Hello,

My name is Aatiqua vohra we had purchased two products of mi max nd we took insurance for 1 of them, everything was good until i paid the insurance amount your staff was co operative until we made payment, but when it came the time to provide service we could never imagine how big mistake we did one buying insurance.

I called your helpine number for arranging pick up of my cell damaged cell phone as they promised, but there was no pick up arranged we have to courier it by ourself, i send my phone 4 months back but still i have not received my cell phone as promised they would give back the cell phone in 20 days, but nothing like that happened, plus we have been following up from 4 months but there due date keeps on changing and they give us new due dates on every 15 days of interval, m tired of this pathetic service i recived from one assist, i have been calling the helpline the executives only keep us on hold but never transfer the call to senior, i dont want to repair the cell phone i just want my cell phone back nd now if i dont get any responce from your side the last alternative is to register a police complaint against you people to keep my product without my permission.

    My Service Request SR#1940985 Handset picked up on 3rd May 2017 and was told that will get an update within 24 to 48 hours, Called several times about status on my Handset but they wont reply the call was kept for hold for more than 10 minutes but non of the executive was available, this happens every time i called. Very poor service will not recommend to anyone. Guys don't get your device insured with this Company they are very pathetic and poor in service. They have Live Chat on their Android App but in the Live Chat service all seems to be DEAD !!! #BoycottOneAssist

I don't know about this services and i do not want too purchase you policy. And i want to stop this service right now as soon as possible and i request to you please refund the amount which was charged by you of rs. 1299.

      I never applied for one assist policy but i got activated automatically without my knowledge with hdfc credit card. I got. To know about it only after i got an sms regarding charges.

      I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. But now one assist deducted rs. 650 as cancellation charges of my policy. What the hell is this cancellation charges for a policy which i was never interested to opt for. I need refund of these cancellation charges too. My policy number was 1751330.

      I request all those who are suffering like me to unite and take actions against this fraud company. I have lodged a complaint at consumer affairs online both against HDFC and One Assist and looking the same from all those who are suffering like me.

        Respecter sir,
        My membership id no is : [protected], my handset display broken on march 2nd week after that i complaint to one-assist costume care, they told me to submit all the documents and i too submit all documents. But they ask me replacement
        Letter! Because last year for this same problem i give my handset to one-assist company they solve my problem and replaced my handset so my handset imei no will be changed but they don't give any replacement letter are all.

        Then i ask costume care regarding about the replacement letter, they take many request but not taken any action
        I call to costume care more then 50 times but all executive telling the same answer like this (With in 48 hr your problem will be solved otherwise your backed dept will be call you) i request them to transfer my call to any other team leader or higher officer but they hold my call and disconnected the call morethen 10 times executive disconnected my call

        Still my problem not solved not even take single step, i am totally very disappoint on your oneassist insurance company this my last letter regarding my claim i[censored] not solved my problem, definitely i take a legal action on your company and i am very serous about it.

        I am BISWAMOHAN BEHERA a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 9935 without my concern on date:06/05/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund the same ASAP.

          Hi,
          I purchased mobile insurance for my iphone 6 in 2015 and raised a claim for that as phone screen got damage and reinsured iphone6 again in 2016. I had raise claim for my iphone 6 mobile insurance on 2nd May 2017 for my renew insurance. Had submitted all the required documents asked by claim team. But replacement letter which was issued to me after my first claim consist on oneassist name and my name was not mentioned in it. But all the other details as mobile serial number matches with my present phone. Being a unknown customer i was not aware that customer name should be mentioned on replacement letter. This mistake was done from oneassist side. Now when i have raise claim for my damage phone oneassist is asking for replacement letter on my name. for that i request on 4th May 2017, it being 11 days they have not issued me my replacement letter and have not processed my claim. I have written numbers of mail to happytoassist team but they never reply of my mail. when i call coustomercare every day they say wait for 48 hours we your request is in process, they never give satisfactory reply. I feel so cheated, if customer need to take this much pain then what is the mean of purchasing insurance. I have wasted so much money and my precious time on calling to customer care, who will pay me back for that. My insurance will get expire on 19th may 2017. I am not sure if I do not get replacement letter till then oneassist will process my claim or not. So bad services of oneassist feel cheated from the company.

          Had called coustmer care team to get the update of my replacement letter... they are so unprofessional, every time says we have forwarded your request from here beside this we can't do anything we have not received any update ... we can just contact oneassist coustmer care if they can not do anything just exclerating issue what is the mean to talk to them? Please close this query earliest as it being 20 days now I have tired calling and writing mails to oneassist.

          this is very unprofessional, This company do not respond on my call, neither they are giving me solution . Will i get Clarity on my Claim raised on 2nd May ? My insurance will expire of 19th May and then they will say as your insurance has got expired you will not get claim now. Which will be really very unprofessional and ethical.

