Hi all,

When i put my mobile on charge suddenly vibrant came and it fall away from table so my charging port was damages it needs to shake atleast to get charged every time so i have the MI protect scheme so i raised a complaint after 1 month follow up they taken my mobile for service.

But after that they said your claim was rejected you didnt take care of your mobile they said. If we are putting charging means how long you will be stand back when mobile charging so left from place suddenly it happened. they said your claim was rejected

Ok i but also i agreed to received my product back but they are saying for rejecting device also it will take 7 to 10 working days to deliver.

What the hell services they are offering i dont know.

I request all please dont trust MI proctect. go with MI mobile only.

Still i am not received my mobile.

given for service on 27th Mar 17. today 15Apr 17.

I need the proper claim from One assist.

    In January 2nd I give my mobile for insurance claim, after some days from your side I got a call about BRR amount. For that I said that I don’t need money, give back my mobile.(declaration of mobile claim)
    Oneassist member said that you have to mail to

    After some days someone from one called and tell that mail to siddharth.[protected]@oeassist.in
    I also mailed to before 50 days that person.
    But no reply still now.
    One time I called to customer care and reach that person it takes 20 minutes, weekly trice I called to them, every time they told “ Sorry for the inconvenience sir, our back end team will call u with in 48 hours”

    Back end team game

    they call to me
    "With in 2 or 3 rings they cut the call" or if I attend the call means
    "they were not spoke make a hold after 30 seconds they cut the call".
    More than 20 times the back end team do like this.
    Without mobile more than hundred days I facing so many problems.
    My mobile is REDMI note 3, in this hundred days REDMI launched note 4…

      Hi
      I have bought an insurance of my iphone from OneAssist. I have given them around 6K as premium.

      My iPhone is damaged, and they are not serving or registering my case. They are saying the IMEI numbe is not updated in their record. They had replaced my iphone earlier -- and had given me a letter with old/new IMEI number - -how can they deny that they dont have the updated IMEI number.

      The letter that they gave me during the earlier replacement cited clearly the old/new IMEI number. They are saying it is customer responsibility to get the IMEI number updated. I have never been communicated the same. Moreover -- why there is need to any updation when you yourselve are issuing a letter with that info.

      I have written to their CC, and all their director. What next?

      I want to file a formal case, please advise.

        please note I got call from your customer care[protected].and person told since I am regular member of one assist I will get plan as below

        PLAN DISCUSSED-
        "If I have 2 mobiles which are less than one year of invoice date & having total cost 20, 000 + then in 1099 Rs both will be insured with liquid & accidental damage protection for 1 year."

        later phone got transferred to Miss Kiran for verification call & same is verified by her.
        She also confirmed my both mobiles IMEI number & model. (LENOVO K5 NOTE + MI 4) etc & send link for payment .

        I did payment only after getting confirmed that this mail is from one assist email only.

        She also told to send picture of both of my mobiles after payment is done.

        I did payment of 1099 Rs on[protected] & received SMS+mail for confirmation. But no one came back for any further information/verification .

        Please help as this is not about some money but reliability of big company like one assist & loosing regular members like me & others.

        PLZ DO NOT GIVE FAKE PLANS TO CUSTOMER AND QUOTE CORRECT DETAILS ..

          I had launched a claim for my damaged phone on 26th march 2017 and i had submitted all the required documents. The insurance company had approved my claim on 9th april 2016 vide service request no #1871632. However after that i have not received any communication form your team neither have i received the excess payment link even though i have called the customer care several times. What am i suppose to do?

            Customer relation ship no : 868578 regarding to this policy renewal i already request you to cancel of my policy and also don't like to continue in coming year. And also regarding to this i also spoke with your officers to make cancellation. They told that the cancellation procedure is done but why you deduct the amount of rs 1799.00 from my credit card please consider my request and cancel my policy and do needful and also i am waiting for your valuable response.

When i am starting this policy you people don't tell about the policy is going to renewal by auto when the period completion.               Ref:- my relationship no: 306651

              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. I was just checking my credit card statement and observed taht one assit have auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 5205 without my authorization on date:02/12/2016. However neither i want this membership nor i asked this, it was subscribed only for one year and same was communicated at the time of confirmation call.

