Updated by Ajesh I was told i will receive a call in an hour regarding the status of the mobile on Friday May 12, 2017 afternoon. I still have not received any updates. Kindly connect with me on the delivery date of the mobile as none of my emails are being replied.
I still cant believe we are exchanging communication in a public complaint forum when you guys have/had a customer service email through which you could have responded.

Updated by Ajesh I still have not received my mobile, i have got no assurance on the payment made for a repair which was claimed to be done as an exception. god known whether it was repaired or not!!!
What is the idea of holding my money for a service which was not provided!!! I have been following this from April ..instead of believing one assist i should have gone to a local mobile guy and paid him for QUICK SERVICE, not bothered about Gurantee as no one gives including MI.
One assist issues services for pick up and interacting with insurance and sends claim - once claim is approved - mobile is sent to service and then dropped to customer. In my case insurance rejects mobile. Oneassist offers to repair mobile - takes money from me (13K)

Where is my mobile!!! i need my mobile before 20-may-2017 else i am filing a case in consumer court for compensation and harassment for not availing premium amount and not providing service-delay in service-misusing customer money for no service-mobile status unknown !
you people are fooling with customer money! i could have purchased a mobile with Rs. 13 K instead i gave it to repair the mobile believing it will be serviced/repaired, now that is Breach of Trust!!!

I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. But now one assist deducted rs. 650 as cancellation charges of my policy. What the hell is this cancellation charges for a policy which i was never interested to opt for. I need refund of these cancellation charges too. My policy number was 1751330.
I request all those who are suffering like me to unite and take actions against this fraud company. I have lodged a complaint at consumer affairs online both against HDFC and One Assist and looking the same from all those who are suffering like me.