          As per our telephonic call on 16th May 2017 I was assured that I will get replacement letter by 16th evening coz my insurance will get expire by 19th May. To avoide more confusion will issue the replacement letter same day so tht I can submit it on time. But I have not received it till 17th evening. Hope to get a positive response in least time. It's already 15 days now since I have applied for Claim.

            Hello,

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder the bank has auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 7247 without my concern on date:12/05/2017.
            I did't get any alert or otp next day when i checked my credit card unpaid amount i saw this company name one assist (Rel no:[protected] debited 1299 for some stupid wallet assist i dont want any services from this company. First i called hdfc customer care for register my complaint they immediately gave me this number[protected] for deactivating the service. I had a conversation with the customer executive he was not listening to me and keep giving me discount to take the service after a long conversation he agreed to deactivate and credit the amount back but after that i didn't get any complaint number or any such type of mail which clarify that it will be deactivated and amount will be credited.

            Kindly investigate into the matter and credit the amount asap and please try not to do this type of things. It will break the trust with the bank.

              One Assist have deducted 1299 rs on 06/05/2017 from my HDFC credit card without any of my acknowledgment and giving me any information, I have complained same day on their toll free no.[protected] for refund they asked me you will get refund within 7 days and i don't get any complain no. or any other massage from company after that i called on that no. a lots of time but they are not responding any of my call..Still i don't get any refund and they are answering any of my call.
              If i don't get my money back i will take legal action against company.

                I called one assist customer care on 14/05/2017 at 10:57 am for cancellation of my membership for their wallet services which is set to renew on 29/05/2017 but they refused to cancel my membership and also did not give me any complaint number or request number regarding my call to them.. I requested them to give me complaint number or request number regarding my call many times but they said no such number will be given to me and said it was part of their protocol. For same issue i tried to chat with them but same response they refused to cancel my request plus no complaint or request number given regarding my chat with them.

                      I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. But now one assist deducted rs. 650 as cancellation charges of my policy. What the hell is this cancellation charges for a policy which i was never interested to opt for. I need refund of these cancellation charges too. My policy number was 1751330.

                      I request all those who are suffering like me to unite and take actions against this fraud company. I have lodged a complaint at consumer affairs online both against HDFC and One Assist and looking the same from all those who are suffering like me.

I talked to one assist customer care he replied to me this amount is deducted on the behalf of hdfc bank information. this is wrong way to deduct amount.                           The one assist has auto debited rs 1299 as on 12.05.2017 from my credit card without my authorization / confirmation. I have never ever applied for this service nor gave any authorization for the same. This is completely fraudulent on the part of company to activate the service which is not applied for. I dont require this service so requesting to one assist please cancel the service & refund the amount on my credit card as early as possible

                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 3712 without my concern on date:09/05/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more, i also told to hdfc customer care & one assist customer care department on the very same day when i got message that if i am not interested how can you process without my concern.. So cancel the membership and refund the same asap.

                                  Since last saturday that is 6 may, 2017 i am trying to cancel my subscription/ membership with oneassisst.

                                  But every time when i call oneassist customer care, i get some new information about my membership.

                                  I want to be crystal clear: i don't want to have any sort of membership nor any sort of subscription with oneassist. And it is taking more than 144 hours to process a simple request?

                                  This is so pathetic! Most unprofessional and incompetent institute! I don't want to be associated in any way with oneassist.

                                    My mobile is under warranty with one assist and it accidentally fell in the washbasin while washing the other hand, though it was protected under liquid damage. The insurance people had rejected it stating " Negligence in handling the mobile' which i don't agree!

                                    I have been continuously following it with customer service to return my mobile however they dont return any emails.

                                    They have wasted my time, man hours in following with them and finally they said they have repaired it but then i need to pay Rs. 13500/- and when i had refused they said they will remove all the repaired parts and send me my unrepaired mobile which caused discomfort for me and my family!!!

                                    Then i had chosen to pay thinking the issue is sorted finally. But till now May 12, 2017 I havent received my mobile and I havent got any update or feedback whether they have serviced my mobile or what is the status of my money paid or rather what needs to be done!!!

                                    What is the idea of holding my money for a service which was not provided!!! I have been following this from April ..instead of believing one assist i should have gone to a local mobile guy and paid him for QUICK SERVICE, not bothered about Gurantee as no one gives including MI.

                                    One assist issues services for pick up and interacting with insurance and sends claim - once claim is approved - mobile is sent to service and then dropped to customer. In my case insurance rejects mobile. Oneassist offers to repair mobile - takes money from me (13K)

                                      I was claim for my Damaged Xiaomi mi note 3 grey 32GB-3GB RAM mobile to "OneAssist Consumer Solutions" . But, According to terms and condition at the time of insured one of the agent denied for terms and conditions, which is the give me temporary handset for 7 days for temporary use. and If, They do not give me Temporary handset and Infact, agent denied to give in written by Authorised Signatory to return my damaged mobile in given days. and Now, atlast I am asking to Refund my amount atleast but one of their agent denied for refund my amount .He Said that after Pickup positioning of mobile, OneAssist Consumer Solutions can't refund amount for insurance.
