Claim no :- 1769557. Relationship no :- 1562644. I had enrolled ma apple total protection plan above 62000 with oneassist for my i phone 7 insurance membership. My phone got slipped from my hand and display accidentally cracked. They said to me to submit all important documents and i will submit all documents but now they saying that one screenshot is left and they close my file. It was not my fault because they never said this things before. They will closed my file and saying it's never reopen. My plan is for 1 year so why you guys not reopen my file. I wasted 8000 on this stupid insurance company.😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑...⇄ its better to complaint to police 😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑...⇄

    I had enrolled with oneassist for my iphone 6s insurance membership. Recently my phone got slipped from my hand and fell in to the sink running under water, thus my phone stopped working due to the breaching of water inside. I filed my claim and uploaded all the necessary documents but everytime i got mail this is not upload that isnt uploaded where in it was already upload and when i asked them about this issue they said ignore the mail we will review in 48 hours and let you know. its be above 3 weeks the procedure still hasnt moved forward so i mailed tem that i want to withdraw my claim and terminate my insurance membership and now after 3 days of that they still havent proceeded with it and when i call them as mentioned in their mailed after 48 hours they still havent even accepted the mail. i am fed of this company. in name of customer care claim and insurace they just bribe you initially they used to call 10 times for insurance and now they dont even call once a day to inform about the status of my claim or withdrawal. i want to report about this and let people know that it isnt trusted and shouldnt be enrolled into it.

      On 19th april 2016my phone display accidentally cracked and as i had the insurance done for the same i got in touch with one assist and immediately raised the request as per the policy and have done all the formalities o[censored]ploading documents and pictures, now my concern are :1.       1. I never got a courtesy handset till date, i was called a week back n said they will send a 4s phone( i was using a 6s) but i was told i was told i will be getting something equivalent and hence the process was delayed.
      2. i spoke to the relationship manager Dinesh dutt +[protected] and he said he wll arrange for a 5 or 5s and the same was supposed to sent to me by 9th or 10th may but no ones turned up till now
      3. on 9th i received a call stating the claim is rejected by the insurance company EXCLUSION 1 - loss or damage to the Gadget due to mysterious circumstances or unexplained reasons.
      • am not sure as to how they arrive at this decision, is there any particular reason that i need to state when i raise the claim request on its just that they take their own liberty to reject the same
      • I spoke to my relationship manger Dinesh dutt on 9th may and he said that’s the decision taken by the insurance company and he cant to anything about it, after certain arguments he said he will come back to me in a days time after consulting his senior and its been close to 2 days he has not called me back nor picking up my calls nor replying to my emails
      • we don’t even know who this insurance company is?
      • when we get the insurance done from one assist they said they will be responsible for complete process till the handset is repaired and now no one is ready to take the responsibility
      • i spoke to CC exe Reena and a so called Escalation Manager Mazz who was just not helpful and he was just giving me a robotic answer and was not ready to take any ownership of customer and he said he can’t do anything
      • Now the call center is not helping me, the relationship manager is not helping me, I even tried calling the corporate office number and no one picks the call
      3. am not sure as to how they arrive at this decision as we as a customer would tell the genuine incident which happened and if there is a way they can come down n physically very the situation we are happy to do so, please verify this link on there website which states the guide to claim a insurance https://www.oneassist.in/Mobile-Insurance-claim-process/ here no where it says the insurance company will take the final decision nor I was told about this when I raised the claim
      4 when we buy this insurance its told that it covers any kind of physical accidental n liquid damage and the accident may happen in any way that's why it’s called a accident, so going by that at any given scenario they should be able to provide me this insurance coverage to my phone
      Please help me to get justice in getting my phone repaired from one assist .
      They are really keeping people in dark, making all fancy promises and not being customer oriented

          Kindly deactivate my account and stop renewing the plan. This is the second time I have contacted one assist customer care. They said they will deactivate the account but they just downgraded the plan instead of deactivating it. You people keep on renewing the plan and deducting money from my account. Just deactivate my account and stop taking my money.

            I am a HDFC credit card holder, The bank has auto debited Rs.1299 from my credit card number ending with XXXXXXXX320 with out my authorisation on date 06/05/17 and I dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

            I urge OneAssist to cancel this preposterous membership at once and debit the amount back into my credit card at the earliest as this was done WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION OR CONSENT! If not, I'd be forced to take up the issue to the consumer court as this is clearly in violation of consumer rights and cyber laws!

              Oneassist Consumer Solutions β€” Deactivation of membership which have not been applied for & refund.

              The one assist has auto debited Rs 1299 as on 06.05.2017 from my credit card without my authorization / confirmation. I have never ever applied for this service nor gave any authorization for the same. This is completely fraudulent on the part of company to activate the service which is not applied for. I DONT REQUIRE THIS SERVICE SO requesting to one assist please cancel the service & refund the amount on my credit card as early as possible.

                I am a Kotak Mahindra bank credit card holder.
                The one assist has auto debited Rs 1299 as on 09.05.2017 from my credit card without my authorisation. This is a completely fraudulent company. I don't want to continue this service. Request you to please cancel the service & refund the amount on my credit card. I also want to say that why any bank shares the credit card information to any fraud company. If they are sharing any information, they should be responsible.