              Now i forward the complaint to one assist team but they didnt take this seriously and told we already informed you and debited amount from your account, my point is when i asked this service only for one year also i didnt give any authentication then how can they make payment from account without my authentication, it’s a cyber crime activity,. Please take necessary action and help in refunding the complete amount 1299.

                My registered mobile no on oneassist is [protected]. I was trying to make an online payment for my mobile insurance on 20-March-2017 and i made payments of 749 two times but it was unsuccessful. While payment was debited from my A/C both times.

                I have already discussed about this issue with ICICI bank, according to them the payment was successful and to get in touch with one assist. I contacted with One Assist through Customer care and Mails both. But no one is giving me proper response. Even they are not giving reply of my mails. It's not just about 1500 rupees, it is about trust between customer and Consumer Solutions. Can we trust online marketing or can we think about Digital India in this kind of situation, where no is responsible for loss of customers. I don't know who will help me regarding my issue. Please suggest me what to do??

                  I have purchased MI Protect Protection plan[protected] with the membership no. [protected] on 08/06/2016 by paying Rs. 375/-. Then in November 2016 I raised the claim mentioned in subject. The claim was for changing of the display of my mobile phone i.e MI Note-3. I submitted my mobile phone to the representative of One Assist at Rajkot on 22/12/2016, when I handed over the phone it was in completely working condition including the display which was damaged; the same was also mentioned in the details of claims raised by me and was verified by the company through e-mail and also by customer care representative on call.
                  Later I received an e-mail to pay Rs. 325/- as excess payment charges which was paid by me on 08/01/2017. The phone was then submitted to MI Service centre by one assist company for getting it repaired. On 09/03/2017 I received an e-mail from one assist that the device has been repaired and will be delivered soon. The device was delivered to me on 11/03/2017. When I opened the cover and tried to switch on the phone it was not getting on and when I plugged in the charger to get its battery charged I came to know that it is not getting charged and the SIM Slot of the mobile was also missing. I called in customer care of one assist on the same day and informed them about the same and also sent an e-mail on 12/03/2017, after that I called so many times to the customer care and talked regarding the issue I am facing. Every time I was assured by the representatives of one assist and by the representatives of MI Company that the mobile will be re-pickup within 48 hours but almost a month passed and nothing is done from your side till today.
                  So the issue now is I had given the mobile to change its display as it was damaged but when I received it back its there in my hand with new problems that it is not getting switched on neither its getting charged and the SIM Slot of the mobile was also missing. I was told from one assist that their team will check the phone after it will be repaired and then send it to me. But it seems like either your team has not checked the phone.

                  So do the needful ahead in this regard now kindly assure the re-pickup of the phone for getting it repaired and then give me back at the earliest. Else it will compel me to initiate legal actions against the company.
                  The mobile was picked-up in December from Rajkot and delivered there in March. Then after I registered a complaint on www.consumercomplaints.in even after that they keep on trying to delay the re-pickup and send their person for re-pickup at Vadodara instead of Rajkot.

                    Hi,

                    My relationship number is 1485360. One assist had called me earlier regarding if i was interested in availing their to which i had clearly said no at that time and still i was charged a fees of 1300 which i wasn't informed earlier and now the interest rate kept on increasing the amount. When i checked my credit card bill it became a total of 3560. I thus had to pay the whole amount in the end.

                    I am really disappointed with the service and also at the pathetic display of professionalism shown by the one assist. Since it's not a misake on my end I want my the full refund of the total money i paid including the interest else i have to report this matter to judiciary for a case of fraud.

                      I having insurance of my handset redmi note 3. and as my handset got damaged, i complained for it to oneassist on 16 feb and they register complained and i have submitted documents whichever required. they send claim form with wrong name instead of dharmender pandit they send in the name of Rajiv garg pandit, i asked for it but they said there will no issue for it. my handset is insured in the name of dharmender pandit. after 15 days when i called to customer care they said that insurance company decision is pending and they asked the claim form again with signed name dharmender pandit. i did it thrice, first two times to person of oneassist "bhimsen.[protected]@oneassist.in" second "[protected]@oneassist.in. still they haven't not got claim sanctioned from insurance co. so i requested to return my phone without repaired, they are not hearing me and saying wait till decision is pending from insurance co. it passed more than one and half month. my customer id is 975518. registered phone no is [protected] and email id is [protected]@yahoo.com. my request no is 1775777. i have called several time to return my phone unrepaired and they only says that it is under insurance company to pass claim but i have told always that i don't want to repair you please return my phone. they are not taking customer seriously. if i have already said to return phone what is point not to return. i am requesting it from almost one month. plz return my phone in unrepaired condition.

