I called oneassist two days ago and i was told that i would receive a call from one assist within 48 hours regarding the cancellation of an insurance policy. But i have not received any call yet. First of all, i had no clue how this policy got activated. It has been done without my consent. I received a kit from one assist on 4th april 2017 but i did not apply for that. I was completely unaware of the fact that i had to pay the purchase amount i. E rs.3097. Now this amount has been added to my credit card bill. Please deactivate this policy and refund my money as soon as possible.

I have activated membership plan of oneassist by paying rupees 1299.
it auto renews annually and withdraws 1299 rupees from my bank account,
that's why I want to withdraw my membership plan and I want to get my money return.

    I purchased oneassist insurance complaint for my iphone7. At the time when i purchased insurance policy i was informed that the service will cover all sorts of damage even liquid damage or screen damage
    .
    Recently my phone by mistake fell into the water bucket and got damaged. When i approached the company i was informed that the phone was mishandled and hence they cannot process my claim.

    Note: insurance policies are always taken to safeguard our products in case they get damaged accidentally. They whole purpose of taking the insurance gets defeated if the company says that the product was mishandled and hence, they cannot process the claim.

    A number of times i raised my request to the company but all went in vain. There was not a single response from their end.

    On apr 9, 2017 - the company returned my phone. When i assessed the phone i realized that they had not processed my claim request but had further damaged my phone. At the time when i submitted the phone to them - its ringer and home screen button was in working condition, but when they returned the phone these 2 things were damaged from their end. I truly feel that they might have taken out the parts from my device and replaced them with the non-working one's.

    I feel this is an act of sheer fraud and negligence by the company. They are not only fooling the people but also cheating them once they place a request for repair.

    Therefore, i request the insurance company to process my claim and provide me a a new handset in response to the same.

      This company is not responding company, they don't update the customer, they only know how to fool the customer, how to waste their time.

      No proper service after selling the company's product.

      No respond from the company's side.
      Wrong commitments from the company's side, they tell that they follow the terms and conditions, my foot they don't follow the terms and conditions, I don't think so their employees knows the rules and regulations of the company and the manager as well.

      This company is a fraud company.
      I would like you guys not to opt for this company's product, there are other company like apps daily who provide better service than one assist consumer solutions.

        I had Mi3 Xiaomi handset. I purchased mobile insurance at TVS electronics which is tie-up with One Assist for mobile insurance.
        Once my mobile fell down on road. Thinking I had the mobile insurance I applied for the same and One Assist people took the mobile along with extra monwy (overall I paid around INR 1200.00 /-).

        It's now more than a year that my mobile is with bloody One Assist insurance company. They didn't return my handset till now.

        Infact when I called customer care (worst, idiotic tele caller executives), everytime I need to explain whole story and finally they say they will get back to me - which they never did.

        How come government sanction / approve these kind of fraud companies who play with innocent customers money.

          I received sms from hdfc bank that rs.1299/- has been deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission... I also received a sms from one assist team. I don't even know about the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is a really criminal and fraud. Plz deactivate this plan and refund my balance as soon as possible. Plz understand it and do it.

          Dear, I am also HDFC Bank customer. And same happened with me. I called One Assist to cancel my policy. But as soon as they heard I want to cancel customer care executives cut the call. But somehow I managed to get it cancel. But now they have deducted Rs. 650 as cancellation charges. Cancellation charges for a policy which we never heard before.

          No doubt One Assist is a fraud company. But the main issue is how they were able to get our personal details. Isn't it from the HDFC website. So major concern is how safe is the HDFC netbanking. If personal details can be stolen from HDFC website then login credentials can also be stolen. So I request all the HDFC users to write HDFC about it or visit ur branch.

To above i have received ur kit today of the insurance coverage on my card which was not asked by me n without permission u have renewed my the insurance n debit my ac by hdfc i have already informed me the hdfc bank n call ur executive officer. I am returning the kit pl ask hdfc bank that i have cancelled the insurance n they shold credit my account the surprising non o[censored] have called me or tell me how much money is devoted till date. I don't receive the credit within next three days i will have to go to insurance grievances authority.

              They took my phone on 21st april and promised me that i shall get a courtesy handset in 3-4 days but nothing has arrived yet now they are saying that i will not get handset because it is not available now. They don't have any tentative date to give my phone back. My claim # is 1900940. Representatives don't know english, they never understand what i say, please get me my phone back

                I made a complaint nd submitted my all document online on oneassite side. But i don't have invoice nd for that i made a mai on happytoassiste side and accept the term nd condition of company i. E rs 1500 or 10% of repair charges which ever is higher. Still my phone is not picked from my side. It's around almost 2 month has gone for first day of my complaint.

                  Please say the correct description. You will mention the catalogue book only liquid and demage service. But your process very very very bad. Now you didn't send the temporary hand set. Your company only cheating the customer, you aren't proper commitment. Our company didn't follow the insurance properly. If you don't service my mobile please refund my insurance amount. I am waiting for only five days you didn't send the temporary handset i will able to action our company.

                  I think your company is so good i will reference to my friends but your company is one of the cheating and very bad policy.

