I never applied for one assist policy but i got activated automatically without my knowledge with hdfc credit card. I got. To know about it only after i got an sms regarding charges.

I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. But now one assist deducted rs. 650 as cancellation charges of my policy....

I have taken Mobile insurance from One assist and they act as a middleman for Insurance and OnePlus. Believe me taking insurance from one assist was the biggest mistake of my life.

They have set of foolish and inexperienced people in their team who cannot analyze the complaint.

I am an hdfc bank credit card user. The one assist service has been activated on this card ending 9412 and inr 446 are debitted every month for the same. I have not activated any such service and this has been done without my permission. Pl refund the sum to my account asap and deactivate the one assist service.

Mi4i Screen damage

Cancellation of an insurance policy

I called oneassist two days ago and i was told that i would receive a call from one assist within 48 hours regarding the cancellation of an insurance policy. But i have not received any call yet. First of all, i had no clue how this policy got activated. It has been done without my consent. I received a kit from one assist on 4th april 2017 but i did not apply for that. I was completely unaware of the fact that i had to pay the purchase amount...
