank but money is not credited in my bank account or in my paytm wallet . So what can I do pls help me in this process my total amount is 5000 and my paytm no. is [protected]. Pls help me fast in this process...

I had done a transaction on Paytm for booking movie tickets of ₹506 & ₹506 respectively but due to some issues both the transaction got failed & still the amount of ₹506 & ₹506 was debited from my account. I had created a complaint ticket on Paytm app but still I haven't received my refund . It's been over 12 days now. Please look into the matter asap & give back my refund.

Someone having mobile no.[protected] called him and ask about atm card 16 digit number 402985*017555 along with backside three digits.
Owner of mobile no. [protected] have done a fraud and mischief with him and cheated for 49, 983 rupees from different websites.
Culprit have done following transactions with one97 communications 1.06/01/2017 with pos [protected] rs20000
I hope that culprit have not spend this amount so i request you that stop next transactions and refund it to the complainant's account. And help us to find culprits by sending the details shared with you and use this amount for various recharge with mobile no., ip address and other details which help us to find culprits.

I had added Rs 5000 in my Paytm wallet from Standard Charted bank card for my number [protected] on 1st Jan 2017. For the same amount I had asked for reversal of the amount in my bank( Standard Charted) on the same day but still it has not been done. Also I am complaining on their customer care number on which they are not responding.

Please do the needful.

Courier Boy Used Abusive Language me at the time of return pick-up, even he was not reached at correct location to pick the Return-pick-up, he called me to reach at his place to return the packet, showed his temper to me in front of my family members & neighbors, so I would request to paytm to terminate this guys from his position so keep maintain his Brands & quality of customer service & feedback.

I was trying to add money into my paytm wallet and the amount was deducted from my bank account but not reflected into paytm wallet the amout is deducted on 25dec but it did not reflect in my paytm wallet my mobile number is _[protected]
I had paid the amount with debit card and it was deducted now i need cash but i can do anything please solve my problem within 24hrs thanks you

To Pay Rs. 6000.00 to ONE97 COMCTN-P, from your Card XX...4639, use OTP. BEWARE!ONLY fraudsters ask OTP on phone.OTP is 939580.Don't share with anyone.
I got above msg when iam processed this transaction on 10/12/16.but this transaction was failed but my money is deducted from my accont.I consult my source bank they are said that " retailer have send refund letter to bank".So again i consult paytm customer care on [protected]@paytm.com but I not receive my money back so please sir/madam accept my request and refund my money with consulting paytm or my source bank

I had opened my acount with paym dated: nov 24 2016 at 2:56 pm. I'had no issues with my transactions till order no: [protected] at 1:11 pm, dec 17 2016 when i transferredan amount of rs.4000/- into the paytm wallet & later clicked on return to bank option at paytm cash txn id [protected][protected]:13:12 pm then an auto new id showed transaction pending paytm cash txn id [protected]-12-17 01:29:11 pm since then that fund is still pending with the company.

I've lodged complaints for this transaction daily but the response to mail is this reply from here end which hardly solve my issue:

We would like to inform you that usually amount credits in user's bank account instantly after initiating a transfer from paytm wallet but sometimes delay happens because bank takes up to 2 working days to process the transaction. (Psus bank takes up to 3 working days)

In case if the amount doesn't credit and transaction fails, then amount automatically rolls back in source paytm wallet.

I had transferred amount of Rs. 1, 000 to a mobile number [protected] on 10th December 2016 from my Paytm wallet. However, the amount is neither credited to the said mobile number not returned back to my Paytm wallet till date.

I have been writing emails to the Paytm Care email id but no one is bothered to reply.

The transaction ID was [protected].

Two transactions of 950 each have been charged to my Paytm account [protected] in favour of Delhi metro cared.
It has been about 10 days, the recharge isn't reflected in the card.
I have submitted about 7 tickets to paytm. Made 3 complaints with customer care and sent 2 emails to Delhi metro with one 97 in cc.
No action has been taken.
Poor and pathetic services. Just simply shows how much Paytm can cheat the consumers

I have make the account on Paytm on 8 December 2016 I have transferred Rs. 5000 from my Punjab national bank account to Paytm account than I transferred Rs. 10 to my different friends that was successful and they also sent me that amount that was also successful... than on 10 December 2016 I transferred that Rs. 5000 from Paytm account to my Pnb account ...paytm has sent me confirmation message that "We have refunded Rs 5000 to your PNB bank for your Order ID [protected] on Paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account. Please contact your bank for any queries..." but till today i.e 20 December 2016 no amount is being transferred to my pnb account plzz send me that amount as soon as possible to account and send me the confirmation message

I transferred 5000 from my wallet to bank on 16 dec bt transaction is still showing pending till now. Money was deducted from my wallet bt i haven't received it in my account. I have generated atleast 10 tickets from my app bt no response from paytmcare and also wrote mails and on fb still no response..
Let me know future course of action and refund my money asap.
