I have already complaint in cyber cell Asst commissioner Police and CBI Govt of India.

First i would like to reverse my amount as soon as possible.

I ordered a wrist watch from Paytm. And when my order is delivered to me, I found the box empty. Now I am trying to contact Paytm but I am not able to contact them on their contact no. which is uploaded by them on their website. I take a number by the deliveryman and I contact that number and then he asked me to send the bill image on Whatsapp. Now he is saying that he mailed those images on their email-id. And he is asking me to contact them. Nut I have already mention that I am not able to contact them. So now what will I do ???

Please take action against one 97 communication why this communication deduct my money R's 1091 from my SBM account and I purchased grocery through big basket via paytm and why this happend R's 1091 is very big amount for me so please soon refund money from one 97 communication please inform me immediately this is totally fraud .paytm says goli dena band karo but usne goli kaise diya koi kaise trust kare agar wo action nahi lege

I have to to say that there is a unknown transaction of Rs.12896 is held from my account at the name of One 97communication. Please help me to get back my money because I am belong to a poor family and this money is for my fees instalment so if I didn't pay the fees I will restricted from the institute and if such thing is happen then I have to choose another way to live my life

I had received a fake phone call from [protected] and the person impersonated himself as a Bank Manager and asked the ATM card details.
Unfortunately, I believed him and shared the details with him and afterwards, I found that Rs. 4, 999/- was debited from my account.

On 7/7/2016 i have paid my college fees on DU site of Rs. 18454.82 and my transaction was successful then after a minute my account was debited with same amount again unexpectedly and this transaction was not made by me. this incident was happened on 7/7/2016 at 5:55:01 pm . Now i want the company refund my money Rs. 18454 immediately.

A notification came from my bank today at around 16:30 hrs saying that an amount of rs.116.00 has been debited from my acc. for purchase!!
I did not make any order/purchase.

What is happenning? is this some kind of forced buying.
Please clarify immediately before i file an fir with police for cheating against paytm/one97 communications!!!

I made three payments to delhi jal board on 14 march 2016 through paytm consisting of rs.6193.43, rs.334.57, & rs.858.18 and did not note transaction id trusting paytm and now after receiving new bills from the same vendor what i can see is the amount is still in arrears i. E. Amount has not been paid to delhi jal board which makes me liable for late fee charges and amount is not even reflecting in my paytm account.

Moreover i am trying to coordinate on the same thing from 25th may 2016. Customer care on call said that they have not have access to such information and asked to write mail which i did on the same day and ensured me that i will be getting reply maximum by 24 hrs but here its more than 5 days and even after that i am not getting any reply from paytm. My communication ref:_00d28dppr._50028jqlxi:ref. I even attached my bank statement for their reference but still i am not getting any reply. Neither the money has been transferred to delhi jal board nor it has been refunded to my bank account

Amount has been debited from my credit card. No such transaction has been done by me. Please check and refund this amount back to my credit card account.

I have ordered protoner iron gym wide order no [protected] through paytm on 4/5/2016 invoice no 130416/2016-17/10066 dtd 5/5/2016. today I have received sms form courier sevice blue dart saying consignment delivered but I have not received the article. On enquiring with blue dart they have replied the article is returned and delivered to sender. please look into matter and reply.

I ordered one phone from them and paid for it from my credit card, now the credit card company has charged me for rs 1676+504+2065+232 .I dont know how they have charged these from my account, on being asked they tell me to go after one 97 and there is no record of one 97.
this company should be sued they have cheated the hard earned money from me.they will burn in hell.

Sir, i purchased shuttlecock from paytm but my account is deducted by Rs 385/- and i did not get any confirmation about that.

Firstly, message came of trasaction failure but after a moment my account deducted by Rs 385

I have placed an online purchase order to buy Sony BX1 rechargeable battery + Battery Charger BC-CSX for a price of Rs. 856 with M/S One97 Communications Limited (which runs their site/platform/network by the name Paytm and Head Quartered at: B-121, Sector 5, Noida – 201 301, India) on 24th February, 2016, against Order No.: [protected]. I have paid for the above using their Paytm Wallet which is owned by M/S One97 Communications Limited. However, when I received the parcel on 27th February, 2016, there was only Sony BX1 rechargeable battery present in the parcel. Battery Charger BC-CSX was not present in the parcel I received. I had informed this to the company immediately and they had repaid me Rs. 200 for the missing charger. I had then asked the company if I place an other order with them for the same product will I receive both the battery and charger this time or not. They replied me that I would receive both and also apologized for the earlier trouble they had caused to me. Based on this I had placed a fresh order with them and informed them that I have placed a second order (Order No.: [protected]) and also asked them to confirm whether both the items are present in the parcel or not. For which they had replied that they have checked the parcel, however when I received the parcel, again the charger was missing. I had raised the issue with them and also asked them to take back their product. For which after due considerations they said they would take back the product and would pay Rs. 300 as an apology token for troubling me for so long. However, when they paid me back my apology token they had paid only Rs. 100 saying that the other Rs. 200 is adjusted with the Rs. 200 which they had paid me for the missing charger of my first order ([protected]). Since the Rs. 200 which I had received earlier was for the missing charger and not an apology token I cannot accept that adjustment of Rs. 200 they had made with the apology token.

I would like to place a CHEATING and HARASSMENT case on the above company for troubling me for 2 weeks and request the concerned authority to take action against them.

I had made net payment of Rs 355.52 (after 12% discount) for Hyderabad 1/4 rupee silver coin through paytm vide tr no.[protected] of paytm on 17.02.16 at 23.43 pm. amount was debited but no order confirmation received. moreover as per transaction history at paytm is reporting that the amount is credited to One97 Communication Ltd.
