I'm Amarendra kumar Amar from Delhi and my claim number is 1917437.
My first call at your customer care was on 18 Apr 2017 and till date I have been calling you regularly, and regardless of any of my calls no action has been taken.
Every time I call, you guys gave guarantee that problem will be solved within 48hrs, and sometimes your customer care disconnected the call form their side without providing solution.
I even asked for my call trasfered to any senior person in charge but this was also not done.
This is my last complaint here, after this I will complain directly to consumer court if my issue is not solved within 24hrs.

    I took new credit card from one Hdfc bank agent.he had said that card is free for 1st year.But card came with one assist service activated with 1299 deduction. They also converted it into emi without my permission.     I got my full money back from one Assist, thank you All.
    I received SMS from ICICI Bank that Rs.1399/- has been deducted from my credit card. This happened without my permission and confirmation. OneAssist plan got renewed without any information. I don't want any unnecessary plans to be activated however good it is when I am badly in need of money. I called ICICI customer care, no response from them regarding this. This is hard earned money, and that's why I am complaining. Please cancel my membership and refund my money back as soon as possible.

      I got a call from one assist regarding their plans, i told them i will review later but they charged me 1799 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my hdfc credit card ending with 8998. Other wise cancel my credit card, i don't want to spend money on all these things.         I submitted the claim in the month of april end according to which it should be verified within the period of 48 hours. But it took them 10-12 days just asking me to describe the incident properly. I did that also and also received an email from them regarding the earlier claim why i closed it. I replied to the mail also but they are now like we didn't receive any mail and you only ask to close them. Whereas in my last contact with them they asked 24 hrs to varify and i said give me assurance n he said don't worry sir we'll do it. Then i warned them if can't do in that period it's better to close it... They closed it without asking me

              I never applied for one assist policy but i got activated automatically without my knowledge with hdfc credit card. I got. To know about it only after i got an sms regarding charges.

              I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. But now one assist deducted rs. 650 as cancellation charges of my policy. What the hell is this cancellation charges for a policy which i was never interested to opt for. I need refund of these cancellation charges too. My policy number was 1751330.

                One assist is an absolute scam sort of company.

                My experience has also been absolutely ridiculous. After, hours and hours of phone calls (75+ calls) and 50+ emails sent, not to mention a lot of emotional energy and expended and time spent on calling waiting for them to pick-up. This is a summary of my experience. The irony is spectacular. They might as well re brand themselves one scam or one assist to waste all your time

                1) date 28/01/2017 — one-assist salesman calls to give me a discount on one of their plans. (This are two such person calling me < hyder and sazi) and i asked him if all my phone detail would be insured as part of the phone insurance plan. He said yes and requested me to pay.

                2) 29/01-2017-after than due to some technical, amount is deducted, and after than they advised than you have to make fresh transaction, previous will be auto refund from our system, i have made and they are successfull

                3) till date — old transaction amount is still not refunded, i have called 100+ times, mailed to oneaassist 50+ times, not responded

                I have strict send mail before 2 days if not refunded my amount i will share complaint everywhere social media and any where until i got refund

And tomorrow is received a call from oneassist and he is telling that your claim is got rejected. So i want to tell oneassist company that its totally an "accident" i m disagree with the decision you have made i think u have misunderstanding. The oil bottle is under my bed and my smartphone fell down and fallen on oil bottle and oil spread all over my screen and handset got damaged so this is totally 100% an accident and what is negligence in this case? Accident is accident and it can happen any time.
                  In your advertisements you have mentioned "fell in a liquid" so what is this? And this is not any kind of negligence, this is totally an accident i think you guys made me fool. The oil bottle was under my bed so what can i do in this bottle is away from handset and handset fallen down so please understand what i am saying this is not negligence. I take proper care for my smartphone and you guys told me that courtesy handset will be handed over to you but there is no courtesy handset is provided to me i think oneassist is negligence in care of its customer. Why courtesy handset is not provided to me? And call center staff is putting my calls on long hold. So, i can 100% prove the company this is "an accident" please understand my concern i can prove this incident. U guys make every people fool there are too many complaints against oneassist. Solve my complaint as soon as possible i can prove everything to you and i am disagree with the decision!! This caused discomfort for me and my family. Please understand my concern and help me. Oneassist do not provides any service to its customer this is my mistake to purchase your company's insurance plan this plan is useless because u reject every claim request by saying negligence. So what is the benefit of insurance? U already game me harassment
                  This is totally annoying me please recheck.
                  For people who reading my complaint : i suggest please do not buy any plan of oneassist. You also treated the same.

                    My name is Aatiqua vohra we had purchased two products of mi max nd we took insurance for 1 of them, everything was good until i paid the insurance amount your staff was co operative until we made payment, but when it came the time to provide service we could never imagine how big mistake we did one buying insurance.

                    I called your helpine number for arranging pick up of my cell damaged cell phone as they promised, but there was no pick up arranged we have to courier it by ourself, i send my phone 4 months back but still i have not received my cell phone as promised they would give back the cell phone in 20 days, but nothing like that happened, plus we have been following up from 4 months but there due date keeps on changing and they give us new due dates on every 15 days of interval, m tired of this pathetic service i recived from one assist, i have been calling the helpline the executives only keep us on hold but never transfer the call to senior, i dont want to repair the cell phone i just want my cell phone back nd now if i dont get any responce from your side the last alternative is to register a police complaint against you people to keep my product without my permission.

