I have recieved a mail from ONe Assist on my gmail [protected]@gmail.com to renew my one assist subscription.i am not interested in further renewal.pls unsubcribe me from the plan forever.I forwarded a mail to [protected]@oneassist.in on 27.05.2017 but even after that they have deducted the subscription amount on 29.05.2017. i recieved a reply from them saying that

I have forwarded your membership cancellation request to the relevant department, so please wait for 5 working days, so that our relevant department will update you on the same.