                      I have request for claim for my iphone 7 on march 28th, its been more than 30 days there is no response from oneassist and i am fed-up with process they are trying to keep the things drag or trying to reject it, now i requested for my device back but they haven't provided my damaged device till now if i called support or mailed them they are always saying wait for some time. i really dont understand what exactly some time means ? some time means how long ?

                      I have provided all the docs and proofs still they are asking the same again and again to drag the things be careful with it, and i have given my device for servicing but it was being used by some one assist employ i have wiped my device before requesting for claim but that stupid employ is using my device and apple ID too. find the attached images

                      one assist is cheating fraud company please try to avoid it, if you still go ahead with this insurance after the review and complaint you are a fool.

                        Hi Team
                        My device has been repaired from an unauthorised service centre and has screen and network issues. Also, due to this the warranty is now void.
                        I want reason for not getting the device repaired from an authorised centre and seek compensation in full amount of the device.

                        I am trying to register my complaint with one assist team. However the after sales response is completely pathetic.

                          I made complaint on 11 march but my phone was picked on 05 april now one month has been passed but your executive sonali on last 29 april said phone will be delivered on 02 may, on 2 may I called again ms sonali said it will be delivered on 3 may. I called on 3 may mr ajeel said phone is on delivery stage and he don't know when it will be delivered.
                          Now you count the days from 11th march and which is keep on passing. Nearly two months.
                          It is really harsh that after two months you will solve the complaint of customer.
                          Your insurance period is of 1 year out of which I lost my two months bcz of the worst service and still don't know when it will be delivered.
                          If possible refund my money and phone.
                          When you don't know when it will be delivered why you all made false promises.

                            I have dropped a mail on 18th January 2017 to stop/discontinue my subscription from oneassist, but still it has not been revoked or acknowledged.

                            Now again it has been renewed without my confirmation and amount of Rs. 1799 has been deducted from my account.

                            It is really frustrating as I am staying outside India and not getting chance to visit their office for every single things.

                              Plz don't take any membership from this group. They are fraud group & make false commitment as well zero help by their side.
                              I have a membership of one assist wallet missing with lot of commitment but actually they don't anytype of help & it is wastage of money to attach with such type of groups.
                              Today i called them to check their service & help, they totally deny the service as well informing me that insurance company is not allowing this & that.
                              So my suggestion with all indians that dont belive with such type of fraud people & never be a member of such type of fraud groups.

                                I have sent a mobile phone for screen replacement, for which my claim was rejected, and to my surprise I received the phone in a not working condition. Initially the phone was just having a crack on the screen, and was in perfect working condition, now the phone is not even switch on. There is no response from oneassist despite multiple calls and mails.

                                  I am an hdfc bank credit card holder. My credit card ending 0053 has been subscribed for one assist membership and rs.1299 debited to my account without my knowledge. I just wanted to cancel my membership subscription and refund amount to my account as i don’t require any protection on my cards. So it’s no use for me to pay rs.1299 every year.
                                  I have asked last year also to not renew the membership but again you guys deducted the amount from my credit card. So, cancel the membership as soon as possible and refund back the amount.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have taken Mobile insurance from One assist and they act as a middleman for Insurance and Xioami. Believe me taking insurance from one assist was the biggest mistake of my life.

                                    They have set of foolish and inexperienced people in their team who cannot analyze the complaint.

                                    My handset was damaged as it accidentally fell from by bed back while I was sleeping and now they are saying it is negligence and they rejected my claim. Please, someone, try to explain to them that 90% people keep their mobile on the bed back while sleeping and not in a locker.

                                      I have a HDFC credit card ending with 3953. One assist has given me a plan for card insurance which cost around 1800 rupees in last year 2016. But after several request for cancelling the insurance they did not cancel it. I did not add any card in the policy and thus my money was like a donation to the one assist. However in this year I have seen my policy has been automatically renewed deducted from my account. Only they emailed me about the welcome kit will dispatched shortly. I mailed to One assist customer service to refund my amount but they did not took my complaint. What type of fraud company? so either Oneassist should refund my money or cancel my card.

                                        Complaint against HDFC credit card on one assist plan charges
                                        On 15/04/2017 I got a call from HDFC saying to activate SmartEMI on my credit card. I flatly refused for the same. Later on 21/ 4/2017 I get a message from HDFC saying 1299 has been deducted in return for SmartEMI request. I verified the same with HDFC bank. I was informed One Assist is the guilty party. I complained against one assist regarding the same. They acknowledged their mistake and informed me that I will get a call back form them in next 48 working hours. I get a call back on 29/04/2017 and I was informed that I will be getting refund of rupees 400/-. Rest of the money will not be refunded since I had activated the services when I was filling the form online. Funny thing is my form was filled by a HDFC employee and he told me no additional charges will be getting cut. I told him I want my full refund and he still insisted on me to take this 400/- rupees. His was very rude in him demeanor and even said hdfc cant do anything regarding the same. His name was Abdul Kadir. I called HDFC bank again and informed them of the same. Their reply was that I will get callback from One Assist. This is total fraudulent tie up between one assist and HDFC. Totally unacceptable for a company with such a big NAME and STATURE.
                                        I have raised complaint in customer care about one assist charges without my permission and my knowledge. So refund amount RS.1299 to my account. I will not be needing this services.
