Hello,
My name is Aatiqua vohra we had purchased two products of mi max nd we took insurance for 1 of them, everything was good until i paid the insurance amount your staff was co operative until we made payment, but when it came the time to provide service we could never imagine how big mistake we did one buying insurance.
I called your helpine number for arranging pick up of my cell damaged cell phone as they promised, but there was no pick up arranged we have to courier it by ourself, i send my phone 4 months back but still i have not received my cell phone as promised they would give back the cell phone in 20 days, but nothing like that happened, plus we have been following up from 4 months but there due date keeps on changing and they give us new due dates on every 15 days of interval, m tired of this pathetic service i recived from one assist, i have been calling the helpline the executives only keep us on hold but never transfer the call to senior, i dont want to repair the cell phone i just want my cell phone back nd now if i dont get any responce from your side the last alternative is to register a police complaint against you people to keep my product without my permission.

I never applied for one assist policy but i got activated automatically without my knowledge with hdfc credit card. I got. To know about it only after i got an sms regarding charges.
I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. But now one assist deducted rs. 650 as cancellation charges of my policy. What the hell is this cancellation charges for a policy which i was never interested to opt for. I need refund of these cancellation charges too. My policy number was 1751330.
I request all those who are suffering like me to unite and take actions against this fraud company. I have lodged a complaint at consumer affairs online both against HDFC and One Assist and looking the same from all those who are suffering like me.
