I want to close my one assist policy which is automatically activated with my hdfc credit card ending no. 1801. My mobile no. Is [protected]. Please close this policy because this service is activated on my credit card without my consent even i didnot get my credit card yet and charges are deducted from my account. Close this policy and refund my amount 1299₹ otherwise i will take this matter to the consumer court. This is a really bad service...

I Received SMS from ICICI BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission. I also got an SMS from one assist team saying that my plan got extended successfully. But for the first when it deducted, your customer care person has told that its been activated for you and refund not possible and he also said that while they get back to me for renewal they can cancel my account....

Wrong refund amount processed for mobile insurance plan

I have raised a claim against liquid damage of my Lenovo Vibe K5 Note 8 months back for 6-7 clearly specified issues with details.

1st time it took 45 days for the device to be returned back to me. They could rectify only 1 issue out of 7. I raised the complaint at the immediate moment for the same. They had their internal discussion for another 45 days and decided to re-pickup the device.

I'm using hdfc credit card and my account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1299 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.

Whats going onn with this company?
After my last complaint here when i stated that the insurance company rejected my claim with a false reason as it was not a willful negligence but clearly an accident and the handset was well protected from sides as well... I had a conversation with mr. Satya prakash last week he told me that the claim will be sent to the insurance company for reconsideration and since then he never pics the phone...

I am a hdfc credit card holder, the bank has auto debited rs.1299 from my credit card number ending with xxxxxxx0377 with out my authorization on date 06/05/17 and i dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same.
I have daily called customer care[protected], they reply that the cancellation team will call within 48hrs on working days and will refund the total amount of rs.1299, but very sad...