                Hi I am N.Deborah Sony. I hold HDFC credit card. I received email from oneassist on April 1st stating that my membership is expired. Today I received a message stating that my oneassist has auto renewed and your team has auto debited Rs.2999 from my credit card without my approval. I did not opt for any auto renewal plan. I also did not receive any email, text or a single call from oneassist stating that the amount is going to auto debited. Iam 8 months pregnant and not working anymore. I do not want any membership plans from oneassist. Kindly refund my amount . My registered no is [protected]. Email I'd is debo.[protected]@gmail.com. I called one assist customer care and they provided request no as 3134432. She was not sure if my complete money would be refunded . Please process this at the earliest and refund the complete money That has been auto debited from my credit card !! Awaiting response.

                      1- always got wrong information from customer care.
                      2- i have called more than 50 times. I always got response that your claim is pending for insurance company's approval. I have escalated your case you will get response within 48 hrs. (I never got any response)
                      3-wrong promises.
                      4-i was requested for service handset on 14th of april, but till now i did not get any service handset, when ever i called they says that your case got escalated you will get revert mail within 48 hrs.
                      5-i were submitted my moto z play mobile phone almost 45 days ago but till now no progress.
                      Just making fool and wasting time.

                        They have taken my iphone 6 handset for repair on 14th april 2017 while saying that it'll be returned to me in 15-25 days.
                        Screenshot attached of my plan:
                        12 days service guaranteee:today after 25 days they r saying that i ll have to give 2800/- extra, which was not mentioned when this insurance was sold to me.
                        They r not able to mention me till what date will i ll get my handset back. I have lost my hope.
                        Senior... Ahh, sorry this thing is not there. I tried to contact the senior, they just say senior is not available. How senior is not available in afternoon?? Ok, they might be busy. They said to arrange me a call back in 24 hours... Ohh, i didn't receive any call... Seniors might have gone on vacation... Then i again called, this time they were one step ahead... Improvising from their mistakes... They told to arrange a call back in 48 hours... Finally i bargained...2 hours... Waiting now...

                        Courtesy handset is all that in on-paper, this thing doesn't exist in their dictionary. Now they are saying that it depends on availability.

                          As per company claim has been given in Feb, 17. But no money has been received. I have also requested to send your executive to bank and confirm. Also the company has not yet shared the proof of NEFT done to my account.

                          Already 4-5 months has passed no concrete solution provided by the company. Why the company claims as no 1 in providing fast solution.

                            I received mail from OneAssist yesterday 7th may of 2017.
                            I'm using HDFC credit cardand you oneassist without any intimation or
                            without my permission you Rs. 1299/- deducted from my credit card.

                            Please remove this useless services from credit card. I'm not
                            intrested this services.
                            Deactivate this service as soon as possible and refund my money.

                            I hope you understand and never ever again this sevice to activate
                            without my permission it's not good.

                              I never applied for one assist policy but i got activated automatically without my knowledge with hdfc credit card. I got. To know about it only after i got an sms regarding charges.

                              I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. But now one assist deducted rs. 650 as cancellation charges of my policy. What the hell is this cancellation charges for a policy which i was never interested to opt for. I need refund of these cancellation charges too. My policy number was 1751330.

                              I request all those who are suffering like me to unite and take actions against this fraud company.

                                I have taken Mobile insurance from One assist and they act as a middleman for Insurance and OnePlus. Believe me taking insurance from one assist was the biggest mistake of my life.

                                They have set of foolish and inexperienced people in their team who cannot analyze the complaint.

                                My handset was damaged as it accidentally fell from by bed back while I was sleeping and now they are saying it is negligence and they are not processing my claim. Please, someone, try to explain to them that 90% people keep their mobile on the bed back while sleeping and not in a locker.
                                OneAssist Consumer Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                On 24th April I placed two orders with DeoBazaar, Nos. [protected] and[protected] worth Rs. 8675/- which was paid online through HDFC Bank.
                                Till date there is no communication from DeoBazaar nor have I received their orders. All their Telephone numbers listed are either not available or shut off.

                                  I am kamal mitra. I am a new user of hdfc credit card. I had received my card 27th may, 2017. On 6th may 2017, rs. 1299/- was deducted from my available balance and the transaction details are only showing when i am logging through net banking option. The transaction was being made for one assist plan. I had received no sms or email regarding this. I am strongly objecting to this and requesting to refund the balance on immediate effect. I discussed this issue with the executive of customer care and they have given a lame logic that i had opted for the services when i filled up the forms. I am attaching a soft copy for the reference where no services of this kind was chosen.
                                  If no immediate action will not be taken then have to go for the further required action.

                                  But I have concerned regarding HDFC Bank too. I applied for credit card from HDFC Website. How my data is stolen from HDFC website is a big concern. If such personal data can be stolen from HDFC website. Login credentials can also be stolen. So guys netbanking of these private banks is not safe. Be careful

I have not activated any such service and this has been done without my permission. Pl refund the sum to my account asap and deactivate the one assist service.

                                      Company asks to upload photos of my damaged phone and my govt id when i clearly said that i dont have another phone to take photos. To that they ask me to go to a photo studio to get a photo. When they can send a person to pick up the phone why cant he take the documents needed. So, as far i don submit the documents i cant cliam it seems. Which means that i wasted 800 on this stupid insurance company. They wont say all this while getting the insurance.

                                        I have applied for my claim because my mobile got dropped from my pocket while i was running in the park.
                                        And the have rejected my claik and they gave me the reason that i did not use any safe gaurd to protect mobile in mail. And i also got a call for my claim and executive told that you should have zip in your pocket. They are giving very stupid reason because they all know that my insurance will expire soon.