                          I am a ICICI bank account holder. The bank/one-assist has auto debited Rs.1779 from my account without my approval for renewal.I don't want this membership as i don't feel its safe since i was not informed about auto debit or auto renewal process and amount was deducted without approval, so cancel the membership and refund the same.

                          Deactivate / Cancel & refund the amount( relationship no is 884562.)

                          Please take necessary action refund the same as early as possible.

                              I taken the oneassist membership couple of years ago and this year i wanted to cancel my membership with oneassist.. For same i sent a lot of emails and to happytoassist email address and did not get any response from oneassist.. My all the email request and call request was ignored by oneassist and finaly they renewed my membership and charged me 1799 from my hdfc credit card. If someone want to cancel the membership then why oneassist is forcing to continue the membership. This is happening since last two year where oneassist is keep renewing my membreship and charging me 1799.. Even though i wish to cancel my membership

                              There is no way to cancel the membership? Oneassist can only cell the membership and can't cancel it?

                              Please address my problem, i need my amount refunded from oneassist that they have charged from my credit card.. Its completely fraud

                                I have purchased MI Protect Protection plan[protected] with the membership no. [protected] on 08/06/2016 by paying Rs. 375/- from One assist consumer services pvt. ltd.. Then in November 2016 I raised the claim wide number mentioned in subject. The claim was for changing of the display of my mobile phone i.e MI Note-3. I submitted my mobile phone to the representative of the company at Rajkot on 22/12/2016, when I handed over the phone it was in completely working condition including the display which was damaged; the same was also mentioned in the details of claims raised by me and was verified by the company through e-mail and also by customer care representative on call.
                                Later I received an e-mail to pay Rs. 325/- as excess payment charges which was paid by me on 08/01/2017. The phone was then submitted to MI Service center by your company for getting it repaired. On 09/03/2017 I received an e-mail from one assist company that the device has been repaired and will be delivered soon. The device was delivered to me on 11/03/2017. When I opened the cover and tried to switch on the phone it was not getting on and when I plugged in the charger to get its battery charged I came to know that it is not getting charged and the SIM Slot of the mobile was also missing. I called in customer care of one assist on the same day and informed them about the same and also sent an e-mail on 12/03/2017, after that I called so many times to the customer care and talked regarding the issue I am facing. Every time I was assured by the representatives of one assist and by the representatives of MI Company that the mobile will be re-pickup within 48 hours but almost a month passed and nothing is done from your side till today.
                                So the issue now is I had given the mobile to change its display as it was damaged but when I received it back its there in my hand with new problems that it is not getting switched on neither its getting charged and the SIM Slot of the mobile was also missing. I was told from your company that a team from one assist will check the phone after it will be repaired and then send it to me. But it seems like either your team has not checked the phone.
                                So do the needful ahead in this regard for the re-pickup of the phone and getting it repaired at the earliest.

                                  one assist again and again promising to return my phone but i am unable to understand why you all are not returning my phone, where i have given in written or phoned to you. this is too much going on, you people has said for one week but it has passed two weeks, but there is no update, no information about it. what you people want please do let me know, if you don't want to repair or don't want to return both tell me, i leave you to you and see when you completing this job of returning or repairing. i want answer which you people are not taking my case seriously... it has passed and two and half month to get it repaired, no no response from oneassit, there is no reply of mails also... do let know my phone status whether returning or not, this is enough to wait..

                                    Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

Its been 10 days since i have logged my claim and they are not picking up the device, they are not even calling me!! All they say is wait for 48 hours!!!.                                         I requested a deactivation of my oneassist plan last month and even after few calls with your executives the plan was deactivated.

                                        Now the problem is rs.1799 from my account has been deducted on (05th april 2017) from my credit card. I spoke with one executive now and he was saying that the plan is not active so there's no chance of money being getting deducted.

                                        Seriously...?