                        I never applied for one assist policy but i got activated automatically without my knowledge with hdfc credit card. I got. To know about it only after i got an sms regarding charges.

                        I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. But now one assist deducted rs. 650 as cancellation charges of my policy. What the hell is this cancellation charges for a policy which i was never interested to opt for. I need refund of these cancellation charges too. My policy number was 1751330.

                          My membership id no is : [protected], my handset display broken on march 2nd week after that i complaint to one-assist costume care, they told me to submit all the documents and i too submit all documents. But they ask me replacement
                          Letter! Because last year for this same problem i give my handset to one-assist company they solve my problem and replaced my handset so my handset imei no will be changed but they don't give any replacement letter are all.

                          Then i ask costume care regarding about the replacement letter, they take many request but not taken any action
                          I call to costume care more then 50 times but all executive telling the same answer like this (With in 48 hr your problem will be solved otherwise your backed dept will be call you) i request them to transfer my call to any other team leader or higher officer but they hold my call and disconnected the call morethen 10 times executive disconnected my call

                          Still my problem not solved not even take single step, i am totally very disappoint on your oneassist insurance company this my last letter regarding my claim i[censored] not solved my problem, definitely i take a legal action on your company and i am very serous about it.

                            Hi,
                            I purchased mobile insurance for my iphone 6 in 2015 and raised a claim for that as phone screen got damage and reinsured iphone6 again in 2016. I had raise claim for my iphone 6 mobile insurance on 2nd May 2017 for my renew insurance. Had submitted all the required documents asked by claim team. But replacement letter which was issued to me after my first claim consist on oneassist name and my name was not mentioned in it. But all the other details as mobile serial number matches with my present phone. Being a unknown customer i was not aware that customer name should be mentioned on replacement letter. This mistake was done from oneassist side. Now when i have raise claim for my damage phone oneassist is asking for replacement letter on my name. for that i request on 4th May 2017, it being 11 days they have not issued me my replacement letter and have not processed my claim. I have written numbers of mail to happytoassist team but they never reply of my mail. when i call coustomercare every day they say wait for 48 hours we your request is in process, they never give satisfactory reply. I feel so cheated, if customer need to take this much pain then what is the mean of purchasing insurance. I have wasted so much money and my precious time on calling to customer care, who will pay me back for that. My insurance will get expire on 19th may 2017. I am not sure if I do not get replacement letter till then oneassist will process my claim or not. So bad services of oneassist feel cheated from the company.

                            As per our telephonic call on 16th May 2017 I was assured that I will get replacement letter by 16th evening coz my insurance will get expire by 19th May. To avoide more confusion will issue the replacement letter same day so tht I can submit it on time. But I have not received it till 17th evening. Hope to get a positive response in least time. It's already 15 days now since I have applied for Claim.

                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder the bank has auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 7247 without my concern on date:12/05/2017.
                              I did't get any alert or otp next day when i checked my credit card unpaid amount i saw this company name one assist (Rel no:[protected] debited 1299 for some stupid wallet assist i dont want any services from this company. First i called hdfc customer care for register my complaint they immediately gave me this number[protected] for deactivating the service. I had a conversation with the customer executive he was not listening to me and keep giving me discount to take the service after a long conversation he agreed to deactivate and credit the amount back but after that i didn't get any complaint number or any such type of mail which clarify that it will be deactivated and amount will be credited.

                              Kindly investigate into the matter and credit the amount asap and please try not to do this type of things. It will break the trust with the bank.

What the hell is this cancellation charges for a policy which i was never interested to opt for. I need refund of these cancellation charges too. My policy number was 1751330.

                                I request all those who are suffering like me to unite and take actions against this fraud company. I have lodged a complaint at consumer affairs online both against HDFC and One Assist and looking the same from all those who are suffering like me.

                                  I called one assist customer care on 14/05/2017 at 10:57 am for cancellation of my membership for their wallet services which is set to renew on 29/05/2017 but they refused to cancel my membership and also did not give me any complaint number or request number regarding my call to them.. I requested them to give me complaint number or request number regarding my call many times but they said no such number will be given to me and said it was part of their protocol. For same issue i tried to chat with them but same response they refused to cancel my request plus no complaint or request number given regarding my chat with them.

                                  I never applied for one assist policy but i got activated automatically without my knowledge with hdfc credit card. I got. To know about it only after i got an sms regarding charges.

                                  I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. But now one assist deducted rs. 650 as cancellation charges of my policy. What the hell is this cancellation charges for a policy which i was never interested to opt for. I need refund of these cancellation charges too. My policy number was 1751330.

                                    I am one of the icici bank acc. Holder. And i have active with one assist plan at last one year and after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission for continue with this year.
                                    But i don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited from my credit card number ending with 4938 without my concern on date:13/05/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund the same ASAP.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more, i also told to hdfc customer care & one assist customer care department on the very same day when i got message that if i am not interested how can you process without my concern..
